Based on the time line his alibi checks out and it would have been impossible...also...there were other murders if pregnant women in the area...I think 3 others...the suspects were across the street from Lacy and had broke in to her neighbors house....Lacy went to confront them while out walking her dog and they kidnapped her right then and there...it's horrifying and unbelievable. Scott tells Amber he lost his wife a couple of weeks before she went missing, and this would be his first Christmas without her. On the day he said that to Amber he bought a secret boat no one knew about. He also made five anchors, four of which were never recovered. The one that they did have, didn't match the cement in the driveway, which is where Scott said he'd used the rest of the missing cement, proven in court. Laci didn't know about, nor had she ever been in the boat, yet, a couple of Lacis hairs were found, wound tightly in some pliers. Agreed to take a lie detector test, but backed out after his father advised him not to. Upon returning home, he immediately washed his clothes, ate, and took shower. After getting out of shower, instead of just calling Lacis cell phone one more time, he calls her mom and tells her Laci is missing. He told, at least, three people he'd been playing golf, before finally sticking to the fishing story. Speaking of fishing, Scott told the detectives that going fishing that morning had been a last minute decision. But, this was an obvious lie because he'd purchased a two-day fishing license dated for the 23rd & 24th, a few days before. Or, maybe he's just psychic, and predicted he'd be making that "last minute" decision! When he took the detectives to his warehouse, he led them to believe the power was out, when the truth was, only his office in the warehouse had lighting, but the warehouse, itself, was only lit by a sky light during the day. On the night of Dec 24th, the day Laci went missing, Scott was already inquiring about grief counceling for Lacis family. Really??? She's not even yet gone a full 24hrs! I've never heard of anyone doing that over someone being missing for only a few hours! It just seems like Scott knew she wasn't coming home. The next day, Scott called the detectives asking them if they'd be bringing in and using cadaver dogs. She hadn't even been gone a full 24hours, and, he is inquiring about cadaver dogs! This was a huge red flag to the detectives working the case! He sold Lacis car while still missing, before her body was found. And, inquired about selling their home before she was ever found too! He even wanted to sell it with all their furniture! Supposedly, he doesn't know if Laci is dead or alive, but has no problem selling her car and their home, with all their stuff in it? He told lie after lie after lie. Of course the big, well known lie was when he called Amber during Lacis vigil. Right before, during, or after just doesn't matter, at all! His mistress should've been the last thing on his mind at any moment during that event. When he did his Diane Sawyer interview, he was already refering to Laci in past tense. Another huge red flag! It was well known he didn't want children, and wasn't thrilled about Laci being pregnate. Even telling his sister-in-law he was hoping for infertility. Laci telling her mom Scott wouldn't touch her belly to feel baby kicking. He didn't participate in the searches for Laci, opting instead, to secretly go to the bay, park his car, and just watch the search that was going on in the bay. Instead of showing grief about his wife being missing he, instead chose to flirt with his sisters baby sitter. Offering to make her a drink he called, "flirtinis". The baby sitter was so weirded out by Scott, she left! In one of the recorded calls with Amber, Scott tells her that if the police find any evidence, he'd get arrested. Not a confession, but close enough! When the due date, of the birth of his missing baby came around, he didn't have a gathering of friends & family to remember Laci & Conner. No, he didn't do anything at all to remember them. And, that would've been fine, if he chose to do nothing, no problem. But, he DID choose to do something. Since that day was also Ambers Bday, Scott chose to celebrate it, by hiding a bag of jewelry and a CD, etc for Amber to pick up. It seems it was Amber he wanted to remember & honor, not his missing wife & baby. When a body of a baby washed ashore, and then a body of a woman who had been pregnant washed ashore shortly after, within just a couple of miles from where he says he was 'fishing', he never even called anyone about it to see if it was Laci. About a week or so later, he was caught trying to flee with just about everything he owned, BUT his golf clubs and golf shoes. I add that he didn't have his clubs & shoes because Scott tried telling the cops that he was just going to play golf, not flee! However, the list of things he had with him is just as long, if not longer than my list here of the evidence! I could go on & on! I know there's more, but I'm drawing a blank on the rest. Can anyone else think of anything I've forgotten? Okay so, one or two things on this list would be maybe a coincidence. three or four things --- sketchy, but okay. All these things plus more --- he's guilty, guilty, guilty! And, I don't even have it all listed here.

