I know a lot of people compare the BRZ to the MX5 but frankly you are getting a more dedicated sportscar (less practicality) AND a convertible for a bit more money. I dont think it is fair to the Miata. Because theres just no comparison for light weight. Mazda could have lengthened the car an added 2 more back seats and more trunk space.....but to the detriment of driving pleasure which they dont want to sacrifice. The 10 mpg extra and bulletproof reliability is a bonus.

    • @andycalifornia426
      @andycalifornia426 2 ปีที่แล้ว +18

Amen. Plus, BRZ consumes significantly more fuel, so that should be taken into account when comparing the price.

    • @Painting_Inspiration
      @Painting_Inspiration 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

@@andycalifornia426 Exactly. Ive read the BRZ also has oil consumption issues because they use a 0w20. In fact oil consumption is mentioned in the Subaru manual and is considered normal. All just to meet EPA ratings at the cost of overall reliability. The Miata uses a 5w30 after making less horsepower AND being lighter......go figure.......😄

I just bought a new 23’ RF GT in the most magnificent color of Soul Red Crystal metallic a few weeks ago and I’m loving it! This is my fourth Miata. I’ve had a 1991, 2001, 2006’ and now this 2023’. I was 31 when I bought the first one and I’m 63 today so I’ve been driving them for decades now. Trust me when I tell ya that this fourth generation is hands down the pinnacle of all Miata’s. It’s so much more refined from all aspects. The quality and the workmanship of the car is in line with much more expensive cars and it’s simply a beautiful little car. The RF version with the retractable hardtop is just so friggen cool and much quieter with the top up. No more mildew cleaning of the soft tops or the need to replace them after years gone by. Ok, no it’s not a true drop top with the complete open air type convertible top but I’m fine with the Targa top. His dislikes are duly noted but you’ve gotta realize that it’s a tiny two seater roadster for folks who appreciate a drivers car which it truly is. I push mine into corners pretty hard and run the tach with probably the best the six speed gearbox out there. It’s really more like a 181 HP go-cart with a Miata body. If you’re looking for roominess in a car, a Miata is not it. I’m not a big dude so it suits me just fine. If anyone reading this is thinking about getting one, I promise you won’t regret it and remember me when you’re driving yours with that big grin on your face 😊.

I drive a '21 Mazda3 awd turbo. My wife, however, currently drives a '13 factory track tuned Club edition MX5 retractable hardtop and just picked up a (new to her) '23 RF GT MX5. I'm 52 yo, 6'2" tall, and around 210lbs. I fit in both the NC and ND perfectly fine. And they are, without a doubt, the finest handling cars I've ever driven. Thank you for your review. As a fellow owner of an MX5 GT RF, I find your comments interesting and reflect how the likes/dislikes are very personal. It is a given that the size of the Miata will impose some limitations that owners will have to live with, or not. It sounds like you have tested the car over only a limited time, so you likely don't have the benefit of living with it for an extended period and learned how to mitigate its "inconveniences". As a 5'10" 185 lb person, my Miata is a tight fit, but after some time of living with it I have found a set of seat and steering wheel settings that make it very comfortable to drive, even on 6-7 hour road trips. I disagree with your opinion about the lack of touch capability on the screen; yes Mazda could have done it but they have opted to prioritize safety over convenience and I agree with them. The small trunk is again a given with this type of vehicle and if you need to haul more luggage, you can purchase a luggage rack to attach to the top of the trunk. As for lack of engine noise, I think this is a personal and perhaps generational preference; I'm probably some thirty years older than you and can quite frankly do with less noise rather than more. Concerning the price, yes it is not cheap, but I find many Miata owners where I live (Canada) tend to be older/retired and own such a car for strictly summer fun driving. One of the advantages of the Miata that isn't mentioned by anyone is the fact that it is a convertible; the BRZ or GR86 simply aren't in the running if you want the open air experience.
    Cheers 🙂

I owned a ND1 Miata GT soft top and, at 6ft tall, I had zero issues with comfort in that car. In fact, I had more than an inch to spare above my head. That said, mine was a soft top, not the RF, and that makes a bit of a difference. The soft top is the better overall experience anyway, in my opinion, because it's way cheaper and you get the full open air experience. Also, I love the sound of this engine, especially the revised ND2 version.

