I don't know why they're chosen specifically. My only guess is maybe it's because certain oppressive stereotypes make it seem like Jewish people have power. Like that stereotype of Jewish people being rich or something. But it's still so weird how (I think) I've never heard a conspiracy theory about any other oppressed group.