Usually, you can tell by how much love they have for their pet dog or cat or any pet. Most or nearly all narcissist dont have a pet or care for a pet. If they cannot love an animal its likely they cannot love a person.
Not always true. It can be in some situations, but I was with two different guys that loved animals but ended up being extremely abusive to me. One of which, I have no doubt would’ve killed me if I didn’t leave. This love of animals they had was one of the things that made me fall for them in the first place. Scott is such a liar! Scott said he phoned Amber a couple days after Laci disappearance and told her the truth that he was married and Laci disappeared. What really happened was, Amber called Scott and said a friend of hers saw a magazine article and was worried for Amber. Scott called Amber on January 6th and told her he knew what Amber's friend was probably talking about and admitted to Amber he was married and his wife disappeared. That is when Amber went confronted Scott about telling her on the 9th of December ( before Laci disappeared ) that he had lost his wife and would be the first holiday without her.

My boyfriend’s sister comes across as having NPD, being a sadist as well as some anti social traits too. Always looking for drama, always looking for people’s reactions. She can get angry and goes around breaking stuff. But I don’t think it’s just narcissism. She is crazy. She has scratched her face up with a coke can then called the police saying her brother assaulted her. She also got a man locked up for rape then dropped the charges on him 3 months later. No remorse for anything she does she says “I haven’t done anything wrong I’m perfect” and “I’m on top of all of you”. Something very not right with her. She gets a lot of pleasure out of doing things to make others suffer. As well as stealing money from her family and lying a lot. Also...the lake where Lacy was dumped...the autopsy confirms time of death on Lacy and the baby...it doesn't match for where Scott was either on the opposite side. How do I know all this? I believe it was on "court tv mystery series" and it's about the Lacy Peterson trial and Scott Peterson...it focuses on the circus that the media and country turned it into...the police believing Scott did it and not providing much of the evidence and witnesses...that Mexican woman...she either locked herself in a bathroom or called the cops. She said when the men with the van came in...she knew they were killers and got a bad feeling She described the van to a t. All of the evidence and time lines check out. It's unbelievable. He's innocent.

The labeling him and saying something is wrong with his brain, it excuses him. He chose to be selfish and uncaring about Laci, and his child, a common thing not to far about the baby that is being carried by a woman he wanted nothing to do with anymore. The child just meant entrapment to him. Labels give people an excuse or pity for their behaviours, he knew the difference between right and wrong, that cheating on Kaci was wrong, that killing her and their unborn baby was wrong. Therefore he is responsible for his choices and actions. All he did was reveal his true colours, not a mental illness.

