Awesome! I started using castor oil two weeks ago and I can already go two days without washing my hair, it's not producing that much oil anymore! And I had to wash it every single day, it was that bad. I also changed the shampoo, started using brands for babies and kids, Johnson's currently and boy the difference is noticeable! Verdict-it works
@@ReStOrEdLiFe88 Thats sounds great! I’ve been trying to solve my oily scalp problem for so long, I can only go a full day after shampooing until my hair is greasy again. What type of hair do u have ?(I have fine straight hair) also how did u use the castor oil specifically?
@@L1ght5 I have fine and straight hair too, it worked wonders! I used a mixture if castor+coconut oil sometimes but mostly it was pure castor oil. Just warm it up a bit and massage it into the scalp, leave it on overnight (that's what I did) and rinse with baby or natural shampoo. Give it a month, you'll see the results I guarantee 👏🏻
@@ReStOrEdLiFe88 Do you two here think it would work well if I just sort of did it like a hair mask, before my shower, then rinsed with water only? I also have straight fiber hair, but medium/dense in amount. But I would like to do this on my 2nd or 3rd day hair, I’m just concerned with looking like I have oil in my hair that entire next day….? I already do a ACV and rosemary oil rinse on the 3rd day. What do u guys think? Also with your shampoo choices, try to get one that doesn’t have sulfates. The most common sulfate in shampoos is SLS. It’s literally a detergent, and waaayyy overkill on a human. We aren’t baked on grease on a lasagna dish! 😂 there’s lots of cheap drugstore brands with no sulfates now too. I’m happy to recommend some if you’re new to it. :)
The trick to getting volume for fine hair is to 1) put some styling gel in your washed hair, 2) blow it dry until it is almost dry and 3) put it in big curlers (or a big pony tail on top) until it dries completely. You can just put the curlers on the top line if you just want the crown lifted. But when I do this, it will stay lifted for several days.
Women shed most in August. You're hair looks way denser and you're not losing much at all in the wash, by the sound of it. Normal hair shed is 50-150 daily. It can be interesting to check your iron numbers (iron stores and blood iron), as most women don't know it takes stores of around 60-80 for healthy growth.
Your hair looks lush and your patience is paying off. Thank you for sharing, I'm going to do this. It sounds like your shedding, especially as you're growing in new hair. Have a great day. 😊
I don't know if you'd reach here to read this comment but I'd say please mix castor oil with some other cold pressed oil like coconut or mustard or another light oil. (Coconut one is highly recommended since its really light on scalp). This will dilute castor oil since that thick consistency actually does cause hair fall. You can definitely use rosemary like oil or any mineral oil in drop quantity as well.
The hair loss might have to do with the fact that you're not washing your hair as often, so it's "accumulated hair loss" when you do wash it. But of course check all the things you mentioned :) I love this hair growth series and I'm really curious about the laser therapy, can't wait for the update 😍😍
Even when i used castor oil i had more hair fall , just make sure that you eat well all those fruits and vegetables which help in hair growth (basically you would notice less hair fall)
I read somewhere that hair sheds in phases you can look up the specifics maybe you are moving to the shedding phase which is natural. I just started using Jamaican castor too thank you for the rosemary tip!
@@TinaTomato I have hairfall , bald spots and receeding hair line.. I want to regrow hair in bald spots and hair line and thus increase the volume of hair.. Actually I've started applying onion juice on alternate days from Monday onwards, I'll do this continuously for 2 months.. Along with that I'll try castor oil application too But as I'm using onion juice, I will be applying castor oil+ any oil on the remaining days only on roots and not heavy application.. Is it fine?? Bcoz I thought it's better to strengthen roots first, rather than applying huge amount of oil and enhancing hairfall.. I'm using shampoo prepared using amla, reetha , shikakai and fenugreek.. I'm also eating clean and doing yoga everyday for one hour.. I hope I can get hair growth in bald spots and hair line soon.. Pls reply
fenugreek seeds soaked all night and then blended and used as hair mask and flaxseeds and green tea rinse are some of the 1000% effective solutions for hair. I use a herbal shampoo made by a hakeem and wooden brush has reduced hair oil has benefited more than anything, just ensure the wood is real.. all the best to all the thin hair girls.. I know how stressful it is.
