Cyrex they aren’t well bred. the parents don’t have any akc titles or anything that would make them worth breeding. it just adds extra unneeded puppies into the world.
It's Caramelo Yes, it definitely will unfortunately. We thought maybe we could meet some people outside somewhere to get her socialising even a little bit but hopefully this is all over soon
Watching these videos makes me feel some sort of happiness. My best friend of ten years passed away a few days ago. He was a border collie lab mix and passed from cancer. My mother is looking at getting an aussie and it's making me feel hopeful. I hate being without a dog. No one will replace Koda, but looking at the aussies makes me happy
Got our 8 week puppy today. My 4 kids named him canelo. He is amazing. We used a travel crate to pick him up. He slept comfortable on ride home. We got home he gobbled up his food. Its took me 5 walks out in front yard to finally get a poop.. He is asleep in his crate and a chew toy in daughters room. No problems so far except he loves unicorn plush thats my daughters toy ... Lol out so many toys i bought he chose that tiny unicorn. So cute. He is mellow... Smart and no barking yet. I got lucky with him. We love him. He's a blue merle.
Got my first three weeks ago. She’s almost 5 months old and eats like she has three heads earning the name Cerberus. Tiny teeth are sharp as razors! She requires 4-5 hours of play a day. 10/10 pup!
@@Jackbarrany It is going great I love her so much!! I decided to name her Willow and she is soo smart. Having an Aussie for your first dog isn’t bad at all!! Sorry it took so long to reply to your comment.
I’m so glad I saw this video on my recommended page I am getting ready to get my Australian Shepherd puppy at 11 years old and this was very informative.
I don’t know why but this just made me so emotional. Our Red Merle Aussie had 5 puppies 2 weeks ago, and they are already growing so fast! I’m going to hate when we have to give them up 😢❤️
try giving them up to only family, friends, neighbors or make new friends with whoever you give them to! that way they can keep in touch and mama can see her babies after theyve left home.
Our family got an Aussie pup at 8 weeks old. She was the offspring of two blue Merle's and was one of the litter born deaf and blind in one eye. The breeder was going to put her down if no one would take her, but we did. Our original vet gave her only 3years to live, but she lived a full life for almost 13 years. We all loved her so much and we're so sad to have her put down just 2weeks before her 13th birthday. Her name was Shekinah, Glory of the Lord in Hebrew. We miss her so much, but she will always be in our hearts. Rest in peace, Ki.
I am so very happy to see that these pups tails are not being docked, or cut off. It’s such a barbaric practice that has been banned in most countries of the world, except the U.S. I can see the mother’s tail was cut off and only done for cosmetic reasons. All dogs are born with tails, it’s how they communicate happiness etc. And it’s a terribly painful process for them, obviously. Only buy from ethical breeders. I hope the puppies stayed safe wherever they went to.
I agree with this comment but don’t blame owners that happen to have dogs with bob tails or half tails like penbrook corgis pugs french bulldogs British bulldogs and some Australian shepherds
Laura Benetis I’m thinking about getting one but idk if there to active for where I want one to live wich is at my apartment I do chemo so I’m alsways home but I take in chemo better then most patients is what my doctors say, either way I’ll always be home so I can play with it outside and stuff but idk I just wanted to know what you think
Bumblebee Water mine is still a puppy, so he gets tired easily, mine also eats his own poop tho.. they also need to be like in a crate when home alone because they tend to rip things apart, if u want, go for it! They are so sweet !
@@lillyvalerio8662 i had one in an apartment! they do need to go for walks and possibly go to dog parks if you can, but they are not hyper active like border collies for example. however he was a (very adorable) TERROR when he was a puppy and didn't mellow out for a while. you could adopt an adult one though if you want to avoid the potty training and terrorizing phase though loool
I love that you keep their tails on, they look nice without them, but Aussie's have such a beautiful tale that I honestly don't understand why anyone would rather have them removed. Plus, they are born with a tail so it must be meant for them to have.
people remove the tail to comply to the breed standard, not removing the tail (unless for specific reasons such as particular sports) is a sure sign of a irresponsible breeder