So the new documentary is about the media storm surrounding the Laci Peterson case and everything that went down at the time...it also goes into the evidence and new information and witnesses that clear Scott. Here is what we didn't know during the time of the trial and subsequent conviction. There were 3 other pregnant women that ended up kidnapped and murdered along with a string of burglaries all in Scott and Lacis neighborhood. There was a massive search effort underway for Laci...in the neighborhood and bay. They could not find her. One of the biggest mistakes among many by the detectives investigating the case was this...the released Scott's alibi to the public and media...not only way before the trial but before Laci had been found. His alibi being the timeline from work and to the bay to go fishing. Right after the release of his alibi...Laci's body is found in that bay. Now...the body and also the baby were found in the same bay yes but on the opposite side of it from where Scott had been fishing. Not only that...the autopsy showed that they couldn't have been in the water for all the time that Laci was missing and the baby had water in it's lungs! From breathing it in. So the baby had been born and tossed in the water. All of the timelines alone clear Scott. Here is a few more things...the Petersons neighbors were away and there house had been burglarized during the time Laci disappeared. It looks like Laci while out walking her dog... something she did at the same time everyday during her pregnancy...spots a van outside of her neighbors place and she confronted them. They kidnap Laci right then and there. Another woman who was pregnant confirms these men were stalking her as well and described them looking like "killers" and she mentions the van that is also attached to the other murders and burglaries. What blew my mind is that if you remember this case...the way Scott was acting...he was so obviously guilty and I always wondered why he would act like he was and do the things he was doing? Why wasn't he on his best behavior? Scott is a strange person and most likely a sociopath...he is guilty of that and also the fact that he just didn't love Laci. He was never in love with her. But...he did not kill her. A lawyer in the documentary said that the worst and most foolish thing a prosecutor can ever do in a murder case is to assume guilt or innocence based on how someone is acting. Okay people, let's be logical. The people advocating for Scott appear to be grasping at straws. Now, before you disagree and turn your attention elsewhere, hear me out. When someone really, in truth, is innocent, there is no need for excuses that explain away all the highly suspicious behavior. Which, in this case, there are just too many things to explain away. So many, in fact, that any logically minded person, would feel like they're being played for fools if they were to believe such nonsense. And, not only is there some ridiculous excuse for all Scotts highly suspicious behaviors, but if that isn't enough to fool you, they also tend to vilify everyone involved in the case, other than Scott, of course. They vilify the detectives, for being out to get Scott. They vilify the neighbors for being forgetful, or just plain liars, for simply telling the truth about Scott telling them he'd been golfing, instead of fishing. They vilify Amber for being scornful, and turning against Scott to record some incriminating calls. They vilify the Rochas in the same way for turning against Scott and realising he is guilty. They vilify the media for several things mainly the ridiculous notion that they gave away his alibi, leaving it open for him to be set up. And, that his conviction was caused by the media convicting him so aggressively. Well, they did the same thing to Casey Anthony, Robert Blake, OJ Simpson, etc. The media didn't seem to hinder any of the people I just mentioned, so, it would be like showing favoritism to give Scott some kind of pass just because the press bullied him, like they would've done, and do, to ANYONE ELSE. But again, I digress. They even vilify the villainous robbers across the street by insisting they're kidnapping, murderers, and not just the low-life robbers they already were! If Scott were truly innocent, this would not be necessary.
Those things are explained away easily. I haven't seen anyone vilifying the neighbors. The bottom line is their own statements are inconsistent and two neighbors saying he said he was golfing does not remove dozens confirming he never denied fishing. Police testified to this also.

What blew me away about it...a lawyer said the worst thing he could ever do is to assume someones innocence or guilt based on how they are acting. Scott Peterson was like...so suspect. I wondered how can he change the color of his hair and be ordering porno right as his wife is missing. The way he was acting...it's understandable to assume he's 100% guilty. Scott tells Amber he lost his wife a couple of weeks before she went missing, and this would be his first Christmas without her.
On the day he said that to Amber he bought a secret boat no one knew about.
He also made five anchors, four of which were never recovered. The one that they did have, didn't match the cement in the driveway, which is where Scott said he'd used the rest of the missing cement, proven in court.
Laci didn't know about, nor had she ever been in the boat, yet, a couple of Lacis hairs were found, wound tightly in some pliers.
Agreed to take a lie detector test, but backed out after his father advised him not to.
Upon returning home, he immediately washed his clothes, ate, and took shower. After getting out of shower, instead of just calling Lacis cell phone one more time, he calls her mom and tells her Laci is missing.
He told, at least, three people he'd been playing golf, before finally sticking to the fishing story.
Speaking of fishing, Scott told the detectives that going fishing that morning had been a last minute decision. But, this was an obvious lie because he'd purchased a two-day fishing license dated for the 23rd & 24th, a few days before. Or, maybe he's just psychic, and predicted he'd be making that "last minute" decision!
When he took the detectives to his warehouse, he led them to believe the power was out, when the truth was, only his office in the warehouse had lighting, but the warehouse, itself, was only lit by a sky light during the day.
On the night of Dec 24th, the day Laci went missing, Scott was already inquiring about grief counceling for Lacis family. Really??? She's not even yet gone a full 24hrs! I've never heard of anyone doing that over someone being missing for only a few hours! It just seems like Scott knew she wasn't coming home.
The next day, Scott called the detectives asking them if they'd be bringing in and using cadaver dogs. She hadn't even been gone a full 24hours, and, he is inquiring about cadaver dogs! This was a huge red flag to the detectives working the case!
He sold Lacis car while still missing, before her body was found. And, inquired about selling their home before she was ever found too! He even wanted to sell it with all their furniture! Supposedly, he doesn't know if Laci is dead or alive, but has no problem selling her car and their home, with all their stuff in it?
He told lie after lie after lie. Of course the big, well known lie was when he called Amber during Lacis vigil. Right before, during, or after just doesn't matter, at all! His mistress should've been the last thing on his mind at any moment during that event.
When he did his Diane Sawyer interview, he was already refering to Laci in past tense. Another huge red flag!
It was well known he didn't want children, and wasn't thrilled about Laci being pregnate. Even telling his sister-in-law he was hoping for infertility. Laci telling her mom Scott wouldn't touch her belly to feel baby kicking.
He didn't participate in the searches for Laci, opting instead, to secretly go to the bay, park his car, and just watch the search that was going on in the bay.
Instead of showing grief about his wife being missing he, instead chose to flirt with his sisters baby sitter. Offering to make her a drink he called, "flirtinis". The baby sitter was so weirded out by Scott, she left!
In one of the recorded calls with Amber, Scott tells her that if the police find any evidence, he'd get arrested. Not a confession, but close enough!
When the due date, of the birth of his missing baby came around, he didn't have a gathering of friends & family to remember Laci & Conner. No, he didn't do anything at all to remember them. And, that would've been fine, if he chose to do nothing, no problem. But, he DID choose to do something. Since that day was also Ambers Bday, Scott chose to celebrate it, by hiding a bag of jewelry and a CD, etc for Amber to pick up. It seems it was Amber he wanted to remember & honor, not his missing wife & baby.
When a body of a baby washed ashore, and then a body of a woman who had been pregnant washed ashore shortly after, within just a couple of miles from where he says he was 'fishing', he never even called anyone about it to see if it was Laci.
About a week or so later, he was caught trying to flee with just about everything he owned, BUT his golf clubs and golf shoes. I add that he didn't have his clubs & shoes because Scott tried telling the cops that he was just going to play golf, not flee! However, the list of things he had with him is just as long, if not longer than my list here of the evidence!
I could go on & on! I know there's more, but I'm drawing a blank on the rest. Can anyone else think of anything I've forgotten?
Okay so, one or two things on this list would be maybe a coincidence. three or four things --- sketchy, but okay.
All these things plus more --- he's guilty, guilty, guilty! And, I don't even have it all listed here.