    • @rembo183

I agree with you but I purchased an RF anyway because I love the styling of the RF and the easier maintenance of the top. Cloth will show the wear and tear after time especially if you keep it outside in extreme weather. The hardtop is way easier to clean and seems more solid on the road with top up. But as you say, it’s definitely not the total convertible experience, a so if I decide I rather have a soft top I’ll trade later. On my 2016 model I get 30mpg city and 40+ mpg highway (when I use 87 octane). One con I have is the gas channel that the gas goes down into the tank has a narrow circumference so the pump will auto stop gas when it hits 9 gallons or so. I have to manually stand there and fill the other 2+ gallons up until it's almost up to the brim. Sometimes it's not worth the effort, but hey a few months ago on a road trip I went 485 miles on one tank of gas!
You should also know that the vehicle has Apple car play and android auto, it's not wireless though and your phone has to be plugged into the top USB port- the one with the phone icon. I feel you though, Mazda's software is pretty garbo.
Ironically I've daily'd mine for 2-3 years now and I'm 6' 1" and I fit quite snug, but since my arms sit higher than yours I don't have any of the issues with the center console as you do.
Just hit 90,000 miles on mine and never had any issues. Just regular maintenance (other than some cosmetic dings and TLC things such as unclogging the soft top drains so the footwells don't flood)!

    2019 MX-5 ND2 owner here.
He hit a lot of good points, but I have a different opinion on some of the conclusions. He mentioned hitting the cup holders, having the car as a daily driver, and honestly when you do own and drive the car every day, it is way less of a concern. I have probably hit it maybe twice this year, but I generally know it's there and avoid it, I've found a comfortable driver position. I'd say that's more a problem for someone who owns the car as a second or third car, as you don't get as used to it.
I immediately changed my exhaust, and I love the way the car sounds. Good win racing has exhausts that will excite anyone, and it's THE way to customize your experience.
Infotainment sucks.... I have android auto, and on comparison TO EVERY OTHER CAR, I have trouble using all the features, and get SUPER frustrated with it, all the time, I have to scroll with the knob and go through 3 different menus to change the FM radio station while using Google maps... just let me use the touchscreen like a normal car.
Comparing the MX-5 to the GR-86 or BRZ on price is a bit unfair but not entirely. First off, that car was co-developed by two massive car companies, whereas Mazda in comparison is quite small, and kills it with this car. Second, the GR-86 was JUST redesigned whereas this car is 7 years old and STILL kicks ass. Third, one of the things he didn't mention was ease of maintenance and reliability. The 86 still has oil starvation problems that both manufacturers are well aware of, and haven't engineered a solution for and having to take your engine out of the car to do spark plugs is inconvenient at best.
The MX-5 is unreasonably simple to work on and you have a cavernous amount of space to fix or modify it however you'd like. Can't wait to see someone do an LS swap in one.

ND2 RF club owner here. I do sort of agree about the intake, and unfortunately there are no good aftermarket solutions as the stock intake is extremely efficient, and even well made aftermarket solutions don’t add much sound. I found on my RF that installing an HKS exhaust and removing the factory sound tube gave me a much nicer sound without being loud and obnoxious. A lot more character top down, but more pleasant top up as the sound tube tends to reverb in the cabin with everything closed.
Also, I’m actually in NorCal right now Turoing a 22 RF GT and the infotainment is way slower and glitchier than on my car. Based on talking to other owners it seems some of the extra features of the GT can bog down the software. Simply removing the factory Nav SD speeds things up a lot.

Unfortunately the only soft tops I’ve driven were early ND1s. Some with the non performance shocks, some with early Bilsteins (which are valved stiffer). I will say while the softtops to feel a bit lighter, I don’t think roll is that different comparing Bilstein vs Bilstein.
I think people associate roll with bad performance but the ND is specifically designed to grip under roll. I’ve driven very hard out here the last couple days, and I’ve never had a problem with it. I think if you’re the kind of person who likes to integrate body motions and weight transfer into their driving, it’s actually both very fun and capable on the street. AutoX and track I would understand going stiffer, but most people have more luck with coilovers than sways. Sways can cause the car to be snappy especially in the rear.

As far as small trunk...Miata is a sports car, and a tiny one at that. It's made for the track, windy roads and leisure weekend drives. Of course it doesn't have a big trunk. Want trunk space? Get a Suburban. You don't buy a car like this then complain you can't get your 5 suitcases in it for a cross country trip.
Your other complaints are valid as far as the infotainment system, knob placement, etc. But, that's what test drives are for.

