SG hawker food full of carbohydrates, cut down on ingredients, less flavourful and use a lot of msg or artificial flavourings to add taste. Although lower in price, not filling and still feel hungry after the meal. HK street food uses real ingredients, flavourful, many varieties with different cooking methods and innovative. Although cost a little higher than in SG, very filling and enough for a meal. How to compare? HK street food still better than SG anytime!
But you guys like to eat intestine so much. Most of your street foods consist of some form of internal organ. It’s disgusting for people who don’t eat that type of food.

来新加坡要吃，炒粿条，福建炒虾面，卤面（有卤粗米粉的很好吃，记得要加一些黑醋和辣椒），大虾面，云吞面，香菇肉挫面，印度煎饼，马来meesiam（一种细米粉，酸辣甜，里边很多花生碎），鸡饭，鸭饭，叉烧烧肉饭（记得一定要辣椒），鱼片粗米粉（非常好吃，一定要加牛奶的那种），薄冰，罗惹，laksa，沙爹。。。还有很多，以上都是物美价廉的。贵的就辣椒螃蟹，一只中等的差不多新币$40或$50左右。还有好多。。。

Singaporean hawkers mostly are more hygienic I think. All of the Hong Kong hawkers are using bare hand when chopping or handling the food.
Its ok if they don't scratch other body parts and touch the food again .LOL

我还是觉得香港食物更贴近华人饮食习惯，新加坡华人食物受外来多元文化影响，已经变异很大，已经形成了新加坡特有的风格。