My guess is. If you wash your hair less regularly then you would lose more hair when you DO. Washing does dislodge the strands that are dead but maybe before they were so few the got rinsed away rather than being caught in your hands? So let's say your average was 20 strands/day. And you washed it every other day. You'd lose 40 strands per hairwash. If you then wash it every third (60) or fourth, (80), that's significantly more per hairwash, but the same total. So the likelihood of grabbing them goes up but the overall loss would be the same. It could also be that the nutrients and massage is awakening your dormant hair follicles so the ones that were dead (had stopped growing the hairstrand but it is still attached) will have a quicker "wake up" rate. So the non growing hair will drop and the follicle it belonged to will quickly grow new hair.
I love to apply castor oil on my scalp and hair...it work well for me...i also mix castor oil with coconut and rossemary oil..it give wonderful result for my hair It took 1 year for me to see the result😇
Depending on what you choose to wash your hair with next, you might want to keep your Head and Shoulders around. Curly hair people (who I bring up because they tend to focus on ingredients and hair routines more than most people) often "clarify" with a harsher shampoo once a month or so to knock out scalp build up, so it could be useful to have on hand to get your scalp really clean every now and then. Just be careful to focus it on your scalp and not the midshaft or hair ends. Scalp build up can lead to more hair fall, by the way, though I doubt that's the reason you've seen more hair coming out in the shower - just washing your hair less can mean you see more hairs every time you do.
Nizoral has been shown to grow hair and many people use it for that purpose. Nizoral is a dandruff shampoo, but the active ingredient, ketoconazole, has been proven to grow hair. I use nizoral, and I also use castor oil/jojoba oil, rosemary essential oil treatments every other day. In addition I use minoxidil. There is no one cure for hair loss, so if you have aggressive hair loss you will want to use many different treatments to maximize your results. Dermarolling has also been proven to grow hair, and I've just started that a week ago. You really have to devote a lot of time to growing your hair/making it thicker.
The hair loss most likely is from the castor oil.. it's really thick and not meant to be used on its own It's best used with a carrier oil, like coconut or olive oil Could also try it with egg and honey! Castor oil is great but combining it with other things gives the best results! (I experienced hair loss with castor oil on its own, but when I added with carrier ingredients it stopped)
The black castor oil is produced under heat. As a result, a lot of valuable ingredients are lost. That's why we should use organic cold pressed castor oil
Ever tried mustard oil with curd. I tried it once and this mask really helped. I do not even need to use conditioner after shampoo. Makes the hair extremely soft and silky.
If you're still trying stuff out, please don't ever try ginger (in a topical), it has been documented to decrease hair growth :( I've been seeing this on so many "natural hair loss remedies" lists.
For the gap you were noticing, it was probably caused by your haircut. You don't have bangs anymore, so it's easier for the longer locks to stay tucked/grouped with the rest of your hair.
In Ayurveda, losing hair when you do something good, is a release of the weakness, so it's just weak hair leaving so new stronger hair can grow in their place, so it's all good 😊 nothing wrong happening, keep going with the castor oil, it gets very strong as you go.
Dr. William Davis says that when your skin is getting healthier (less inflammation), you will go through a period of losing a lot of hair. I’ve gone through that before and was experiencing it a couple weeks ago when I came across Dr. Davis’ video. I wasn’t even looking for anything, and it was just there on my YT feed. (Dr. Davis is the cardiologist who wrote Wheat Belly). At the time I was not concerned anyway because I, too, noticed a lot of baby hairs. I’m not saying that’s your situation, but if your scalp is feeling better overall, without the itching and inflammation, it could just be a healthy reaction. I hope so.
Peppermint is better than Rosemary,I have started to use both with jojoba oil as a carrier ,I’m contemplating to buy castor oil and that’s how I found your video,my only issue is castor oil is thick and may get sticky and pull hair out and also not medically recommend for hair growth.
it could be the castor oi but in a good way, bc the oil moisturizes the scalps skin, so its stopping the dead skin from holding onto that hair thats also just dead. also how to check if that hair is dead, just look closely at the ends of the hair, if it goes weird lighter color, it died even the melanin stopped being made into it at some point but for some reason stopped earlier, if the end has a weird thick clump at the end thats also the same as your hair color, it also died and the capped it self off to fall out to also renew
You guys were not kidding about the head and shoulders. Last month my dad bought head and shoulders and it was the only shampoo in our home for a while, it made my hair fall out like crazy! A few weeks ago we got Sunsilk and my hairfall is going down again. Why is head and shoulders so bad? ugh.
