I came cross this video on my recommended videos tonight and wanted to say thank you for sharing it, it's amazing to see different cultures cooking delicious foods. I really wish I can taste these foods but I'm far away from those people who cook them, so I live through these videos and imagine how awesome they taste! Thank you!

we also have that cake (with no cheese whatsoever), it's called "Pão de Ló", the original recipe, we also have "Pão de Ló de Ovar" which, instead of cheese, we fill it with egg yolks mixed with sugar. It's a real calorie bomb!
