- I bought my 3 bedroom house in Kasoa,Ghana for $84,000.
I paid with the 12 months plan which had these requirements:
Deposit of 20% of the building
Payment of remaining 80% over 12 months interest free
Move in when 80% is paid
Got documents after 100% payment.
There is also the one the go payment plan where you can pay 100% payment, get your keys and your documents.
There is also a mortgage option where you deposit 20% and the bank pays the remaining 80%.
Pay remaining 80% with interest to the bank for a period of 20 years.

70*100 plot of land, that’s a wise decision. The front has lots of space for parking, garden 🪴 space is huge and the side views got space as well. Nice place to hold a party 🎉 without going to rent a space. Enjoy your time in Ghana 🇬🇭.

@Portia Owusu-Ansah you can’t compare NY markets to Ghana now come on. Considering it’s Ghana and location being Kasoa 84k is expensive. You can get this similar house in Texas or Oklahoma for $120k or less

Nice house, however those indoor security bars are a death trap. In a fire, you will be unable to escape from one of the windows. They do not appear to have a quick release mechanism, and even so, in a panic situation, you will probably be unable to get out. Folks, that's why certain countries have regulations. There's a reason for them. Also, $84K USD is too much for that house. $30K is what it's really worth. Sounds like overinflated and speculative marketing there. You got scammed...🙈
Nothing can burn inside the house except maybe one appliance and they can throw it out a door. Her smile was on fire. Those bars are because the common people may not have freedom to own guns. Doesnt mean tons of crime. It means they dont have defense against crime, except those bars, so you see them there. The people have short swords but food is easy so you see people smiling and well fed. You look at the dogs, if real skinny, do not buy land there. Most americans will buy those houses and never live there because no easy jobs. People in Ghana are conservative and work hard all the time. There is no welfare. Its like USA before 1940, a way better overall vibe than the what we see now. Families are tight. Women wear normal clothes. Men come home to a house smelling good with well cooked food and they have real women over there. Just because of feminism very few women from USA going to stay there, but American black men can stay there. Wont be single for long. Wont be controlled either. In Tanzania, one Maasi chief has 10 wives and 100 children. Every wife gets a small house. He has like 70 cattle and each is worth 500 not being big cattle, he has smaller desert cows. Thats a man with a clan, 50 sons. For real, Maasai Tribe.

There is no welfare system there, so if a father loses his job and they run out of money and cant borrow for food, the baby cries all night from hunger pains and that can drive a man crazy to do some of the insane thievery that happens in some very low wage countries. $10 a day is all a man earns on average, low skilled. And bars on the inside of windows looks better from the outside like its on a beachfront.
@@Megapastor How is the house going to burn being made from cement block? A steel roof can easily last over 100 years and a clay tile roof can last over 300 years. Neither can burn. What is burning is all your hard earned cash on a mortgage at interest with 25yr shingles and 30yr vinyl siding going to be begging for a rebuild within your lifetime at least once with 2x4 construction. The termites are too serious in Africa as in any tropical region, wood gets eaten up there like we eat a salad. So you get all masonry permanent houses as the norm. This was the norm in the USA until the 1920's. No one can afford masonry houses in the USA like this, only on banks and churches and schools by union code. And Ghana and Tanzania today. Its also bulletproof.