I don’t understand why reviewers compare the MX-5 and the BRZ. It’s apples and oranges: convertible/targa top v enclosed coupe; two-seater v four-seater; a featherweight sports car v a sports coupe that is 500 lb. heavier. BRZ dealers and loyalists can call the BRZ a sports car all they want, but it does not deliver the sports car experience, and speed has very little to do with that experience.
The 2022 BRZ is faster than the MX-5 in both a straight line and around a track. But that still doesn’t make it a sports car. What we have here are two completely different automobiles for two different owner types. Nobody seriously considering one would buy the other. Instead, we should all be glad both these cars exist, and choose the one that meets our needs.

    • @bearclaw5115

Reviewers compare these cars for very good reason. They are both affordable sports cars. And yes the 86/BRZ is a sports car. In fact one of the best examples of one and certainly more of a pure sports car than the Miata. The Miata has a little grand tourer baked in to appeal to the old people that generally buy it. A sports car is made for driving enjoyment created by the car faithfully following the driver's inputs and providing feedback to the driver while doing so. That's all a sports car is. Good opinions and thanks for the video.
    My thoughts:
    - BRZ doesn't have dual a-arms and cannot really align it from the factory
    - I Turo'd the car and from the interior, there is more than enough engine / interior sound
    - The BRZ with a muffler only sounds horrible as it is EL. The MX5 with an axle back sounds great
    - The EJ/FA engines from Subaru are a liability. I have not concerns about this with the MX5 engines and later gearboxes
All your points / opinions are valid. However, I would and am taking the 38-40k MX5 RF Club over the BRZ*, any day of the week.

I know bringing up aftermarket parts is a rabbit hole, but I think Mazda should have equipped at least the Club spec with something akin to Konis with Sport springs. The stock Bilsteins just aren't doing any justice to that chassis and the 60's Roadster body roll novelty wears off quickly. I know the average buyer of ND2s is either at or deep into retirement, but what's what a more plush "Grand Touring" spec should be for. I have Fox coilovers on mine, and love them for aggressive street/mountains.

The weird shudder the car sometimes has around 15-20 MPH (others confirmed this too) 3. I only really did city driving so I had about 28-29 MPH The car isn't geared well for the highway and 75 MPH puts you around 3200 RPM which kills the mileage

Good video. I own a 2018 Fiat 124 Spider Abarth, which is about two-thirds similar to this ND MX-5.
I agree with your Likes: excellent driving dynamics, premium quality look and feel, comfortable interior, solid architecture, decent ride, and excellent fuel economy, even when you drive it hard.
With regards to your Dislikes, I agree that the Mazda infotainment system is frustrating to say the least. I'd go as far as to say that it is trash. The thing takes forever to connect, Bluetooth gets dropped regularly, every thing takes way too many clicks to accomplish --which becomes a distraction when you are driving.
My 124 Spider uses the Abarth 1.4T engine, which sounds absolutely glorious, so I can't comment on the sound of the Mazda 2.0. I was surprised with your assessment of the interior, though. I am 6'0" and a 200 lbs: I fit perfectly. Getting in-and-out takes a little bit of doing, but once inside the car fits like a glove. I noticed you had the cupholder in place. I find that spot too constricting so I keep it mounted next to the passenger side of the console. Not having the cupholder back there opens up a precious elbow room when you are shifting and using the center knob. Finally, I don't find the trunk that small. I can carry 4-5 Trader Joe's grocery bags standing up, which is not shabby compared to the trunk in my 2001 NB...which barely big enough for a briefcase.

Hi, is this the one with the new improved engine at 181 Bhp? In went for a test drive and it was way louder and had more vibration than my old 1.5 Miata (EU spec) . For reference, I've test driven the old 2.0 at 155 Bhp too. The new 181 BHP engine is just not defined enough for my taste. You can feel the engine vibrations through the chassis, steering, gear lever etc and the engine noise is way too loud for a GT car which is what I wanted. I agree that, the character has been kept and that it's an even better track car but I had no intention of doing that. Does anyone else find the level of noise and vibration too much?

