I used to teach some of this in my first session but, people always thought it was a waste of their time. I still think this should be a requirement to set your foot in any pilates classes, to keep clients safe and get the effects of all the exercises. I love this video sooooo much!!!🙏💜🙏🧡🙏 Thank you!!

kkk keep doing want u belive. Have many type of clients. Some just want to do simple lightly, dont need to know much and jsut follow. Other group want to know "why", why not this why not that, they want to get some value everysingle sesson. Even my colleague also have 2 types, some feel i give client too much information.

Karol, I totally agree with your values and your concepts! I use a similar structure when I coach my students to become certified Pilates teachers and run their own businesses. The formula I teach creates transformations over and over again. My clients come to be because they have had enough of overwhelm, not happy working for someone else, not managing to get by and living paycheck to paycheck. I offer them the possibility to gain a new skill in helping others, which not only gives them personal satisfaction but offers them a very healthy and profitable lifestyle. I'm loving what I do and I thank all my teachers for the skills I can pass on to these people! Sending you love and light!!!

You are an amazing teacher! Now I feel ready to start my anatomy class because I have an imagine of how the function of our incredible muscular and skeleton work. Your visual supports and vivid examples were well necessary for us to get a real COMPREHENSIVE idea of our bodies while we are studying to become Pilates teachers. THANK YOU so much for helping us to overcome the fear of learning anatomy. You are amazing!!!
