We offer a universal conversion harness which can connect the K24 to the 02-04 Hondata KPRO. You'll likely need a special RWD style K20A2 engine harness, but it should work. Check Rywire or WireWorx for custom engine harnesses.
Yes and no. If you are running KPRO, you typically do not use it and can turn off the sensor's function inside your calibration. That is what happens 95% of the time. If you are using a stock ECU (say a PRC Type-R ECU), you'd have to have it connected and plugged in since the ECU will be looking for the secondary sensor. But to your question, yes, you'd usually just tie the wire up and stick it out of the way.

Yes, although the AC system is chassis-based and has nothing to do with the engine or conversion harness wiring. The AC compressor is controlled by the engine bay connector, so nothing on the engine harness will connect to it. Your AC pressure switch is also part of the engine bay wiring, so again, the engine harness won't have any effect.

The charge harness is a separate piece that is included with the Rywire harness. Your alternator and starter wires are built into the harness, the only part that is not is the actual direct power link between the battery. Obviously, there are a ton of ways you can run your battery, but that is really the only thing that's sort of custom to your specific chassis situation.
My issue is I have a k24a2 out of a tsx will this tucked harness still work? I wouldn't want to pay 500 if it isn't plug and play. I don't have any idea about wiring. I just bought a battery tuck kit with charge harness but it doesn't have a connecter on it it goes to fuse box, battery, alternator, and starter. Wiring is just so confusing to me. If someone can point me in the right direction it would he greatly much appreciated!
Yes you can, however it will not be correctly lengthened to fit inside of the EG/EK/DC2. The OEM harness also has connectors you won't use, and it may not route the way you want. If you are ok with that, then yes, the OEM K20A2 engine harness will absolutely work.
If you plan to use our conversion harness, you'll need to use the 02-04 RSX engine wiring and ECU etc. Basically, all of the parts that are in this video.

Will this work for a rd1 crv k swap
Will this harness also fit on k20a1 or only k20a2
The engine harnesses are made to fit any K-Series, as long as it uses the sensors from the K20A2 and uses a K20A/A2/A3 style ECU and conversion harness. The parts in this video can fit any K24A series or K20A / Z series.
Would this work similar on a Fiat 124 spyder with a K swapped engine?
You would use all of the same parts, except the conversion harness. Replace the EG/DC conversion harness with the universal setup on our website and yes, technically all of that work get the K-Series engine working correctly in the Fiat.
@@hybridracing wow! Amazing, I look forward to the swap. Definitely let you guys know how it goes👍
If I have an automatic Hondata ecu could I still do this swap with a manual transmission
????
Yes. You will still need to convert the car to a manual trans with the pedals, etc, however, these parts will work.
