Alana thanks for another excellent video. You should write books 📚 on how to do all the canning it would be full of interesting useful tips and information. Yes ma'am the new equipment is much safer! I remember granddad havin to repair dents in the kitchen ceiling. Great instructional video. Y'all are blessed to be livin the rustic life! ps: Just curious....are y'all Canadian? The way you pronounce 'out' seems to suggest ya are? 🤠