Not always true. It can be in some situations, but I was with two different guys that loved animals but ended up being extremely abusive to me. One of which, I have no doubt would’ve killed me if I didn’t leave. This love of animals they had was one of the things that made me fall for them in the first place. I def believe it CAN be a sign that they’re psychopaths if they hate animals. Since many abuse or kill animals first before people. But it is definitely not so cut & dry. There have been serial killers I have watched on the ID channel that had pets they loved. One killer was actually caught due to his pug leaving hairs on the girls he killed. It was on an episode of Forensic Files. Just like some killers can form attachments to some people, as is said in this video, like how some famous killers were married & never killed their wives; they also can have attachments to pets. In any case where you are with a person that treats you badly, never doubt that they wouldn’t take it too far & kill you simply because they like or are nice to animals. If they are abusing you in any way, physically or emotionally, get out before you are hurt seriously or even killed.

Scott is such a liar! Scott said he phoned Amber a couple days after Laci disappearance and told her the truth that he was married and Laci disappeared. What really happened was, Amber called Scott and said a friend of hers saw a magazine article and was worried for Amber. Scott called Amber on January 6th and told her he knew what Amber's friend was probably talking about and admitted to Amber he was married and his wife disappeared. That is when Amber went confronted Scott about telling her on the 9th of December ( before Laci disappeared ) that he had lost his wife and would be the first holiday without her.

My boyfriend’s sister comes across as having NPD, being a sadist as well as some anti social traits too. Always looking for drama, always looking for people’s reactions. She can get angry and goes around breaking stuff. But I don’t think it’s just narcissism. She is crazy. She has scratched her face up with a coke can then called the police saying her brother assaulted her. She also got a man locked up for rape then dropped the charges on him 3 months later. No remorse for anything she does she says “I haven’t done anything wrong I’m perfect” and “I’m on top of all of you”. Something very not right with her. She gets a lot of pleasure out of doing things to make others suffer. As well as stealing money from her family and lying a lot. It’s like psychotic narcissism. 7/10 times when my boyfriend picks up the phone to her she’s almost shouting like she’s being aggressive.

