I had a severe brain injury over 15 years ago, multiple strokes as well, and I've lectured at some Universities about my condition and there are some uncanny resemblances in the feedback loop that was explained, to a lot of my frontal lobe deficiencies. Great explanation but i believe the dorsal reticulospinal tract causes inhibiton of stretch reflex and medial reticulospinal travt causes activatn of stretch reflex

I had a Thalamic stroke 2021, tried Baclefen, Gabapentin, Tizanidine, Valium, Robaxin, Soma, Tramadol and now Percocet, nothing, no relief. And two weeks ago, I found out I have two torn tendons the Supra and Infra and the Teres has a hole in it. Was it from the stroke where the tendons were trying to keep my shoulder intact, or from the vaccine in '21, who knows, every doctor I have seen doesn't know squat. The NIH, claims Baclefen only reaches 5% of the brain. My tendons are mush now, inoperable, the orthopedic gave a steroid injection didn't bother to schedule another appointment. If anyone has dealt with b. s. on receiving help, your not alone, I share your pain.
