There is a way to get skills up to over 400 actually! When you play with the "Distinguished service" mod + RBM and get the best troop to distinguish themselves as your compagnion you can chose some skills to get enhanced a lot . Also the new addition to your Clan gets minor a amount of skillpoints added. Then simply go to whoever you want to kill , die as quick as possible and take over your compagnion after death!!!(an RBM feature) The feeling of hitting with your Axe with 420 TwoHanded Skill is so... satisfying!I Discovered that by accident:) soon after I was about to take over the world with an army of Ultra Fighters. Then I git bored and started a new campaign. ;P Bannerlord, we love you. Simo, thanks for the wonderful content!
I did the same thing with a character, and did the same for all the companions and family members. Everyone either had their own party or ran a caravan. They basically ate calradia alive
I did this to all lords in the game, every single lord in the game I set to max 300 and their armies were gigantic. 3,000-4,000 man armies battling it out all over the world
I love how good the armour looks! I don't know if you picked stuff yourself or specifically found the best piece of each available to you but the whole set is clearly a bit mishmashed from all over the map and looks fantastic, especially on a beast like this!
I'm confused why he stopped at 300 since the wiki and my own play tell me you can reach 330. Those extra 30 points make a big difference with some of the final perks. With a legendary crafted glaive at 330 polearms and riding I've headshot someone for over 1000 damage. If you use a mod to add in cut through you can slice through like 10 people in one swing. It's crazy.
Making a 1023 is (was, haven't tried in a long time) easy. With the developer console, you can give the XP. And the XP given dpends on your level. Except it depends on your level prior to leveling up. So, if you have a x5 multiplier and gain, let's say, 50 levels at once, the x5 was applied to all 50 levels, not decrementally. (In other words, the level up from let's say 1 -> 2 and 51 > 52 had the same xp multiplier. What that means is that if you give yourself ridiculous amounts of xp with a high enough multiplier, you will be able to easily obliterate the 330 limit to reach the technical limit of the game, 1023. And what this also means is that by stockpiling soldier prisoners in your city without ever leveling up your roguery, you would be able to get an insane amount of xp by brokering them all with the high multiplier of a low level.
A mod that added kinetic impact to your blows if they killed someone (like whatever was left over in the difference between the hit damage and their hp is converted to kinetic impact similar to a javelin kill) would be pretty awesome. Hitting someone with a great axe and sending them flying into a tree would be fun
install kaoses tweaks which allow you to increase stats cap, you can get i believe up to 440 in each, also modify how much sats/focus you get per level

You can go above 300 if you go to say, 299, multiply obtained xp by a ridiculous amount and earn xp again...I haven´t tried to maximize it but I´ve gotten close to 450. Trade so high makes it so that party wages go into the negatives...that means soldiers pay you to serve under you.
If you want to make a true giga chad, you should use the mod Take Both. Let's you get both perks from leveling up stats. And combing that with some other mods, you can get a true horror on the battlefield and in towns/villages
You should build Frazetta’s Death Dealer next time, maybe even a series taking out all the kings and conquering the whole world by your own would be dope, just saying it, Simo...
I think you can do more than 300 stat man, using the console and rewriting the characters stats, you can also have both perks of the same line changing the 0 in the document to 1, but in my part when i tried to do more than 1000 in some stats my game just crashed
Something’s probably changed in the last year, but at one point I had a character with like 1000 archery that I got using cheats though so I think it might be possible. I remember my arrows doing so much damage that I could break through castle gates with arrows and there was no drawing penalty, like my crosshair didn’t change at all as I pulled out arrows.

300 Stat Man found the Butter just as 1000 Stat Man did however he only took a spoonful which made him powerful but leagues behind 1000 Stat Man
I know there is a mod to export and import your character, I think you can give yourself 1000 stats with that and all perks (as in both options)

I got a character pretty high to level 45. I had to do a lot of trading.
Athletics and Medicine are the most important perks to max for the HP.
Medicine is actually bonkers
