Limit sugar and gluten and prioritise your gut health whilst training your abs to see more drastic results! I also recommend drinking kefir and greens (for gut health) You could also go on a cut, tone your abs and work on maintaining your muscle whilst gradually bulking to gain some weight back

Dance is good but I don't dance (yet)! I love rowing and play tennis here and there, definitely try them out
