Gorillas are very similar to humans anatomically, however given that Gorillas knuckle-walk, I doubt that they get any serious spinal problems. Gorillas do stand bipedally from time to time, however it isn't the most comfortable why for them to stand in most situations. The only instance that Gorillas would possibly get back pain, is if they sit and lean against a hard surface (such as a tree or a wall). For Winston specifically, i think that he would genuinely have back pain, due to him having to carry a Jump pack on his back which would weigh him down whilehe'srunning, and in general he wears quite a bit of armour. Gorillas are very strong (2.5x as strong as humans), so I don't think his back pain would be as severe as human back pain, but he still experiences some back pain.
i want to argue that widow likely would have back problems bc of her heart being slowed down. if that is why her skin is purple, she likely also has really low circulation which would cause more problems getting efficient energy to maintain proper posture.
