The idea of bulk purchase is such a superb idea and it reflects the typical Mumbai spirit- lets do things together ! Kudos!
I enjoy watching this series. However, the camera person could use some training. For instance, the tenants mention cross ventilation several times, yet the camera person never pans the camera in the other direction to show the opposite side of their living room.
Correct...the camera men are either not trained or are deaf
This show is the best! Take it to more cities please
The owner got a free interior done by the tenant. Ideally the owner should refund 😂
This is interesting Deep. I’m at 1405 (Hyderabad) while you are in 1401 😂 Nonetheless loved the video and the discussions. Looking forward to your new home in the future 🎉
Privacy is the real issue where we face each other's living room. Grab a popcorn tub, sit in the balcony and just enjoy Ghar ghar ki kahani😂
This Runwal Anthurium where he's staying seems to have extremely poor construction quality. There was at least one wall in every room which had leakages.
I agree with you. It’s quite bad.
Correct
Good use of community.. everyone benefitted from bulk deal ..
Great job.pahale aise videos USA may he banate the .ab yaha bhi log dekh rahe hai n concept bahot acha hai
The smile on Vishal’s face is directly proportional to size of the balcony. 😅
Good stuff. A Sunday must for me these days!
Wow! This was such a wholesome video!! ❤✌🏼
Spent 10 lakhs on interior for a rented house? Now the owner asks to vacate in two 2 months notice and now where will you take it? Won’t fit another apartment + damages during transport. 10 lakhs paani mein long dive 😮
Can you also go to other cities - Delhi, NCR, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Pune and Chennai
Better to buy once project is ready seems correct in hindsight. Problem is by the time its ready, hardly any good units are left. Projects these days get sold out within few months of getting launched. talking about reputed builders here.
First of all, I absolutely enjoy these apartment videos. Having said that I do cringe a little bit when I hear the word “staying” used by everyone. “Living” somewhere refers to long term vs “staying” which refers to short term stays like hotels. (maybe its a Hinglish adaptation 😜)
Reality of Mumbai , to buy a home you have to sell the current one
Living room is the most important part of a Middle class family everywhere 😂
Wounderfully Explained
Intelligent man.
❤ Nice Deep
Intro -> I'm in final and last part of Mumbai 😅
There are a lot of skyscrapers in Mulund West , you should make one video on Mulund West sky scrapers !!
मुझे काफी पसंद आया।
You both twinning
What about the 10 Lakhs this Tenant spent on the Interiors... It was for free for the LANDLORD?
One small suggestion at the end please tell approx price of flat just for idea
Flat cost 2 crores
@@atanudey7054 Not possible..
It's 2.5Cr-3Cr Approx.
@@sanjaykartari6835 if purchased for 2.5 cr its a foolish decision.
Anthurium 3BHK is roughly around 3-3.10 crores at current market rate.
"Final Last Part of Mumbai...!!" 😅😅😅😅
End can be better rather than just leaving stand say bye together
Desi dog in the video is like , they are living in rented 3 bhk but Vishal bhai ye podium pura mera hain !! 😂
May I know the buying price of this apartment in current?
3cr for 3bhk
I am living in Runwal Anthurium
How is the construction quality and what is the maintenance per month for 2bhk and 3bhk.
Thanks in advance
I see a Playstation 5
Buildings are so close to each other. Claustrophobic
thats the reality of Mumbai and any megapolis
R u saying that you have spent 8 to 10 lacs in interiors in a rented apartment yourself 🤔🤔
😂😂 lier lier pant on fire
Why are most questions directed to the male in your show? Or perhaps all financial questions to him and home-care stuff to the female.
Paid one crore more but saving on appliances. Pennywise pound foolish
Curious, how? Ideally a person setting up new home spends at least 12-15 lakhs+ on appliances or
even things like plywood, paint, lights etc.. and on an average even 30% would be a sweet savings.
I am comparing cost of high end appliances.
Bulk deals always help to get better rates + better service. But for some people it may not matter and it’s completely their choice.
@@DeepXPtrue sir 👍
58,000 INR is about 707 USD, which isn't a price price.
Vishal, at least during monsoon season, remove yr shoes please! Very well behaved lovely daughter and dog.
Sense less ....living in the most unhygenic city with Zero citizen welfare....No parks, heavy traffic, water logging, pollution.....and top of it heavy pricing.......pressure on face is clrearly visible.......money cannot bring JOY on face its only NATURE....sorry to say...matchbox life
Mumbai...Andheri....Be vocal abt local in competencies.......those living in clean cities like Bangalore, Indore, Hyderabad...can easily mke out difference
right i live in a much bigger indepadent 4 storey house with parks, clean roads, malls schools, and no traffic jams
@@cricanni sorry to say......this approach .......is Responsible for all the .....mess in the city.......proper planning ......and public welfare.....should be all around not at specific spot
Mulund is a much better place...not all places in Mumbai are bad...don't consider the whole mumbai is like Kurla and Andheri east. Mulund has good green spaces around and is very clean as well
He is a chief technology officer of one of the startup.
Should be making good money
Bc bachwa ko chor ke kuukur ko pyaar krte log 😅....Ghor kalyug
How can someone have a criteria of having like minded people stay together….. very positive assumption for someone who hasn’t moved yet…..😂
Why the son n daughter in law don't worship god n temple. ..we should not underestimate our culture and religion. ..
everyone has the right to define what god means to them !
Lady looks so depressed 😢
Lets talk about elephant in the room
Is owner going to pay him his 10 lakh ruppes
😅
Owner need to pay back for sure
