WOW, what a package that would be for disabled Vets & seniors with a ramp & ADA approved wider pocket doors. ('White keep it light' horizontal tiled Ba & Kitchen splash-back. And the natural wood tone doors.)

One thing I love about your homes is that you always have real wood shelves and rods. There are so many mobile homes that look really nice until you open a closet and find those cheap wire rack box store shelves. You always have the best wooden doors and trim and your showers have beautiful tile inside instead of cheap molded one piece tub showers.. you even have jacuzzi jets in your tubs. Your homes are always the best. And I’ve looked at a lot of homes. Unfortunately for you I’m no longer in the market I just bought a stick built house and it’s 4 bedroom 3.5 baths and on a 3/4 acre lot. I paid 299,000$ for it and paid it in cash. I really considered buying from you but I don’t think I could have gotten land in Texas like I got now. There’s so many things I would have to purchase on top of the home that made it not doable for me. So I’m sorry, but I love you Mr. Tiny and will continue to watch your videos.

What's more important than dining room set, the luxury living room, carpeted bedrooms and hanging light fixtures is how the mobile home is constructed.. What it is structure composed of, what are the materials used and more importantly, how long will it last, how long will it last? Perhaps you might consider a video on construction..
Love the exterior. Especially the porch. The living/dining/kitchen space is beautiful. Nice high ceilings. Nice open feel. Perfect windows. Really like the floors. Really like the fact that they extend throughout the home. Not a carpet fan. It cheapens the home. Fireplace/TV. wall really makes the living room. The kitchen is well planned out. Lots of light. To of light. Like the tiles. They make kitchen really pop. The cabinets are top knotch. Thick sturdy shelving too. Really appreciate that. The contrasting color on the island is perfect. The pantry is large. Shelving is perfect. Love the patio doors in the dining room. Barn door is a nice touch. Would like a sink in the utility room. The guest bath is above average. Like the consistency with the rest of the house and into the guest bathroom. The guest bedrooms are a good space. The master suite is beyond beautiful. Love the windows. I’d never get out of bed. Like the door to the porch. I can see me enjoying a morning coffee there daily. The master suite is huge. Super huge. Again lots of windows. The master closet exceeds my expectations. Again, perfect. The master bathroom is breathtaking. I love the jacuzzi tub. Rarely find one of those in a double wide. The tile shower is one of the nicest I’ve seen. Price is a tad high however, it’s more than worth it for this home. Quality does not come cheap. Like the old story says, you get what you pay for. In this case you get a lot. It’s a 12/10.
Love this home. Two things I would change is the color of the door in the dinning area and the outside door in the master. I don’t think I would want a door right there. The tile in the kitchen and bath is beautiful. I normally don’t like all the wood finishes, but I think I like this one. It’s the dark wood I don’t like. I absolutely love a white kitchen. I wish I could find a 2 bedroom as nice as this. Smaller homes aren’t as nice as the larger ones, the tiny homes are even nicer. I just want an upgraded 2 bedroom house.

The one thing in homes recently that I do not like is the tiny water closet with the closed door. Claustrophobia!!! Use a curtain instead of a door, and add a small window, and voila! This is very nice and spacious. I am not a fan of 'open concept', so I would want some kind of separation in the living/dining/kitchen area; perhaps some half walls and columns. The master bath is a spa! The windows are at a good height, not the usual floor to ceiling ones which put you on 'front street'! The laundry room is a dream! This is my favourite. I love the black and white tile and lovely southern ranch style character very much. The porch adds a country home feel.
