I was scared hearing all the hassles. I felt the pain of this man. God bless you and your family and hope you never have to face such challenges again.
What a hero! Played his role as a husband and father perfectly. Front-ended all the stress and effort and shielded his family from direct impact of stress, fought the good fight and emerged victorious! And the family stood by him and trusted him to deliver. Congratulations to this family!
God bless you. This is the biggest problem. Common man suffers while Builder and politicians enjoy
Ready project is best❤
If you don’t have money then better to stay at rent.
Rather to go through so much stress on under construction projects.
I am ex HDFC Limited (Not HDFC Bank) employee. A small correction - Subvention is Pre-emi (Only interest) on disbursement, not whole EMI. the subvention scheme is closed now. No one can officially give subvention now. There are builder who unofficially use subvention now (giving the interest to buyer directly). A simple logic - no one is giving you anything for free. If a developer has to go for a construction loan, the lender charged higher interest and more collateral, instead that they use your money at 8 percent and give you interest.
He should have atleast name the builder or may be Money Control is too afraid of big builders and court cases thus edited that part
What an unfortunate story.. this man (or anyone) doesn't deserve this torment. I hope the new maharashtra government takes the case of stuck real estate projects on priority... there are heaps of them in mumbai.
U must be joking about the govt
It's the same government for the last 10 years, there is no change
Now they came again for more 5 yrs😂. Courtesy of freebies😂@@KishoreAgarwal-x1r
@priyankadsa3488 wish I was... but no harm in wishful thinking innit?
@@outbackandabout In last 10 years I realised all govt is bullshit in India. India is a land rich in cultural heritage and wonderful climate and abundance but all our govt cares about is how to fill their pockets. We only need a good leader but that will never happen. The way taxes are rising for middle class yoy basis, I have lost all hope. The new govt will not do anything special but rather just eat more money.
Huge respect for this guy❤
Glad to see a good ending to this story, one of so many stories about buyers not getting their flats that don't end or end badly.
Great courageous man who is protecting his mother, wife and children 👏🏽👏🏽
God bless this people, very genuine
All is well that ends well..respect for the guy...faced the life sqarely
Excellent episode and brilliant line of questioning by Vishal as always. Lesson: never fall for any complicated thing when making such huge investment.
Thanks
Thanks for all the learning. Make such more videos. I hope they have a good future.
He got stuck but I highly admire his positive outlook, he is cool. Wishing him a good luck 👍
I feel sorry for him! This is the reality of life. You will be better soon. This is the sad reality of a Husband, Father, son i.e. a Man in India. Being a Family man takes guts. Hats-off to you for your Perseverance.
Too Much to learn from this Video .Very Insightful . Happy that after all the Hardships He has got the Flat.
Damn. What a painful video. May god bless the family.
This series should continue reflect more untold stories . Vishal good work 🎉
Thanks
Hats off to him and his family. Courageous.
Insightful & interesting questions asked by Vishal
Very informative episode
Please mention builders/developers names as well while showing these cases in Tenant.
congratulations man for the new home
Should make a followup episode after they have spent 6 months living in their new house 🎉
Please do not Invest in flat in over priced cities esp Mumbai. All your money is filling pockets of unscruplous builders , govt officials and land mafia.
So what tp do? Either pay rent or emi.
@@sn-op8oi Read carefully, I said do not Invest. If you need to live and can afford it , then very well we have no choice.
Glad to know that the ordeal is done... Only happiness for this family now on... Hope you get to spend more time with family now
Strong man. Need courage to share all his personal financial issues with the media. I am glad and happy he got his possession.
Salute to the man!
May god bless him for his struggles
The house is pretty crappy for a 50k rent. Is this a good house as per Mumbai standards? I won't pay more than 20k for this.
Yes this is the sorry state of affairs for middle class in Mumbai. Even if you are paid 1.5 lakh a month, you cannot save enough for retirement.
It's the norm.
Where u stay ???
I have seen a 50K 2bhk in Goregaon itself which is much better… this one owner charge if more for a not that good house…
@@booksquotes948 I stay in Bangalore. Even here rents are high, but at least they are decent
Parasampuria is a famous real estate guy 😊😊
why do you have such an upbeat background music for such a sad story
Moneycontrol should name and shame the builder too. It is important for builders also to recognize that they can't keep getting away after not delivering projects
Wish❤ he gets his flat soon!
big ticket purchases always have to be paid after readiness & against delivery.
That must have been so stressful for him! It’s hard to work through these things
Happy for the couple.
being middle class in India is the worst ever nightmare 😢😥our government always will work for under privileged under numerous idiotic schemes like laadki behen and what not.. but will never work for common middle class who is marred with numerous taxes just to quench govt's thirst just so that they can fund so called alleged under privileged..! such a shame!!! I totally support leaving India once you are a graduate or even before graduation and get settled in a developed nation..!
Hope your issues get resolved after this
Staying in Rs 50000 apartment and getting a really bad lifestyle in Mumbai. I think it's not at all worth it
Nirmal lifestyle wallo ka bhi same story..in mulund..rera is toothless crocodile..nothing happens
Father of all problem... judiciary
Banks and builders are know all things so make sure you check all things properly
So sad for this man. Common man is running from post to post. Meanwhile builders are roaming in luxury cars with bodyguards!
At least its a happy ending but after soo much pain!
Which project it is ?
Sir, U Tuber- Money-control,
I am suffering the same story. Can u come and take my interview. Above gentleman is I feel lucky, at least he got the his flat. But After 8 years I did not get possession. Not hoping for another 10 years. Builder is doing it intentionally.
Waiting for your call.🙏

vishal - maintain eye contact when u shake hands :)
Under construction should be stopped in India it’s such a pain for common people when they get suck , when we don’t buy under construction car why do we buy under construction
Banks just want the money, they would be least bothered about the property being delivered. I hope more people learn to purchase ready to move with all paper work completed. I guess it’s time to name and shame the builders.
This is india where customers suffers alot and fraud enjoys most. Recovery agent never visits builder or conpany who cheats.
Builder name please
Most of the builders are goons....a Mumbai based builders who had promised to deliver home on early 2023 has failed to complete project till date while compelled us to pay full n final installment...he have also charged some interest for delayed payment...but there's no compensation for delay of project delivery by more than a year. Moreover they restrict entry of owners to visit their flats completion status before making last and final installment.. however most of us have already paid 90% of the contract amount. They are powerful and political backup so a falt owners can't do much but to wait for the completion.
Project UK Iridium
Project name ?
There are n number of projects stuck all over India and never get completed that is the worst nightmare anyone can face. The hardest part is no one supports during this process on the contrary everyone comes and give u piece of advice
First comment, this series is going good☺️☺️
👍👍
50k for such a small and an average apartment!
Rs 50000 😮 huge Rent
Name and shame the builder
Very bad house for 50k rent
It gave them a roof over their heads at their time of distress. It's priceless to them being in their preferred previous locality. Besides, it's Mumbai.