Em T “Due to the high content of zinc pyrithione, a chemical known for drying out the skin, many have reported that by using Head and Shoulders over time has lead to the formation of a dry itchy scalp - which may ultimately worsen the effects of dandruff (ironically).” (Cited from: www.mapleholistics.com/blog/head-and-shoulders-review/#doc10)... It can be difficult to find hair products that work well with your hair. You should find products based on hair type. Is your hair straight, wavy or curly? Are the hair strands fine, medium or course? Does your hair feel thin, medium or thick? Is your scalp dry, average or oily? Also, you’re not alone, people have reported hair loss from head and shoulders (it’s not for everyone). It contains harsh detergents that dry out the scalp too much, the scalp actually needs its natural oils to heal and grow hair. Try a shampoo that is more gentle and specializes in hair regrowth.
I use a vegan brand called No4. L'eau de Mare from the US. It is the only shampoo that made my "dandruff" go. My scalp had being irritated from all the other products I had been putting on my hair
Use the Caster oil less. I noticed that too (losing more hair in the shower) when I use too much oil. Caster oil is really a heavy oil so mixing it with maybe apple vinegar and having a water spray to have some wet hair first helps. I took a long break from using caster oil on my head. I am trying to see what I can do about my thin hair in the front which I think was the cause of using too many oils. Caster oil wasn't the only one I have used.
I use shampoos I don’t like as liquid hand soap. Most of us have a liquid soap pump bottle which can easily be refilled. Shampoo makes very foamy hand soap. Or, use it as body wash.
Girl every time I wash my hair I loose around 234 strands (actually counted them a few times xD, it is always 200+) but on a regular day I loose around 20-30 strands when combing.
girlll same :(( im scared to lose more hair like- now im doing this castor oil treatment and my hair got healthier?¿ i just want to stop this hair from falling
Most people lose about 100 strands a day, perfectly normal. If you are only coming out 20-30 of them, the rest are still sitting in your hair. You aren’t losing strands of hair due to washing.
I'm living for you research on this. I also did a comparative amount of research on my own and found the similar conclusions. I appreciate your diligence! I'm on a castor oil/sweet almond/ rosemary. Ps. You hair look fabulous.
Hey did you notice any itchiness and dry scalp and flaky scalp resulting from this? I've been doing it for around three weeks and I do see less hair fall but my scalp is ridiculously itchy/dry/flaky. Not sure if that's something in the beginning and then goes away?
Well you are adding resemerry much more than what is needed. 20 drops in 50ml is a good proportion so I'll suggest you to make it more easy for your scalp. Take castor oil with coconut or almond or seseme oil in 1:2 proportion then add 20 drops of rosemarry in 50 ml or 40 drops in 100ml You can use and see if it cam make any difference And wash hair twice or thrice a week is enough ( as per our Ayurvedic texts ).
With the increased hair loss, it could be because you have hair follicles that have started the growth phase, which pushes out the hair that was dead and dormant.
Guys... there's a big difference between essential oil and oil! Essential oils are produced with the help of alcohol and even though most of it probably dissolves in the heating process, some of it is most likely left and also the end product is ultra concentrated (it takes about 8000 rose flowers to make 5 ml of oil). Alcohol has a drying effect and it's highly recommenced to mix it with base oil! So it's a lot better idea to mix it with that castor oil.
Hi Tina Tomato. Do i need to let the Castor Oila and Rosemary oil soak in the hair overnight. Do i need to wet th hair before i put the oil's on first at night. What shampoo would you recommend and do i need to do this everynight? thank you again. Very interesting Video. Great work
Hey... You might be noticing hair loss more because of washing them more often...try to wash hair on Sunday and then on Wednesday... I use to have same hair try... Second day hair gets oily and that make me wash it ever alternative day.I switched my hair wash routine from alternative days to every Sundays and Wednesdays and that had help me alot. Surely in starting weeks you would have too oily scalp but slowly as your hair gets use to it you will notice the difference.
