    Could you please include the current cost of the house in all the places you visit? This will give viewers a better understanding of both the house price and the rent charged. Even though the rental yield on houses is around 3%, this information would still be very helpful.

    Best house on the Tenant series in probably best location in Mumbai. Such an ideal location in terms of kids schooling. Like he can start from Don Bosco / JB Vaccha, and complete Engineering from VJTI/ ICT or Arts/Science in Ruia or Commerce in Poddar. Amicable neighbourhood with extreme focus on education. Centrally located from Suburbs and dead (Corporate) downtown.
    Long Live Hindu Colony and surrounding areas!

    I live very close to this building. It’s arguably one of the best areas in Mumbai. This particular house would cost around 8-10 crores if you went to buy it

    The world has changed, in today's times, you can't say, "ohh you are a developer, you're living on rent". Sure it's not common, but it's not unheard of either. The guy made a reasonable decision and I think he got what he wanted.

    Jay here has mannerisms very similar to Rohit Sharma with even the hand gestures and facial expressions matching that of him. Besides the episode was refreshing with the tenant definitely staying in a great flat around a great neighborhood. Unbelievable rent but i am sure many would not mind this with that view.

    Considering 4% rental yield this flat would cost ~6cr. Dayumnn!!!
    But why don’t they have balconies I wonder? Smaller flats it’s understandable but this one is pretty good sized by Mumbai standards 🤔
