Yup that’s the ignition cut sensor on the shifter. So that way it’s more control able and can actually shift without the clutch. So when it cuts ignition there’s that little bit of unused fuel that’s being sent through the exhaust which causes the pops and bangs on shifts. Now granted this is what I understand of it, I could be completely wrong so don’t take my word for it as I’m 19 year thats commenting on TH-cam

@@jareddanielsen4464 Calvo runs many different set ups 3k being their absolute most extreme. The vipers ability to hook is what separates it but the C7 is much lighter so with same power output who knows

GOOD MAN for not wanting to go auto even though 2,3&4 clutches are technically faster. Honestly I’m I die hard stick driver, my work truck is 18 speed and I’d give my middle nut for my personal F-150 to be a stick shift. Sadly it can’t be but I’ll always love a gear driven rig, especially a Detroit diesel beast!

Our shop/R&D Accord (my daily) is J35 (Honda Jseries V6 engine) Turboed to 600hp and we ran a oil cooler that kept temps at 160° which was way too cool, and oil is actually designed to run at certain temps for the detergents etc...same applies to coolant and the engine over, heat expansion is taken into consideration by manufacturers