Btw its not good to put essential oil straight onto your scalp!! Keep mixing it with the castor oil, cause on its own it can be detrimental! (Great video tho, happy your hair has improved 😊)
@@TinaTomato Essential oils are really strong so can cause irritation, or induce sensitivity over time, so theyre always reccomened to be diluted before application :)

I think the most problem of hairloss besides stress is using regular shampoos instead of plant based (complete natural non chemical shampoos. Pretty each shampoo from the well known brands are so chemical that it will make people lose their hair. It may be a bit more expensive , but it saves your hair . The motto is, if you can't eat it, don''t put it on your skin or hair
I have even finer hair than you to the point that i can see my scalp.. I'm also asian but i've nerver had dense hair except from birth... I have a big hairline too and it's driving me crazy to have so little hair... I tried every natural remedies possible but nothing helped me get more hair, it only prevented me from losing too much hair (that's still a victory i guess). I think I'll try rosemary oil + black castor oil too for 6months. I don't know if doing it as often as you is worth it or more effective because i like to shower before going to bed (I want to sleep as much as possible before going to school lol)
Peppermint essential oil has been shown to be good for hair growth. However, don't use it at night, it will give you nightmares. When I have a shampoo I don't like, I use it as bath foam; you could also use it as a body wash in the shower.
Using good healthy products like those oils is good. Humans should only use products they could eat. Otherwise you get poisoned. Not that we would eat soap but day even if a child did...it should not harm them. You look lovely.
During cold weather that was below freezing for about two weeks. My hair was so fly away it was impossible to brush, and matted like a brillo pad. My daughter told me to use Acure, Rose and Argani oil. I was able to completely brush through my hair, almost instantly.
The most important application of castor oil will be to take this internally in a regular manner, this one not only to empty the bowels from all the waste deposed there, but especially to cleanse the human body from all poisons and heavy metals (mercury!) via the liver, this one in the following manner: Take regularly early in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil and you will be astonished upon the health benefits.
I think it's bad because you will dry out ur scalp. But if ur using oil on ur hair then washing it once will mostly strip the oil and a little but of ur sebum. So i dont think it will dry out ur scalp. That's just what I came up w so dony quote me haha
I dont know if someone already said that in the comments but please use the second method of applying the oils. Essential oils are eay to concentrated to be put directly to skin, even causing chemical burns, irritation and photo toxicity.
Its great that the oil is working, but you do need to dilute essential oils in a carrier oil, your skin could become sensitised to the oil otherwise, and then you would have to stop using it.
Doing cardio 30 mins and then after putting ur head upside down would help blood flow to the head producing hair growth

Update?
@@L1ght5 it is awesome, my hair grew very fast and it solved my sebum problem, I have no dandruff so I am very satisfied. I suggest you try it
@@ReStOrEdLiFe88 Thats sounds great!
Blow drying causes premature graying of hair. So it's better if you let your hair dry naturally
This does actually work. Well has for me anyway . I was hesitant too but I’ve definitely noticed thickness along my hairline that wasn’t there before.
Your hair looks way better now.
Your hair looks lush and your patience is paying off. Thank you for sharing, I'm going to do this. It sounds like your shedding, especially as you're growing in new hair. Have a great day. 😊
Castor Oil + Rosemary oil + Mint oil for greater effect! Keep on gaining, hair lovers!
That makes a lot of sense, thanks Nati! I will definitely keep you posted on the laser comb 😊
Even when i used castor oil i had more hair fall , just make sure that you eat well all those fruits and vegetables which help in hair growth (basically you would notice less hair fall)
Use with oilve oil and warm this oil before apply ,
Sometimes lemon used for hair
And also eat lemon amla etc
I read somewhere that hair sheds in phases you can look up the specifics maybe you are moving to the shedding phase which is natural. I just started using Jamaican castor too thank you for the rosemary tip!
what brand of Jamaican castor oil? I have been looking and I don't know which brand is good
I think that it improved the quality of your hair overall. It looks healtier 🤩👌 Loved how detailed you video was!
Thanks Karolina!
@@TinaTomato I have hairfall , bald spots and receeding hair line.. I want to regrow hair in bald spots and hair line and thus increase the volume of hair..
Actually I've started applying onion juice on alternate days from Monday onwards, I'll do this continuously for 2 months.. Along with that I'll try castor oil application too
But as I'm using onion juice, I will be applying castor oil+ any oil on the remaining days only on roots and not heavy application..
Pls reply

Can’t wait to see your thoughts on the brush. You look great and the video is really well done. Keep us posted and stay well
Great, Nancy! I'll have a video about it next month, and then a 4 month update after that. 😊
You hair looks much darker, thicker and beautiful..
fenugreek seeds soaked all night and then blended and used as hair mask and flaxseeds and green tea rinse are some of the 1000% effective solutions for hair. I use a herbal shampoo made by a hakeem and wooden brush has reduced hair oil has benefited more than anything, just ensure the wood is real.. all the best to all the thin hair girls.. I know how stressful it is.
