Okay, my autumn 🍂 list of things to build just went up. I'm going to need a few new tools to do this one. Such a great idea and it turned out so beautifully
Gorgeous and creative collection, the pastels give such a realistic handmade pottery look! I love working with paper bag, it's a great material for many things and is surprisingly sturdy yet workable. It's fun to just play and in the end have a stockpile of minis to use in the future. I like to do that with plants! 😊
@@KitschyandCrafty Thank you!! 😊 I love paper bags and also that free brown paper that comes in packaging. It’s a great way to experiment without guilt if it doesn’t work out.
@@Lauras-tinyview absolutely, your handcraft and creativity is stunning! I am creative all my life but Just recently re-found my love for miniatures plus the attitude to not buy anything but just make it with the time. Time is rare (working on mostly long shifts) and I have a lot of interests and creative hobbies, but it is a pleasant process to be enjoyed and cherrished over the years to come. Ive used the triple thick as a sealer for mums diamond art pieces and loved the result. Never got to try it for anything else because my sister ran off with it to seal hers 😂
Laura, you are amazing at paper quilling, I'm going to play around with triangles a bit more too because you seem to be able to come up with such varied shapes. They are beautiful❤

@@carol-annegriffin6234 Thank you!! 😊 It’s funny I didn’t know until I started my channel that it was paper quilling. 😆 I am glad you found some useful tips. ☺️
@@carrie4910 First I roll a regular strip or two. Not a triangle. Then I cut a straight edge triangle. I add the thick end to the cylinder that’s still on my quilling tool with the straight edge even with the edge of either end of your cylinder. When you roll it up keep the straight edge even with the edge of the cylinder. You may need to cut and roll a skinny strip near top of pot to form that band. To get the opening in the pot pull out some of the center of the cylinder at cut off. So now you will have an opening running through your pot. To give it a bottom glue down to some cardstock or food packaging. Hope that made sense. I will try to do a video on just the clay pots sometime.