Solid review! You hit the nails on the head! I have same model and 14 months in it. The "surprise" positives: great headlights. (weird thing to notice, but tru). Solid Bose sound system. The "mainstream" positives: great shifter, great appearance, good economy, good steering. The biggest downfalls are the "friday afternoon engineering": The cockpit/driving position is terrible. It's cramped, and the steering wheel sits at your belly-button if you are 5'10" (the Avg height in US market), legs are also always cramped. Add to that the rearview mirror that is huge and from 1990, and you feel even more cramped. The interior has no storage, and the handling is fine until you push it, and then it falls apart. It produces "neutral" handling at speed, not by having extra front grip, but rather by making the rear unstable. The engine sounds like a lawn mower too. (my wife's description, not mine) LOL! The infotainment is a disaster and crashes all the time. I still enjoy the car tho. But I am on wait list to get either the BRZ or the manual supra and it looks like it will be years......

2024 GT owner. My biggest gripe is the infotainment knob. Mazda has to get rid of that if they are going to make more Miatas.
Firstly, it is not intuitive. People will say that you get used to it but all it says is exactly that: it is unintuitive. Because if it was, people like me would use it efficiently from the get go. The infotainment system as a whole is also unintuitive (and my ND3 has the better one compared to previous generations apparently... Yikes)
But the worst part of that knob is that in spirited driving, my forearm keeps hitting it, starting the radio or getting me out of Google maps.
    Thia knob must go.
Everything else about the Miata, Mazda got it right *if* you keep in mind what is the essence of this car. Being a car to haul stuff is not one of them.
I also own an NA. One thing that I miss from it in the ND is it's steering rack. The NA steering is so much more communicative.
But overall, big big big kudos to Mazda for sticking to what has always made the Miata so special: small size and lightweight.

Nice feedback, Had my ‘17 RF LE 6 yrs and ❤ it. Agree with info system sluggishness and knob position, I hit knob a few time…trunk size being too small has been on all gens. Owned all for gens over 27 yrs, the trunk size is closer to NA minus spare tire which made NA had to fit anything. NB the spare under the trunk floor, but trunk was now very shallow, not deep. Cabin size wise is fine or better for me… 6ft 1inch no issues where on NA a bump, my head would hit the stop top. Exhaust Sound is perfect, you should drive a NA it was much louder with stock exhaust and road noise was bad due to lack of sound insulation and you have to crank the radio up loud, I be deaf in fairly quick in all generations, but sound insulation got better in later generation, NC engine sound like it pinged more and tan better on super unleaded and less tapping on the valves.

The problem with the comparison with a BRZ is that it’s not a convertible. So if you want a drop top experience there is nothing else affordable like this Miata unless you,buy an Ecoboost Mustang and that’s easily $40k and much different driving experience. So I just got a 2023 GT RF like this with a manual and the MSRP was $37,510. I got a discount and paid $35k. So after taxes and fees it’s about $38k. Not cheap BUT what else is there? The really best deal is the Base soft top Sport Miata which is about $29k. You are right about how small it is. If you want a larger sports car there’s the Mustang Ecoboost.

I agree with all the points, both love and hate, that you bring up. A new exhaust mostly fixes the sound issues, but I would still like more induction noise (new exhaust does hurt the MPG though -- I can't help but rev it out always to hear it scream). Curious to hear what you thought about the "kinetic posture control" system in the 2022 that uses the breaks to combat the infamous ND lean. My biggest nitpick with my 2019 ND2 Club is that Mazda should be insulating the car better. Yes I know it's a small roadster, but I'm not referring to road noise. The road noise is part of the reason I bought the car. It's the interior NVH that's problematic. This has always been a bit of a grievance of mine with many of Mazda's cars, and I've had several. The interior trim panels of the ND are nice, but are prone to rattles due to a lack of sound deadening. There are areas where the plastic trim is a bit cheap, and it makes direct contact with other cheap plastic trim, wiring, loose/rattling clips or fasteners, all behind the trim panels, and the MX-5's firm ride exacerbates the problem, particularly at low speeds. Sure it's possible to take the whole interior apart and apply sound deadening spray or even matting to problem areas, but that shouldn't be on the owner and an OEM solution would be better engineered. A little sound deadening material wouldn't add significant weight, a few pounds at most, and is only a marginal cost. Most of the mid-premium segment does a nice job insulating interior panels, and luxury marques have inserts that snap into place behind trim panels to give them an upscale and solid feel. Mazda definitely wants to play in that league given the thought they're putting into their other interiors, and there's no reason that can't be carried that over to the MX-5 too.

