I tried to put the covers back on the cushions by turning them inside out. That got one about 1/2 way on. Then I checked TH-cam for help. I watched one where the guy folded the cushion in 1/2. That works for him. My covers are made of very heavy material and cushions are thicker and stiffer than his. Then I watched one where the guy used a plastic bag and a vacuum and plastic bag. That was very easy, but I don’t happen to have large plastic bags lying around. Then I found your video. Your method was a bit more work than the vacuum, but it worked very well. A little pushing with no swearing and voilà. The cushions are back together and life is good again. Thanks for your help.
I always knew there was a trick with squishing down the matress, but I would fold-squish. Thanks for teaching me this method. The other methods require a vacuum and using garbage bags that must be torn apart afterwards.

You are my new Best Friend!!! My cushion covers are in the washer right now, and I am praying they come out alright, But I was also praying I would be able to get the covers back on the foam!

Depending on the size of the pillow, I've also used a little side table to set the cushion on, just because my knee was sore and I couldn't kneel! I have also put my cushions in a large garbage bag, which protects the cushion from soiling and makes the cover a bit easier to get on and off. Great video!

It is easy when the cushion foam has an outer fabric cover as in this case. Try doing the same with just the naked foam and it will take triple the time.
