You have to lead by example
You have to have empathy
You can't be there friend
You have to make quick decisions and even quicker changes!
All of this is correct but also wrong, it depends on the situation and the person you are leading!
I did this podcast today because the last week or so I have had push back from clients because my title has sales in it
But I am more than just a sales coach!
I have led a team to success!
I know what it is like to have to fire and make changes quickly
I know the issues with taking on not just a team but a group of people who have a life outside of work and many times bring that life into work!