Im 5 ft 8 and if anything the seat is a touch low, certainly not high. Yes, you would have trouble if you were much over 6 feet, but I have a lot of headroom and have to move the seat forward.
The touch screen is easily programmed to work whilst the car is moving, it’s in the settings.
Here the MX5 is the same price as the BRZ/86. I was considering a BRZ but they are a lot heavier, about 550lbs. Also the Boxer engine has a bad reputation for cylinder head problems (400,000 recalled in 2019 and still problems), and the 2021 issues of sealant lodging in the oilways ending up with the current class action law suit. Too risky for me.

  • @judge831

I have an ND1, and honestly, my only complaints are the interior rattles, the lack of steering column extention, and the seat is mounted too high. The seating position is much better in the Scion FRS I drove. Also, the engine could really use 25-50 ft/lbs more torque...even in the ND2.

BRZ has lower road/tire noise but it's not a night and day difference in my opinion. Wind noise is still a slight problem with the RF at highway speed in windy conditions. Miata's sound system is easily better, but still sounds like a budget system.

    • @RbNetEngr
      @RbNetEngr 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

If you also factor in that this is a convertible, the RF model is more of a targa when opened, and the RF pillars cause a HUGE increase in wind noise while driving it. So, comparing noise levels for the ND2 RF with the top up, with a BRZ, is really only valid if you never plan to put the top down. And if that’s what you’re going to do, BRZ all the way.

She downloaded a sound meter app for her phone and we routinely register 80+ decibels top up or down. To compare, my MY00 S2000 registers low to mid 70s WITH THE TOP DOWN!!! I agree with your comments on the new engine and shifter (try a counter sunk shift knob for a real comparison to the S2K!). About the only thing I would change is a shorter throw--counter sunk knob helped a lot with this and doesn't "void the warranty" which my wife will not allow me to do. Currently in the market for a fun daily driver. I considered the Miata but decided on the BRZ (coming in Oct). Recently came across a 2018 BMW M240i with the B58 I6, and although a different car altogether, it had me wondering if I would be happier having a better daily driver rather than having a more fundamental sports car, the BRZ. Have you ever considered a luxury performance car, which focuses on 2 missions (performance and comfort) rather than one? I suspect they compromise on too many of the core drivers car fundamentals (steering, weight, engagement) for your taste. Also wonder how highly you value the engine when deciding on a car, as I feel one of the weaker traits of the BRZ is its engine. Would love to hear anyone's thoughts.

I sold an M235i for a ND2 Miata. Had them both in my driveway for about a week while I was finishing up the sale to Carvana which who offered me a stupid amount of money during the peak of Covid, so I had several chances to drive them back to back.
The Baby M is a nice, refined luxury-sports car that makes a great daily driver if you don't want to make too many concessions for "sports car". I took it on a long 2,000+ mile road trip up to Blue Ridge and passing through the Tail of the Dragon along the way, and had a blast. BMW inline 6's are marvelous engines and the N55/B58 is a perfect pair with that chassis. I really think the 2-Series is the last true BMW "driver's car" and the spiritual successor to the E46 and E36. Dimensionally, it's as large as it needs to be and I was never left wanting for space. What I WAS left wanting for was less weight and a more connected feeling. The car was just kind of a porker on the scales and wasn't much lighter than the 3-series of the same generation. That becomes evident when you really start to push it. It was also very numb, and you never knew quite what the tires were doing underneath you from either the seat or the steering. It was an isolation chamber of sorts, and that's not quite what I look for in a vehicle.
Conversely, the ND2 is what I was describe as...raw? It's really reminiscent of the more sporty 1990s era sports cars I grew up driving. It's a hard thing to describe, but it feels like what a 90's era sports car would be like if you gave it a modern electronics suite, a modern interior, suspension/chassis, and modern fueling. The electronic throttle is nicely linear, but the ECU programming does some little trickery on the overrun to smooth out engine braking so off throttle transitions are super slick. There's also ZERO of the rev-hang that plagues so many modern manual transmission cars. It's little touches like this that add in a bit of refinement, without disconnecting you from the experience. The entire powertrain feels like it was designed around an h-pattern instead of them just offering it to shut up internet car people. This is what a lot of manual trannies in modern BMW products feel like to me. They feel plasticky and dull, like an afterthought. Fundamentally, the ND is a sports car in the purest sense of the word, and isn't compromised by concessions in some attempt to make it anything else or please a wide audience. It functions well as a daily driver if you can contend with the obvious limitations on space, but their attempt to check that box didn't come at a detriment of the overarching principle behind what it is.
With the exception of my Ducati Multistrada, I've come to learn that I quickly get bored with "jack of all trades" vehicles. When I'm itching for a sports car drive, I want a sports car. You can hustle a Macan around a race track, would embarrass a lot of other cars, but you'd probably rather be doing it in a 911 or Cayman, you know? Currently, the Miata is scratching that itch, at least for now. The M235i will go down as probably one of my favorite cars I've ever owned, however, I'm not at a point in my life where it slots in for me.