Also...the lake where Lacy was dumped...the autopsy confirms time of death on Lacy and the baby...it doesn't match for where Scott was either on the opposite side. How do I know all this? There's a documentary that aired a few months ago and it was mind blowing. I believe it was on "court tv mystery series" and it's about the Lacy Peterson trial and Scott Peterson...it focuses on the circus that the media and country turned it into...the police believing Scott did it and not providing much of the evidence and witnesses...that Mexican woman...she either locked herself in a bathroom or called the cops. She said when the men with the van came in...she knew they were killers and got a bad feeling

He chose to be selfish and uncaring about Laci, and his child, a common thing not to far about the baby that is being carried by a woman he wanted nothing to do with anymore. Here is what we didn't know during the time of the trial and subsequent conviction. There were 3 other pregnant women that ended up kidnapped and murdered along with a string of burglaries all in Scott and Lacis neighborhood.
There was a massive search effort underway for Laci...in the neighborhood and bay. They could not find her. One of the biggest mistakes among many by the detectives investigating the case was this...the released Scott's alibi to the public and media...not only way before the trial but before Laci had been found. His alibi being the timeline from work and to the bay to go fishing. Right after the release of his alibi...Laci's body is found in that bay. Now...the body and also the baby were found in the same bay yes but on the opposite side of it from where Scott had been fishing. Not only that...the autopsy showed that they couldn't have been in the water for all the time that Laci was missing and the baby had water in it's lungs! From breathing it in. So the baby had been born and tossed in the water. All of the timelines alone clear Scott.
Here is a few more things...the Petersons neighbors were away and there house had been burglarized during the time Laci disappeared. It looks like Laci while out walking her dog... something she did at the same time everyday during her pregnancy...spots a van outside of her neighbors place and she confronted them. They kidnap Laci right then and there. Another woman who was pregnant confirms these men were stalking her as well and described them looking like "killers" and she mentions the van that is also attached to the other murders and burglaries.
What blew my mind is that if you remember this case...the way Scott was acting...he was so obviously guilty and I always wondered why he would act like he was and do the things he was doing? Why wasn't he on his best behavior? Scott is a strange person and most likely a sociopath...he is guilty of that and also the fact that he just didn't love Laci. He was never in love with her. But...he did not kill her.

The documentary goes into the media storm and how the media painted Scott out to be guilty long before the trial and how it influenced public opinion and the ignorant masses. I know it's hard to believe but...Scott is innocent.

The burden of proof was on the State. They could not prove when, where, or how she was murdered. This case was a total circus. No impartial jury= no fair trial. No direct evidence or proof= reasonable doubt. Reasonable doubt= a vacated defendant.
The jury failed to consider the actual evidence. He was convicted on demeanor, not proof. The police botched the investigation and Rick D had no intentions of seeking the truth.

Okay people, let's be logical. The people advocating for Scott appear to be grasping at straws. Now, before you disagree and turn your attention elsewhere, hear me out.
When someone really, in truth, is innocent, there is no need for excuses that explain away all the highly suspicious behavior. Which, in this case, there are just too many things to explain away. So many, in fact, that any logically minded person, would feel like they're being played for fools if they were to believe such nonsense.
And, not only is there some ridiculous excuse for all Scotts highly suspicious behaviors, but if that isn't enough to fool you, they also tend to vilify everyone involved in the case, other than Scott, of course.
They vilify the detectives, for being out to get Scott. They vilify the neighbors for being forgetful, or just plain liars, for simply telling the truth about Scott telling them he'd been golfing, instead of fishing.
They vilify Amber for being scornful, and turning against Scott to record some incriminating calls. They vilify the Rochas in the same way for turning against Scott and realising he is guilty.
They vilify the media for several things mainly the ridiculous notion that they gave away his alibi, leaving it open for him to be set up. And, that his conviction was caused by the media convicting him so aggressively.
Well, they did the same thing to Casey Anthony, Robert Blake, OJ Simpson, etc. The media didn't seem to hinder any of the people I just mentioned, so, it would be like showing favoritism to give Scott some kind of pass just because the press bullied him, like they would've done, and do, to ANYONE ELSE. But again, I digress.
They even vilify the villainous robbers across the street by insisting they're kidnapping, murderers, and not just the low-life robbers they already were!
If Scott were truly innocent, this would not be necessary.
Those things are explained away easily.
I haven't seen anyone vilifying the neighbors. The bottom line is their own statements are inconsistent and two neighbors saying he said he was golfing does not remove dozens confirming he never denied fishing. Police testified to this also.
