    Watching all the way from Kenya. Thanks Doc , I've been having all the signs and the doctors have been treating me of something different and even getting worse. Muscle cramps, hot inflammation, stomach pain , sometimes the shift of pain all over my body muscles and chest pain.

    “The take-home message is that each compartment of the body has a pH range that is necessary for its proper function, and which is carefully maintained by a range of powerful mechanisms. You simply can’t “alkalize your body,” nor should you strive to.”

    Just wanted to thank you Dr. Berg. this video saved me yesterday morning. Been adjusting my diet eating a lot more salads an for whatever reason everytime i adjust my diet to more veggies my body goes to alkaline. I don't have an appendix so probably doesn't help anything. But don't think I am getting enough magnesium. Yesterday morning when I woke up was a little weezy in my lungs an little headed upon standing. Then I realized I literally couldn't take a deep breath in, everytime I tried I got light headed a still couldn't suck in a lot of air. I knew i was either alkaline or acidic. Two days before that had the signs of alkaline it seems, upper leg cramps, eye twitching. I Quick Google searched you an that question. This video popped up. Was able to ingest apple cider vinegar upon watching this an within minutes it fixed my problem. Thank you so much for your videos.

      But man, I either have too high or too low cortisol, too high or too low something else, and lots of other data that's butting heads with the rest of the data.
      I will pull what I can and keep an eye on my health, try to sort out the details.

    I had leg cramps muscle spasms which were mostly giving me trouble at night. I eat low carb high fat..lost all the weight I wanted. It looks like I should be alkaline per the charts. I tried many different things as well as acv, nothing helped till I tried baking soda which ended the cramps immediately. This makes me think I was more acidic. It's been many years I wonder how to optimize Calcium intake. When I was very young my dentist was urging me to take calcium supplements. When I was in my fifties I was informed by my doctor that calcium supplements are harmful and may accumulate in parts of the body other than bones or teeth, as Calcium could also cause kidney stones, or accumulate in the vital arteries, in the form of plaques, also could accumulate in many other parts of the body, creating inflammation and complications. I beg Dr Berg to clarify somehow this problem that is so important for me. TIA.

    • @rudysanchez1235
      @rudysanchez1235 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Most of the time we don't need to take calcium suplements , because we can get it from foods ( ( caw cheese , goat cheese , vegetable milk like black seed sesame milk and so on ) , but you should avoid at all costs taking calcium carbonate because that is like taking cement. You can take calcium citrate or calcium lactate. Every time you take calcium , you must take magnesium , vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 (mk 7 ), that way calcium is absorbed and it doesn't deposit itself in the wrong places , like soft tissues.

    I burp a lot after eating and bloated. It affects my ears with the pressure, I get dizzy easily when I move my head around. Also becoming air hungy like grasping for air and experiencing palpitation, my muscles become weak and it locks my jaw also my muscles around the neck is kinda stiff. The symptoms will go away every time I take antacids with Famotidine, Calcium Carbonate and Magnesium Hydroxide. But it keeps coming back every time I eat 😢 I experienced this almost month ago.
    2 weeks ago I decided to eat less and avoid all foods that can produce more acids and gas. I feel better now I can move around now, before I get easily tired and experienced palpitation with difficulty in breathing, now I can do my normal activities, but sometimes some symptoms may still trigger if I accidentally eat acidic foods or foods that produce a lots of gas or eat too fast. I will continue this diet until my stomach PH levels go back to normal.

    I tried Dr. Berg's digestive formula and felt a little burning sensation a few hours later. Don't know if that was the supplement or the food I ate. Is calcium magnesium the same as magnesium glyconate? I don't know if I'm too acid or too alkaline but I suffer from a very dull burning sensation in my upper abdomen a few hours after eating certian foods. It started with belching, bloating, etc. and I've cleaned up my diet since but now it's just the dull annoying burn. It's not terrible, but it's there! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. All these people saying “alkaline is health “ is misleading. PH should be balanced. If my fish tank is too high or too low they die.

    I get symptoms from both columns but it tends to lean towards the acidic column. I get muscle twitches and spasms but i always accounted that to my anxiety... which is on the opposite column. I’m on omeprazole now which helps with my gerd I get but I still get indigestion and undigested food in my stool, which is a sign of low stomach acid.
    I guess my question is, is it possible for one to fluctuate between ph levels?

    If your stomach PH is already messed up from drinking too much alkaline water, what can you do to make it more acidic? (Other than switching to water with a balanced ph and drinking vinegar). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Dr. Berg, question for clearfication, if taking ACV to clear out high alkaline issues you're too alkaline? And taking calcium citrate to clear out issues for high acidic ph means you're too acidic? I got lost when I heard this in your video.Other than that thank you for sharing.

    • @Adentalgrl

      If you are alkaline adding acid (apple cider vinegar) will lower your pH to be more acidic.
      If you are too acidic adding a base (alkaline substance) such as calcium it will raise your pH to be more alkaline.

    One question❓❓❓❓❓ my bowel movements are very acidic. What would cause that. Because every time I take any kind of digestive aid it irritates my upper stomach and then my intestines feel sensitive. For some reason it seemed to work to take Pepcid and then also in addition I drink apple cider vinegar a couple of times a day. I know when I forget to do this it’s not as good. I believe I have more of the symptoms of the acid. How can I lower the acid while in the intestinal track while increasing in the stomach❓❓❓ thank you very much I’m a big fan love your videos!!💃💃💃
