New fresh design and a new power train
242 HP hybrid with 1.6L 4 cylinder with an electric motor.
New front end and backend designs are similar to the 2025 Kia Sorento!
Some updates on the inside. Climate control is up top not on the console.
There’s a 12.3 inch digital gauge cluster and a 12.3 inch infotainment screen.

We only have 2 kids as well but I'm struggling to find reasons why I would get an SUV over this if I'm not going off road etc. It feels like there are none or very few SUVs that can fit a medium adult inbetween car seats AND have a comfortable long journey 6th seat for another medium adult. If there is it costs a ton more than this Carnival lol

Great question… It should be later this year in the fall I would expect, and I’m not sure about demand. Hybrids are so popular I would assume there would be a wait.

Ohhh. Good one. Pacifica has stow and go. BUT if you won’t use it - then it’s not that big of a perk. Kia has some good tech that I like.

What would persuade me to switch from my suv into this particular vehicle would be having all wheel drive. It isn't offered with AWD!!!
They want the Toyota sienna drivers, but they failed to make it more enticing by not offering AWD.

Low ground clearance=more room, wheel base=smooth ride, sliding doors=no dings ease of entry in and out. Number of distinct advantages over SUV especially for 3+kids
