I don't care if he's easier. He looks better. His Moveset is awesome. And challenging when fighting him in appropriate gear. Then theres the gear and weapons itself. Which is a perfect transition from story gear into the endgame. And you cannot convince me that not every female hunter uses the beta head as layered. Him and Raging Brachydios are the PERFECT representation of Variants.
Its nice seeing a gunlance run with shelling, slaplance is kind of boring to me. I love the full burst play style in this game its so fun, with wide being a close second. One match up that I like to run wide with are both of the rajangs.
Did you make the theme mashup for this vid? It sounds great! I never woulda thought MHTri's Tundra Theme and MHS2's Battle 3 Strong Theme (idk if it has a proper name) would mix so well!
Yeah , Gigginox was better than khezu and i think that theme called "the white knight" it's intended to be barioth's theme but still played for all tundra monsters
Used to evade through the headbutts, which have a large and lingering hitbox. There's no way I could've hopped through the headbutt at 2:57 without some evasion for example. Also useful to go through the hipchecks such as at 2:04, and so on.
That tundra theme transition into MH stories battle theme was smooth

Bro i took like 20 mins for the normal barioth with gunlance. Granted i wasn't using the BIS but damn son you nailed it. Love gunlance

Is evade GL the only way to go in Iceborne? Is the guard playstyle at end game still quick at hunts? Awesome vid tho!
Gunlance is much smoother with Evasion+Evade Extender, Guard works better with Lance.
The evades are so precise, nice work!
You really decimated Barioth. The perfect dodges were nice to watch too
From my experience nargacuga is amazing with wide gunlance, it's fun to hop through his fast attacks and punish his short openings with pokes

This is the major battle theme from the tundra regions of MH Stories. Yes, I made the mashup myself, like in a lot of my other videos
Love the Gigginox theme, wish they'd bring him back

This is Barioth's theme btw.
I'm kind of curious why you shot one brightmoss at the wall at the start
Shooting slinger ammo on terrain will make noise that attracts monsters, as long as you're outside of combat.
A Barioth run?? On the DynamoLynn channel? Hard to top that.
I'll have you know there are FIVE videos featuring Barioth on my channel Mr. SPACERACECAR666
@@dynamo_lynn I know, I've watched them all, Mr. DynamoLynn.
Overkilled
I'm pretty sure you don't even need evasion mayte.

@@dynamo_lynn rly? I feel like it's possible. Maybe the hitbox is bigger and slower than the head itself... Been a long time i fought it tough.
