Wow,I love these green shaded mini lamps for years and never knew how to make one ,I'm so excited to try and make now I've owned a big one ,and loved it dearly.👏👍✌️🙂🇨🇦✝️
When I began my watercolor journey years ago I started seeing colors everywhere in a whole new light. You see shapes wherever you look. Outstanding creativity!
Спасибо! Я рад, что видео вам оказалось полезным. Я снял видео, где делаю люстру, которая тоже может пригодиться (оно есть в начале этого видео). Видео называется: DIY MINIATURE Boutique Luxury PRODUCTS / ACCESSORIES | Part 2 | Items Made For Miniature Boutique.
I have been making working lights for my dollhouse. I’ve made a few lamps, but I wasn’t happy with them. You’ve given me ideas on what to do next. The list never ends, but I’m okay with that. I’ve been hoarding tiny caps, bits and pieces, etc. Time to plan some working lamps. ❤
Every creation you made is gorgeous ! ❤❤❤Thank you for sharing your talents. May I ask what did you use to make the chandelier light up and what size batteries you used?
@@DawnDavidson isn't it? I have the feeling that my head is going overdrive all the time. At work I function good, I am responsible for the stockroom for tractor parts and my stockroom is impeccable. I go nuts, if someone takes a part out and doesn't put the box back in straight. I also function as a translator during business meetings and for correspondence. That works well. But at home.... I start in the left hand corner of my basement and then for example find a fountain pump and within a few minutes I am away from my chore if cleaning and find myself outside digging a whole for an even ground ⛲. I see a nice box and I sit for days building a fabric store for my grandkid into that. I then forced myself to get back to the attempt to straighten out the basement and you would not believe it, found another box, the exact same kind and off I was again, making another fabric store for my neighbor's daughter. My basement is a mess since five years.
Wow, amazing love your creativity. Can you please tell me in the very first part of the video when you made the green and gold lamp what materials that is? I don’t know what that gold tube is or the other two wires coming out what their sizes are?
Thank you! I'm using a metal tube which is meant for Jewelry making. It's 2 mm in diameter and 2.5 cm long. There are many different sizes and lengths available. The wire is brass and is also for jewelry making. It's 1 mm / 18 Gauge. When folded in half, it just about fits through the tube. I hope this helps.
I'm watching you paint 🖌️the lamp shade holding it with your fingers you do such a good job. The next time you do a project use tweezers just a suggestion.😊
Thank you very much😊 Few of my favorite tools are; tweezers, small flush cutters, scissors (nail cutting scissors), craft knife, hand held angle mitre cutter, ball stylus in different sizes, flat nose pliers and round nose pliers. Tacky glue and super glue. Hope this was helpful. Please don't hesitate to message me if you have any more questions.
You have quite an eye for turning bits & pieces into beautiful miniature items. What is the name of the music for this video? I looked in the description & couldn't find any information. Thank you so much.
@@angiebk1 The larger bead is a cheap glass seed bead (not perfectly round). The others were plastic beads that i broke into pieces. I did think about making the shapes from polymer clay but wasn't sure how they would have reacted to the glycerin.
Oh No You Didn’t. I see what you did there. You used the hot glue to make the light bulb……why I would never…..and then the lava lamp…..mind officially blown.
Lava Lamp!!! = Genius! 😃
Thank you!! It was a bit fiddly to make though 😊💕
@@tinycraftlifeBut so worth it! Amazing results!
I have said it before, and I will say it again: You are SO clever!
😄 Thank you so much for your kind words and thank you for watching 💕

Thank you and you are most welcome 😊💕
Oh so satisfying...
Thank you very much 😄💕
Always Incredible Work. THANKYOU ❤😂🎉😂❤😂🎉😂❤
Thank you so much🥰🥰🥰
I really love these. When I was more involved with making miniatures I kept all sorts of things to use for other things. Your art is excellent.
Thank you so much! I'm glad you like them. I do keep a small box full of random things just for making miniatures😊
What a great imagination you have !
Thank you so much 😊💕

I need to start making working lights too
Every creation you made is gorgeous ! ❤❤❤Thank you for sharing your talents. May I ask what did you use to make the chandelier light up and what size batteries you used?
Thank you so much💕I used a LED light that I attached to a 3V flat lithium battery operated pack. It's probably not the best one to use but it worked.
@ thank you. ❤️I always used magnets to light them but, an on/off switch will be much nicer.
Oh, I forgot to say, the magnets hold the wires onto the battery. When I remove the top magnet it turns off the light.
Have you tried using a small hand drill/sander . just thought it might make your life easier!😊
Thank you 😊💕 That is definitely something I need to have. Would be so much easier
Now, I think I have a problem. I am a little hoarder anyway. Now I will be too afraid to throw away anything....
😄 I have to try to stop myself from keeping everything I think I can use in miniatures but it's not easy 😊💕
Yup. It’s a bit of a curse, having a lot of imagination.

You have quite an eye for turning bits & pieces into beautiful miniature items. What is the name of the music for this video? I looked in the description & couldn't find any information. Thank you so much.
Thank you very much 💕😊 The music is from a website called Pixabay. It's called Relaxing Music Part 1 by RelaxingTime.
Now how about putting lights into them
Lights would make them so much better💕
What did you use in the lava lamp? Polymer clay? Such great ideas ❤
Thank you very much 😄💕 I'm trying to remember what I used 😂🤔 I used small beads inside the lamp and the liquid is glycerin
@@tinycraftlife are you sure they were beads? They seemed misshaped.

Very cool!
What type of glue are you using when attaching metal bits? Is it all hot glue?
Thank you very much! I did use hot glue but also E6000 glue. I sometimes use Super glue for bits I want to dry faster 😊💕

Where do you get the lights from
You can buy small LED lights for dollhouse lamps. I found some of the lights from Amazon website. There are many different types available😊
This proves that I shouldn't get rid of any of my stash of little important things. Can't wait to tell my poor husband!
😂 My stash has been met with very disapproval looks and questions of why I keep bottle caps and broken pens in there 🤣🤣
So funny. Ditto!
