This white paper should be released annually to monitor the world’s actual conditions in democracy. It should also followed by a global forum to let world contributors to express their knowledge or new findings. No one country has the authority to monopolize democracy or any other intangible theories of human governance.

Definition of oppressive place : jail
People try to escape from it .
If people were really oppressed in USA they would've escaped long ago. The people you watch on news "we oppressed we depressed are race baiters " coz in reality Americans basically trying to kick people out or stop people from entering their border . It's a sign it's a free country . Just a really hard place for criminals not law abiding citizens . USA claims it's the leader of free world & it is. only problem is they don't have any deportation law against defemation of countries freedom and democracy if they had people would think twice before saying they oppressed specially race baiting politicians who trying to gain support by defaming America's freedom and democracy .

Democracy is about exercising the will of the majority over the minority. The CPC has built a very strong democratic model that is results based and meets people’s needs. Here in America, we cannot address basic societal problems and will be put to shame as the climate change issue calls for swift, unified actions.

In the UK and US with voluntary voting and around 50% turnout the results at every election are usually around 50/50 on left/right ideological grounds. Reformers in those countries insist that with a greater turnout the results would be different.
In Australia with compulsory voting and a much greater turnout the results at every election are usually around 50/50 on left/right ideological grounds.

      @@taiwanisacountry G'day Denmark.
Our democratic systems are always subject to financial interests to some degree, ranging from less so in Denmark to totally in the USA and only marginally less than that in Australia. The finest democracies and mainstream media money can buy are, by definition, not remotely democratic nor is there a free press. An illusion created by a mainstream narrative manipulated by people who will profit from it.
I'm certainly not a fan of authoritarian regimes, I think we should live voluntary lives. But I'm definitely not a fan of this illusion of freedom and democracy with a war-mongering mainstream narrative that has had us in an almost constant state of war since WWII.
By far the majority of people in the world would rather get on with each other and only a relative few who profit from us not getting on; the wealthy and influential who have always run everything and are easily identified by their thirst for war usually cloaked in righteousness.

USA praise itself of the beacon of Democracy. Pure autocracy and hegemony. IN the name of democracy, USA even waged wars to some countries! The result were unrest, refugee, poverty. The democracy system did not start from USA, but its political systems were carefully designed in the 20th century on the particular or historical background. Every country enjoys its right to choose specific democratic forms based on its religion, history, tradition, economic conditions, and so on. AND this is the basic freedom and democracy for an independent sovereign state. No country would like the so-called democracy imposed by USA on its own will.

I think when you realize that the western discourse is Idealistic rathter than materialistic, and that people in general in the west, would rather be govern by leaders who are materialistic, it becomes clear that the western system is a failure. It is politics by words and symbols rather than politics that help people with their materialistic needs, like safety, living standards etc. For me it has been a revelation, and of course, Marx was a materialist and things lead back to him in the end. I am living in Sweden, and our society is under big attack from gang violence, drug related crimes, etc that makes the general population fearful. The laws protects "the individuals rights", which means the gangs can keep shooting and killing, and the violence escalates, when people in general would prefer peace and safety.

Besides, my view of Denmark when I was there is not particularly positive, but good for you, you’re happy with your country, but be aware that so are most Chinese of theirs.
Personally I like China, much more than Denmark, to be honest I found most of Europe to be socially engineered to the extreme, therefore highly controlled but half asleep

@@esplace3023 :-) yeah that is the same thing Germans say when they step out of Germany, and especially into countries like Denmark. Until they have lived in Denmark for some time, then they begin to appreciate the lag of paper work. In Germany you need a piece of paper to get your medicine, this is also true in China. In Denmark the doctor is going to put it into your social security card, so you can go bip in with your card instead of walking around the pieces of paper that you can lose and if you lose them, you lose everything.
That happened to me while I lived in Beijing. I was not aware that I had to save every single piece of paper that my doctor had given me. When I became aware of that I began to show up to my doctor in Beijing with my binder.
What is the better system? The one where you can lose access to life saving medicine because the wind stole your piece of paper, or the that where that can not happen? I choose comfort.
What system is best? The one where a student can spend 1-2 years being unemployed and getting social benefits so they can get a job where their long education can be used? Or a system like Germany or China where you are left to fight for yourself from the day you are educated.
I have a wife I need to take care of. If I did not have this system I would have to find a shitty job as soon as I am done with my thesis. Such as storage worker, clerk, something like this.
My field of expertise is east Asian cultures, there is not a lot of demand for my skills, but when there is demand then I am almost guaranteed a job because so few people have my expertise. :-)
      I choose comfort.
The same problems that China have had the last 150 years... You do realize that the Danish welfare state started more than 150 years ago right? That public schooling in Denmark is more than 200 years old and we made the first system for schooling for all in the world right? There is a reason why we are ahead of everybody, because we started far earlier than everybody.
Open and free trade? Scandinavia invented that.
Why did the opium war start? China wanted to keep to their old ways of not having free nor open trade.
As the reply to crown of England from China: "the great emperor have everything that could ever be desired under the heavens at his disposal. There is nothing in the barbaric world that he does not already have, and if he does not have it is because he does not want it." That was the reply for open trade between England and Qing. And then England attacked to force China into open trade with the British.

Now the Chinese People have stood up. The Chinese people will not repeat their grave mistakes and slide back to the past situation. Formerly the Chinese were poisoned with opium, now the Western countries will use a similarly dangerous poison , namely the " opium for the mind and ideas". Many among the Chinese are enticed by this new poison, including Jack Ma. The Western advocates, their own style of "democracy", " freedom of speech" , to usurp and subvert the Chinese people, with the final objective is to split China and destroy its unity. The West, especially the US is worried that their obsolete, crumbling and ineffective democracy can not stand as the role model for the world, thus endangering its hegemony. No system is 100% perfect, but people will choose which has the higher percentage of effectiveness and benefit for them.
The Chinese people, now already polittically conscious, will not be tricked again, and stand firmly to defend their recent effective system. Xi Jinping is working hard for the Chinese people with perfect results, therefore, the absolute majority of the people support him.

Emperor Xi is not working hard for the people, he’s working hard for absolute power and money for millions of CCP followers. He wants to hold on power for life now.
Thousands of Chinese Christians in an impoverished county in rural southeast China have exchanged their posters of Jesus for portraits of President Xi Jinping as part of a local government poverty-relief initiatives that seeks to “transform believers in religion into believers in the party."
The CCP is atheist. The party prohibits its nearly ninety million party members from holding religious beliefs, and it has demanded the expulsion of party members who belong to religious organizations. That’s not democracy!
Whoever says something not up to his liking will suffer the same fate as Jack Ma or even worse. Do you know how many jobs have been lost due to the crackdown after Jack Ma’s speech last year. This is an interesting push by China. American democracy sucks. And CCP better represents the will of the Chinese people. But that doesn't make PRC's government democratic. Direct elections are held only at the local level, and even then they're very constrained. China's system works for China. It even works better for China than America's system works for America. But trying to convince the people of the world that China is a democracy isn't really going to work, and it muddies the water for what should be a conversation about how well China's non-democratic system works for itself. I don't think this is a battle that is worth fighting.
