In my area, there's a small dhaba selling Shahi Paneer and Kadai Paneer for just ₹120 🥘, and their taste and quality are far better than what I’ve had at premium restaurants 🍽️. The flavors are authentic and delicious 🤩. This is why I prefer local dhabas over fancy places for real taste! 👌🔥
😊I noe to make rotis at one go...without lifting the rotis... Very very few noe t art...i learnt from My Godmother & mom... It increase speed & eveness... But ..in ts whole world, only bunch of few people, can roll rotis, wthout lifting it time n again... 🤗
There is a paneer curry with peas that I loved (made by a no-garlic, no-onion place). But it had an Indian word in the title which translate to "Royal." Goes very well with a garlic Naan bread (lol, what doesn't) but had to buy this naan elsewhere because the No-Onion, No-Garlic place has an issue with yeast as leavening agent. They used baking powder.