@@opmike343 Wow thanks so much for the insightful reply! As someone who doesn't have a lot of experience with sports cars, I was really tempted by the online impressions of the M240i but going for the test drive I definitely felt what you described, the weight and especially the numbness of the steering. I even started looking into used M2s in the hope of a more connected feel, but I think I'm starting to realize the BRZ's fundamental advantages like weight, low CoG, and a better manual experience are invaluable, especially since I'd be on the streets more than on the track. Starting from a dedicated sports car chassis and trying to make it a better daily driver, rather than trying to make a daily driver sporty, seems to be the difference. Hell, it'd even be a better financial decision to get the $30,000 vs $50,000 car.
Thanks again, I'll definitely wait for the BRZ over the tempting but hollow luxury alternatives.

Aygrene, isn't the only reviewer to complain about the trunk space, etc., however, it they were to review a Morgan Roadster at approximately $90k and up depending on the accessories, they may not come with a radio. None come with a trunk and I've heard no one complain about that. So! Mazda should raise the price to approximately $90K which would get rid of all the space complaints.

I had one of those - ND2 2019. I highly not recommended this car. Sold it in less then a year.
The car body roll was a disaster in corners!!! (It was never super comfortable, but I exchanged the springs which made the car into a lovely go-cart, but ruined the comfort even more), the car is just slow... c'mon it's slow, any other bmw or VW or audi estate is just as fast or faster (straight run I got destroyed by an audi a5). The practically of miata is not existing, transporting a silly shelf from Ikea in Miata - impossible. I'm 183 cm and it was too small for me, I kept on hitting everything with my elbows. The RF is a bad choice as going over 70+ km/h the noise the wind makes hitting the pillars makes it impossible to have a conversation, soft top is cheaper and a much better choice, you can go faster on a freeway. The paintwork - lovely but the paint is super thin, very easy to scratch. So someone would say "yeah what do you expect it's a sports car with RWD, you can throw the back around, that's the point" - my question is WILL YOU ? Seriously will you ? Do you have a place where you can legally throw the back around ? Do you have enough money to comfortably throw 30+k USD around and risk hitting a lamp post ? No, most of us don't so in reality you will be stuck with an expensive, hopelessly impractical toy. It's like having a built in screen in your fridge or a photo frame in your baking oven - you can have it, you can pay for it, but you know it's useless.
On the plus side: The car is quite fun in case you have a place to legally have fun in it, the steering is great, it does not cost a lot to insure (at least in my country) and it does not consume too much fuel. You can rev it high and it will not take more than 9l per 100km. The gearbox is ok, but I found the one in Hyundai i30n better (or a Veloster in US)

@@Zygrene that's totally fair, but I took immediate exception to the comment too haha. As a 124 owner, I can agree with a lot of the crossover experiences we share with the platform / chassis. The 124 is quieter due to the heavier graded glass than the Mazda windshield. Infotainment system I was able to tweak due to Mazda firmware not having that pesky security update in the later gens, but it's still slow lol I'm 5'8" and 215lbs and don't feel cramped tbh, but I do wish there were more options with the OEM seats... I have to say it left me wanting a better clutch feel & less notchy shifter. Also the turbo lag from a stop was not what I expected. But I am thinking the mx5 rf must be the best choice for me cause I could use it as an everyday car also in winter time. It also have a more modern design wich looks more as a bullet shape and seems shorter. Then the aspirated engine its definitely the purest way for an authentic sporty driving esperience and the 7500 rpm that reaches makes me dream more about my old alfa romeo spider from 1989 I used to drive when I was younger.
