i love how she "woahs" herself. we should all "woah" more in our lvies. "woah" our achievements. "woah" the new things in our lives that excite us. and "woah" great ideas.
@@cold_take She didn't blame the customers if you are thinking about her talking about customers expecting "ethnic" food because she's "ethnic". The topic was how expectations differ between white chefs and BIPOC chefs. (She's a French chef). But then again, I read about two interviews with her after the BA mess, so I don't know.
My family always used to freeze bread but I stopped doing it because I thought it was a “poor” thing we did. But during the pandemic I have started doing it again and I’ll never go back, esp after having one too many ciabatta rolls go moldy on me after a day or 2. It’s the best and bread freezes so beautifully
I moved to Argentina years ago - among the many apartments I saw there was one with a fridge that could be opened from either the left or the right side. I remember it was yellow, very stylish design, and I’ll never forget what an inspired idea that was… Never saw one again like that….
I’ve loved Sohla since I found her on TH-cam’s BA channel years ago. She’s smart, witty, and beautiful. She also introduced me to Cholula’s AMAZING green pepper sauce. I didn’t know what I was missing. Thanks Shola for being a fabulous food ambassador! 👏🏾
I was taught to keep brown sugar in the freezer. I was 30 before I found out this was only (??) my family. I decided I don't care. It's always worked. Sohla's freezer backs up my take :)
We also have both jiggers and that small pyrex measuring cup, and strong agree that the small pyrex cup is WAY BETTER for mixology. Also, that martini looks delicious...
With the current rise in price in food worlwide, the wine thing rubs me a little wrong. Use a wine you can afford, if you can afford nice wine go for it, if not go with anything you can afford,. I know buying food and cooking yourself is way different, more expensive and harder than in most Europe, for instance, but still. And I even get that cooking with wine may sound "fancy", or even pretentious, to some americans, but TH-cam has a worldwide audience.
Great until she gets high blood pressure and can’t have sodium anymore! There goes her cheeses, breads, broths, sauces, olives, cake, popcorn, at least half her fish and even her martini!

I love Sohla's energy and the fact that they had cheese in their wedding vows is next level. That is a solid marriage.
I assume that was a joke
Sohla has the best energy and I love seeing how excited she is about food. Always
I love how regular her fridge is. It isn’t color coded or full of container store bins. She’s so relatable!

We need a part two, there is a lot more in that fridge
Grocery store dates are so wholesome

Cholula green is literally my life force- it’s so versatile
So glad to see they wrap their fresh herbs in paper towels in the crisper too- keeps them fresh so much longer.
The amount of cheeses that were in Sohla's fridge --amazing!

What a delightful human! Martinis have always sounded gross to me, but I'm inspired to try this one.

Love Sohla! 😁
Cheese drawer is the most important drawer obviously
I'd love to be invited over for a dinner cooked by Sohla.
I love Sohla
I may be an adult but I still want Sohla and Ham to adopt me
Most Fridges Have doors that can be hinged on both the right and left.
She should consider opening her own cooking training workshops😅👍
love the video. background sound ticking was very distracting at some point
Wait...........you can freeze bread like that?! 😮
Domäne Wachau- Austrian wine spotted
you can keep herbs in the freezer !!
If you use corn oil for pop corn it gets really corny. You can just pour butter over later.
I get so much second hand anxiety from how long that freezer door stays open
bon a petite who?
Sohla!
I'm here for the caption "(dog breathes loudly)".
I have alot of frozen pizzas in my freezer.
Who's the guy? James Bond? 😂
Where’s the ice cream!!!
Real ones have a cheese drawer.
That fridge placement is giving me major anxiety
She has a Dora the Explorer hairstyle lol
She is cute!
Sohla gets this comment under like every single one of her videos, it doesn't need to be said anymore
Dora grew up and changed careers
