Furious motorist HEADLOCKS Just Stop Oil protesters

- A furious motorist has put two Just Stop Oil protesters into a headlock as the environmental group brought a major London London Road to a standstill on Tuesday morning.
He also threatened to break a protester’s guitar while telling protesters that they were stopping him from getting to work to help support his family. Other members of the public also attempted to move protesters from the road who formed human chains around stopped vehicles.
The group had been blocking London’s A3220 road in a wider campaign to block key areas of the capitals roads on Monday.

If JSO were doing what they're supposed to do, by law, they would be informing the police of a planned protest, and they would attend to ensure hecklers couldn't intervene. By launching these surprise protests, JSO leave themselves open to assault by an angry public. The police can't be everywhere at once, and until we develop transporter technology that's how it's going to be. Of course, JSO know that if they did inform the police ahead of the protest, then no protest would last longer than 60 seconds, so the ball is really in their court.

There's an idea - build THEM a barge to live in - where there are NO oil products at all - no water or sanitation - PLASTIC (oil derived) pipework, electricity (plastic insulation) - no electricity supply (power stations burning fossil fuel) so no way to cook food, - no milk (plastic bottles), no food (plastic packaging) etc etc etc.
Give them a "taste" of a life without oil - see how long they last.

It's inevitable someone is going to get run over and killed at some point. That's why the police need to be much more proactive in clearing the streets quickly and the law needs to make sure individuals who repeatedly block the roads have severe penalties. I support the right to protest but it should be done at Westminster where policy is made not by random acts causing misery for innocent people. Those are the tactics of terrorists.

Right now many people are being held at bay from going to crucial medical appointments. Perhaps a last day with a dying loved one who is soon to pass. Cancer treatment for a deadly patient that needs to be there at a certain time every day. The examples are endless. I’ve asked this before and I’ll ask it again, why are these people not arrested for obstruction of a highway? If I decided to walk outside now and run around a dual carriageway disrupting traffic and endangering other people I’d be arrested within the hour surely?
They have a legal right to protest; a section 12 notice can move them onto the pavement but that requires police who are vaguely interested in doing their job instead of looking for thoughtcrimes and hate speech non-crimes on twitter.

It was a physical attack. He put his hands on them and marched them aggressively without their consent. And probably put them in fear of physical damage of some sort. If this went to court that guy would at the very least get a caution. Which is probably why he went back in his van and didn't come out again. He lost control