I love your editing! You make your videos very organized and yet concise. Love it
Try using Rosemary Extract instead of rosemary oil. I recently heard somewhere that the study used extract and not oil.
This is so helpful! Thanks for sharing! 🤩
I love to apply castor oil on my scalp and hair...it work well for me...i also mix castor oil with coconut and rossemary oil..it give wonderful result for my hair
It took 1 year for me to see the result😇
Thanks for putting 6 months update! I'm new to this but I'm thinking to use oil approach!
Do you use the castor oil at night, then wash it out in the morning? Are you washing your hair more often because you're using castor oil?
The hair loss most likely is from the castor oil.. it's really thick and not meant to be used on its own
It's best used with a carrier oil, like coconut or olive oil
Could also try it with egg and honey!
Castor oil is great but combining it with other things gives the best results!
(I experienced hair loss with castor oil on its own, but when I added with carrier ingredients it stopped)
hi c m, did you resolve your hair fall
The black castor oil is produced under heat. As a result, a lot of valuable ingredients are lost. That's why we should use organic cold pressed castor oil
your hair do look thicker after 6 months,
Use coconut oil+castor oil and also with this mixture u can add other oils . It will be beneficial and easy to apply on hairs . 😊
Ever tried mustard oil with curd. I tried it once and this mask really helped. I do not even need to use conditioner after shampoo. Makes the hair extremely soft and silky.
Castor oil also makes the hair look straighter.
If you're still trying stuff out, please don't ever try ginger (in a topical), it has been documented to decrease hair growth :( I've been seeing this on so many "natural hair loss remedies" lists.
For the gap you were noticing, it was probably caused by your haircut. You don't have bangs anymore, so it's easier for the longer locks to stay tucked/grouped with the rest of your hair.
try adding collagen peptides into your diet.
In Ayurveda, losing hair when you do something good, is a release of the weakness, so it's just weak hair leaving so new stronger hair can grow in their place, so it's all good 😊 nothing wrong happening, keep going with the castor oil, it gets very strong as you go.
Your hair looks really beautiful and healthy! I'm glad to hear about the scalp soothing benefits, I need to try this again. Thank you!
I hope so.
Hi Katherine, thanks for sharing, this information is very interesting! I'll check it out!
Peppermint is better than Rosemary,I have started to use both with jojoba oil as a carrier ,I’m contemplating to buy castor oil and that’s how I found your video,my only issue is castor oil is thick and may get sticky and pull hair out and also not medically recommend for hair growth.
Add another carrier oil to the caster oil. Itll still have the same benefits with a thinner consistency.
The rosemary oil bottle just popped out of the screen 😮... online shopping 🛍️ level = Legend
it could be the castor oi but in a good way, bc the oil moisturizes the scalps skin, so its stopping the dead skin from holding onto that hair thats also just dead. also how to check if that hair is dead, just look closely at the ends of the hair, if it goes weird lighter color, it died even the melanin stopped being made into it at some point but for some reason stopped earlier, if the end has a weird thick clump at the end thats also the same as your hair color, it also died and the capped it self off to fall out to also renew
Very cool, thanks for sharing!
You gotta put it on at least 2-3/times a week. Once a week is okay but it will give you eh okay results. Keep it up!! its working
You guys were not kidding about the head and shoulders. Last month my dad bought head and shoulders and it was the only shampoo in our home for a while, it made my hair fall out like crazy! A few weeks ago we got Sunsilk and my hairfall is going down again. Why is head and shoulders so bad? ugh.
This means it's not for you
@@pangpengmaster yeah ik, we all have different hair. My bf said head and shoulders suits his hair type but it was making me go bald lol
I just used head and shoulders an hour ago
Me:👁👄👁
Use the Caster oil less.
@@onikaamala4149 You should also consider your diet, like eat more healthy food :)
Most people lose about 100 strands a day, perfectly normal. If you are only coming out 20-30 of them, the rest are still sitting in your hair. You aren’t losing strands of hair due to washing.
Thank you your hair looks so much better. Thanks for sharing
Do u apply it every night and go to sleep
Rosemary is the best oil you can add to your Jamaican black castor oil
Duuude! Even your eyebrows and lashes look thicker!
Well you are adding resemerry much more than what is needed.
20 drops in 50ml is a good proportion so I'll suggest you to make it more easy for your scalp.
Take castor oil with coconut or almond or seseme oil in 1:2 proportion then add 20 drops of rosemarry in 50 ml or 40 drops in 100ml
You can use and see if it cam make any difference
And wash hair twice or thrice a week is enough ( as per our Ayurvedic texts ).
