You are so gentle !!! I love love love the way you handle your furbaby😍 and can you pls give the name of the dryer you used ? That loooong dryer looks very convenient
Australian shepherds are definitely hand fulls and take lots of time and energy to behavior train them. They need lots of daily excersise and teaching them tricks is also a good way to keep their minds stimulated. It can be a lot of grooming for their thick coats. They overall do better if they have one or two owners taking care of them. They can be good family dogs if you start from a young age with children. They need to be socialized and can be very protective of their owners. They are overall an amazing dog breed that need lots of care and love. Hope I helped some! Congrats on getting a dog:)
My aussie wasnt socialized enough when he was young and he sometimes gets bad anxiety around bigger dogs and some people. I would definitely try and get them used to people and dogs as much as possible.
Great video! I just want to ask you, what is the title of the music that you used in this video? It's so calming, cute, and somewhat aesthetic. Also, thanks for the informative video!
@@gianabarahona Ok they might have done that to their dogs but not all of Aussies are born with full tails 😑 but apparently you didn't know that and like I said my dog was not born with a full tail it does happen sometimes
I'm not sure if you respond to old videos but I was wondering about how you dry your pup. I saw someone use this product on their Goldie, but I only have a hair dryer... would that be sufficient enough? Also my pup is only 12wks and isn't fond of brushing, is there a tip you could give to get him to like it a bit better?
I wouldn’t use this dryer on a timid puppy if you don’t know how to use it. It’s called a blaster and is a very powerful dryer and is very loud. You can get stands to hold your hair dryer so you can brush your dog while drying. I’d say giving treats when grooming would be good as it gives him a positive association with being groomed.
It is obvious that you gave a beautiful relationship with your dogs, and they're so well-behaved! I want to get an Aussie in the future. Do you give them hair cuts sometimes too? Also, how did you get yours with a tail?
Thank you! I only trim the hairs around their ears and paws when needed. And our Aussies have tails because docked tails aren't allowed in our country! :)
Thanks!! Kenza sheds a lot. We have to brush her every two-three weeks. Bear, our other Aussie however, doesn’t shed her coat that much. She needs to be brushed every couple of months.
@@lifewithaussies8503 instead of a hair dryer, could you use a towel? And do you have to showee them in a shower? Or could it be in a doggy bath with warm water?
is every two to three weeks (saw on the reply you did to a comment asking how many times you groom him) the only time you brush him or the only you time you brush bath and trim? Im thinking of getting one in the near future and im just wondering
I LOVE A TAIL ON AN AUSSIE. It’s the only thing I wish my blue Merle boy had! Your dogs are beautiful!
I’m getting an Aussie and I was wondering if they jump too high I’ve seen vids of them jumping and I’m scared he might jump out of his pen
As a puppy ^
omg he looks like a huge stuffed bear!!! so beautiful
I love how aussies kiss. They way they express love just makes me smile. 💕
The three people who disliked are clearly blind from the beauty of your dog and hit the wrong button
two none they most certainly did hit the wrong button XD
you can tell your dogs love and trust you so much!!
Oh my gosh, your Aussies are incredibly sweet! They seem like such happy dogs. :-)
Thankyou! That means a lot :)
Awww he looks so happy ❤️ Once I get my Aussie I think I’ll do at home grooming too.
this is the cutest video ever, the bond you have with these two is so cute!
What a beautiful Aussie!

First time I've seen full tails on Aussies....
Mine has a full tail also some are born without them I love that mine has a tail !

Thanks for sharing! How often do you need to groom Kenza?
Roughly, every two-three weeks!
You managed to get, not one but two cuties with tails.

They’re called blasters, they’re really powerful dryers
We inherited a minie about 6ish years ago. I was 10 at the time. We always shave our dogs in the summer. But I might just do this instead:) thanks 🙏
getting an aussie soon! any tips/things i need to know for a first time big dog owner? 💗

she always seems to have a little head dance goin on. LOL

Where did you get that dryer? I need dat!
So this one has a tail all the Australian Shepherd I’ve seen have little tails
People dock the tail when the puppy’s are little. But they kept his tail on
@@gianabarahona my puppy was born with a little tail.....not everyone does that to their puppy 😑

is that a red merle aussie?
can I know how much weight they get too? I want to get one but the apartment complex where I'm moving to will only allow 30 pound limit
A quick google search says 40-65 pounds
What brushes would you recommend for an Aussie and soaps. Looking in to get one!
If you live in the US, Chris Christensen Spectrum One shampoo and conditioner. And all of their brushes are really good too :)

The Netherlands
Amber Lynch Just find a breeder that will keep tails. They exist. There’s no need to ban the practice when there’s nothing wrong with it.
@@Amber2368 I agree. Humans wouldn't want a body part chopped off.
why is my Aussie just like that LMAO
Can anyone let me know how often they need to be groomed because I want one and I gotta be certain I do yk
Where did you get him?
That's a beautiful Merle
Thank you!
LifeWithAussies do you cut the fur
Joshua Aker I only trim her paws and a bit around her ears.
LifeWithAussies I want her fur so bad is it soft
LifeWithAussies can I have her fur

What brand is the hair dryer?
It's the Doubleblaster DS, but I'm pretty sure it's only available here in the Netherlands !
Welche Rasse ist dein Hund?
Really excellent R+
Great video!❣️I really want a dog. What size is mini australian shepheard?🥺
I am getting an Australian shepard
Cute
What’s the other dog
Another Aussie I believe
Also an Australian Shepherd!
i like the Before better. :)
Is this a daily routine, I’m interested in getting one but this seems like a lot to handle.
This can differ a lot between different Australian Shepherds. They all have different types of coats. I brush Kenza every two - three weeks!
