@@RetroBreezeYT I have 400 GB and already hitting limits. Whenever systems with discs are involved, needed space is about to explode. PC Engine CD alone takes up so much space. And you don't know what the future brings us (aka more ports). Also I'm trying to keep some free space for when you did your Dos video as I'm pretty certain there will be a good amount of childhood memories I will put on my SD then too. :)
For a while today I couldn't get my Sega CD games to work despite having the correct bios and roms. Turns out my Bios files looked like "BIOS_CD_E.BIN". Just needed to change them all to something like "bios_CD_E.bin" and it worked perfectly 👍 Hope this helps others on Onion OS 4!

That looks awesome 😎 🕹my personal favorite sega cd games were night trap, ground zero texas, time gal, final fight cd, and sonic cd. I sure would like to get that to play these games.

Shining Force and Snatcher are my only favorites on Mega CD
I followed your tutorial and tried to get it running but wouldn't work. After some research, it turns out that the bios filename is case sensitive. Mine were in all caps. I renamed them and now it's working. Thought I'd bring it up in case someone else runs into the same issues.

One of the games was: Choutetsu Brikin'ger (Ironclad) for the NeoGeo CD the CHD is available out there.

Helpful tip: if anyone wants to add images to accompany the games, simply save an image as the same name of the corresponding rom file name(ex: Sonic the Hedgehog CD (Japan)) in PNG format and compress it into a file, then extracting it and renaming the file imgs. Make sure the image is 500 x 400 pixels.

Realy cool video! Is it not too hard to play M-CD or NEOGEO games without a joystick? The screen is not too small?
No issues with Sega CD or NEOGEO in my opinion! The screen is fantastic, not too small at all!

Can I put in a request? Is there any way to run Marvel Vs Capcom 2 on the Miyoo mini or is it too heavy? Dreamcast emu is experimental on Miyoo Mini right? I'm not sure if there's any other way to run it.
I'm not aware of any experimental DC emu and it would be impossible for the Mini anyway- nowhere near powerful enough. Same deal with Naomi I'm afraid. For DC, the Retroid Pocket 2 Plus is your best bet in a small form factor.
Please make a video showing us how to find a Snatcher Rom and booting it up please

My BIOS filenames were all wrong. Now I can hit Snatcher without issues.

Sounds like you're booting directly into the BIOS instead of a game. Are your games in a valid format?

Anyone know what the setting is for separate volume controls? The CD audio is too quiet compared to game sounds for me.

It's available as an experimental system, but the developers say it won't run full speed. I haven't tried myself.
I need to update mine to Onion I guess.. Will it out the damn roms in the right emulator if I do? Lol. They are all over the place

@@jakevarrick9507 You should consider a device like this NOT to come with any games at all. It is up to you to use your own ROMs, however you decide to get them.
Hey, great guide, it made my life a fair bit easier getting this set up. But is there a better way of handling multi-disc games, like how you can combine them in a single PBP file for PSX?

@@RetroBreezeYT I watched it, but it doesn't say how to combine multiple discs for Sega CD. I'm assuming, given how few games on the platform are multi disc, that no one has come up with a mechanism to combine them, but I was hoping someone had. But it DID teach me how to compress and combine my PSX ROMs, which I am eternally grateful for!