Great work
Your hair looks great! Love your commitment to this pretty helpful video. Thank you so much :)
I recommend you try a layered haircut because blunt haircuts produce hair breakage
Yes! Protein. Also take B Complex containing Pantothenic Acid.
Btw its not good to put essential oil straight onto your scalp!! Keep mixing it with the castor oil, cause on its own it can be detrimental! (Great video tho, happy your hair has improved 😊)
Thanks for sharing Lucy! Why do you say it would be detrimental to apply it directly to the skin? Just curious 🤓
@@TinaTomato Essential oils are really strong so can cause irritation, or induce sensitivity over time, so theyre always reccomened to be diluted before application :)
@@WildWhispr correct agree 👍
Tina Tomato It’s needs to be diluted! It’s at a high concentration which makes it really strong! 😊
I add it to my shampoo, is that okay??
Woow your hair look soo much thicker!
How often do you use rosemary oil on your hair? Once a week twice?
What you need is pumpkin seed oil.
Have you continued with your experiment? If so, how did it go? And what about hair loss?... update please :)
any update on this? in my experience, rosemary EO caused hair loss for me when i did not dilute it. i havent tried it with a carrier oil but i was interested in using it with castor oil
I feel good about you,so i subscribed...
You got positive effect on me!keep going
dry + oily means you had a dehydrated scalp
Tina tomato , applying oil is good one , but also try to intake biotin rich foods or nuts like Almonds and iron rich nuts like dates which is really useful to get thick hair .. Give it a try see the results within 2 months , bcoz some deficiency may results in hair loss so find your deficient and cure it then u will see huge difference in your hair growth and less nos of hair falling .. Take care
Hi Jaya, thanks for the tip, I will try that!
@@TinaTomato with pleasure take care ,😘
i used ginger hair mask for 2 months😊, and its absolutely amazing, my hair become really thick as it used to be in childhood
HI,can you please tell me how you do your ginger hair mask?
I think the most problem of hairloss besides stress is using regular shampoos instead of plant based (complete natural non chemical shampoos. Pretty each shampoo from the well known brands are so chemical that it will make people lose their hair. It may be a bit more expensive , but it saves your hair . The motto is, if you can't eat it, don''t put it on your skin or hair
Wow. The bottle literally came out do the computer
You are one attractive woman ma'am, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
Who is telling her otherwise
Awesome Tina! Experiential knowledge is incredibly useful. Take care and God bless.
Thank you Gracen!
I don't know if doing it as often as you is worth it or more effective because i like to shower before going to bed (I want to sleep as much as possible before going to school lol)
neem oil also, but BE AWARE that it has a strong smell.
6:27 i have the gap too and i HATE it! people say “if you have a big forehead/high hairline just get bangs” but the gap ruins that!
I'm happy to see you doing well! I saw your first video and forgot to follow up until now! :)
During cold weather that was below freezing for about two weeks. My hair was so fly away it was impossible to brush, and matted like a brillo pad. My daughter told me to use Acure, Rose and Argani oil. I was able to completely brush through my hair, almost instantly.
Hair looks good now. Use onion juice for hair loss and healthier hair also
Add saige oil to that treatment
How often should you apply castorand rosemary oil? Every day or like twice a week?
The hair that you were losing, could probably from the weather getting warmer, and we start to shed more hair
thankyou for this!! i was so curious to try castor oil in my hair and this video is so well made love it
I'm so glad!
Thanks for making this! :) What shampoo did you switch to?
The most important application of castor oil will be to take this internally in a regular manner, this one not only to empty the bowels from all the waste deposed there, but especially to cleanse the human body from all poisons and heavy metals (mercury!) via the liver, this one in the following manner: Take regularly early in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil and you will be astonished upon the health benefits.
I really enjoy your videos. Thank you for posting and I wish you all the best❤️
I think I’ll use head and shoulders to clean my windows - Tina Tomato

Actually that's a good process, but I've heard that it's not good for hair to wash it daily ? Correct me if I'm wrong !
I think it's bad because you will dry out ur scalp. But if ur using oil on ur hair then washing it once will mostly strip the oil and a little but of ur sebum. So i dont think it will dry out ur scalp. That's just what I came up w so dony quote me haha
Why dont you use the microscope?
Rosemary oil helps your hair grow and helps your hair get thicker just like Castro oil and rosemary oil is good for your scalp
