Mr. Tiny, It would be great to hear testimonials from people who have purchased some of your homes. I would very much appreciate Seeing a tiny home that is being lived in and hearing from a couple or small family who lives in one of your homes.

Hi Agumon5 ... My spouse and I ordered a Park Model RV in October from HomeCo in Cumby, Texas, which is an affiliate of RRC. We have been told it will be delivered late March to early April. So far, the process has been ok. We ordered a model from the Athens line. We did have to sign a paper that said we were aware and agree to accept building materials that may contain formaldehyde and off-gassing may occur.
We ordered the model 150 with some alterations to the floor plan, added 2 windows, got a nice sink, etc. We came in at just over 50K + tax. Don't forget to add the .0625 percent Texas sales tax to the purchase price. From what I understand now, the prices have increased and the delivery time could be as much as 10 months out, depending on the model ordered.
We do plan to use it as our full-time retirement home and we ordered it with the main entrance on the side. We plan to add on to it and almost double the square footage. Why go to that trouble? Well, we purchased some lots in an RV-only gated community and we can build on to any RV, but we have to start with an RV.
I usually watch the "Tiny Home Tuesday" series and will post updates on the progress and the final outcome.
MR. TINY - I do think it would be good business practice to assign each client to an "Account Manager" ... a POC for every client who is under contract. ALSO ... BUYERS SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR ORDERING WHITE CABINETS.

I know it's easy to just make changes when you want to buy one then you can design it then for each person can't please everybody but you do a damn good job trying
Sweet! The kitchen on the end makes all the difference. It also eliminates (no pun intended) the bathroom near the kitchen, which is a deal breaker for me.
It does have a nice kitchen.
Love The Winston Mike. The gray and white color scheme is spot on. My only complaint is there's no window in the bathroom. The kitchen is my favorite too.

Am I the only one who loves these tiny homes while being concerned about all the windows? I mean, I can't stop thinking about how many boards I'd need to seal myself in so I don't have to "people" or for prepping for the zombie apocalypse. Just me?

Your comment Sandra's 11 months ago so I don't know if you've been watching these but he does offer some larger tiny homes they're not the 399 square feet which makes them a recreational vehicle versus a homestead if you add more square footage it becomes a homestead in the state of Texas and on a homestead you have to pay annual taxes... We're on a less than $400 recreational vehicle you don't pay the state tax whatever they call it I'm not sure but it is from your city and your state just FYI and yeah he's got one that's $625 ft I think one that's 800 oh yeah so he does have them I don't remember the name of the model cuz I watched so many of these but and besides that they do definitely work with you to customize yours but anything you change of course if it costs more money to actually do they're going to charge you that extra money but that's same with anything that you would buy well you can buy a fox and Jacob's house which they only make anymore how's my first house and you can add to it you can add wood floors versus the carpet that they usually do but you pay for the update so that's the same way with recreational resort cottages just I didn't know if you knew this and like I said I watch some of these videos I just wanted to respond he does show those I think he shows those on Sunday

That so called bar in the middle should also be offered as a built in desk area as well. Leave a space underneath for a stool and there you go.

So much storage space in this tiny. I live in a 680 sqft and have one closet and tiny kitchen. Very impressed.
That kitchen is ten times better than the rental we are in, which is more than twice the size of a tiny home.
End kitchen is the way to go in a tiny home IMHO 👍 I like the layout because there are defined end points to each room. You feel more like you are walking in an actual house from room to room... as opposed to your fridge more in the hallway... or livingroom across from the kitchen like some are.
Mr. Tiny, you look great in that blue...This house is perfect. I love the end kitchen and the floorplan. I would rather a gas stove and a bath/shower, but other than that...it's right on target!

Love the Winston and it can easily be modified for wheelchair living by enlarging doorways and making the main hall wider! Otherwise, it is perfect and love the placement of the kitchen. Watching on TH-cam-it brought me here👍🏽
This is exactly what I want. I'm waiting on a tinyhome community to be built in my city. But I've been watching them nice shoes, lol, I mean lovely homes since yesterday. This pandemic has made me a minimalist, I luv it.
Now I like the layout of this ! For 11 ft wide , the layout makes it look bigger. The kitchen is placed perfectly. Love it Mike !

Because of the extra cabinet space I would order a small dishwasher. Yes I would order a skylight over the shower for a little light. In the bathroom

This is very nice. It would be perfect if it was 14 foot wide. You could make the bathroom an easy step shower for handycapped buyers. You could widen the hall a little. If you lengthened it out by 4 feet the bedroom and the built ends could be bigger. I know, I'm greedy but those tweaks would make a perfect retirement cottage for me. I know this is kinda grim, but after taking care of family in final years you think of space for wheelchairs and even EMS gurneys. It is very nice.😊

I love this tiny home. It makes a big difference to have the kitchen in the front. I would want a dishwasher so they’d need to make that happen for me. I love all the extra storage in the hall. A great place to fold the clothes just out of the dryer. I would want regular doors on the bedroom closets, the bi folds would just get in the way. I love the barn doors so that would work too. Love Mr. Tiny. For all you subscribers and you should be, don’t make me take a bite out of that wood. He slays me! 🥰👍

I love the end kitchen too. My favorite floor plan.
This design is great. The only thing I would do is make that extra cabinet space in the hallway a closet, perfect for electric brooms, mops a bucket, cleaning supplies and even extra seasonal clothing and coats and jackets. A window in the bathroom would also make it perfect. I would omit the entertainment cabinet. I would rather choose my own furnishings, something more open in a small space.

@@obiomaonyeobia4870 It is for PROPER ventilation. Fans help but do not work as well as a window. Also it is for safety. If the power goes out you are in a dark room with many tripping hazards.
Windows are a MUST REQUIREMENT for bathrooms.
You made a good point. Probably due to limited space, installing one is not practical. I will keep the door open if not in use.

I love this layout. I just wish there was a tub in it, so that an option? Not a big fan of the 2 closet sections, would rather just have the one with the rest open so I could put my own dresser there. Love the kitchen!
