Ingredients For White Gravy:-
.250 gm cashew
.250 gm melon seeds
.300-500 gm onion
3 green chillies
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Whole spices
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
.100 ml oil
Ingredients for Makhani Gravy:-
2 kg tomatoes
.200 gm cashew
whole spices
Coriander stems
15 garlic cloves
1 piece ginger
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
3 spoon Kashmiri mirch powder
.100 ml oil
.50 gm butter
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Kasoori methi
Ingredients for Chop Masala:-
1 kg onion
.700 gm tomatoes
.100 ml oil
Whole spices
Salt to taste
2 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
