Wow! My arms are shaking! This was a short but so effective workout. I am definitely adding it to my favorite folder! I have been back on track with working out and cutting off on sweet junks and I am very happy and proud to report that I have already lost one kilo (2.2lb) in just seven days!!!! Two more kilos to lose (4.4lbs) which I am aiming for my 51st birthday in two weeks 🙏 I did 5 of your workouts these past 7 days between 25 and 40 minutes. I love how you remind us that a short workout is better than no workouts and you sure make sure that we get the best out of a short workout! Many many thanks from France Michelle! 🇫🇷🤗❤️

Just what I needed today…a shorter but very productive arm workout. I always like when you highlight in the video which muscle group we’ll be working on next. Adding weights to the abs at the end is right up my alley!
Fantastic workout 💪 .My arms really felt it, which was perfect for me. I did it after the cardio TABATA. Great combination for an early Saturday morning workout. Just wanted to add that the recent workouts are superb. You are such a powerful and special lady Take care Michelle ❤️
@@MichelleBriehler I think two years ago this was their norm and then somehow it switched and Carole was on your left Diane on your right and it stayed that way. It was just weird to see them in the wrong spots.
