I had the same idea recently to mix my new album only with one plugin and to see how it sounds:-) So cool that you did a video like this! Luv your vidz and vibes! Especially the reggae vidz! I can hear and feel how long, how diligent and how passionate you worked to that authentic reggae vibe and sound, that I also luv so dearly! It's a wonderful and endless journey! More luv and more vibes, Bro! One luv
That’s pretty cool! Glad I’m not the only one with the idea haha. Thanks so much for the kind words! Yes I’m obsessed with everything reggae. Wanted to do my due diligence and learn it properly before I put it out there. Much love and respect 🫡
@@thirdislandproductions9708 I'm addicted too Bro! All it took was one hit and I was hooked! Went to the doctor he said I have reggaemylitis and perscribed heavy metal. It worked for about two minutes but then the metal song added reggae elements and I felt this tremendous crave and "coincidently" there was a reggae hit in the recomendations and since then I haven't attempted much to get my addiction under control, but I managed to start growing it myself and become a distributer! As a heavy consumer I can say you did the due diligence and I can reach higher heights with your music! Looking forward to hearing more from you! Forward Higha Man 🎶
Yooo I was just thinking about doing this a couple days ago, and either using the Lindell 80 or 50. Crazy timing (and insanely good mix, as usual). Home Again/Far Away still on repeat! 🏠
Thanks G! Yeah man. It’s sick cause it just makes you that much better at mixing if you can dial in a mix with only one Channel strip plug in. Thanks as always for watching and supporting man 🙏🏼🫡
Many thanks! Mostly just panning! Also stereo recordings create a lot of width as well. My Overheads on the drums are natural a stereo recording. Panning hats left or right. There’s a Width knob on my piano vst as well. There’s also some natural stereo information on my verbs, 🙏🏼

Big ups from SF! You've helped my mixes mucho - cheers bud! Cheers to using Reason as well, I use that and slave it into Cubase.

This is my go to plugin as well. I find myself rarely using any other plugin when mixing these days.
Definitely! The Lindell 80 is great as well.
Thanks for the video, roots fire sound and song🔥 How to make a mix sound so wide?
