  • How to use every square foot in a space-starved and expensive city like Mumbai?
Our Tenant shows us just that when he converts his living room into a bedroom in just 10 seconds.
Not just that... the tenant in this episode chose a residence close to the most expensive office hub of India - because they believe in Walking to Work.
Watch the full episode as they also discuss how it makes no economic sense to buy an apartment in Mumbai!

The Location saves him 1 hour commute daily and around 5000 rs in fuel expense per month. the society is clean and flat is spacious and may be 15 year old building. 65k is a decent rent as well for the area.
