I did a video on the p2s as well if you havent seen it. The s1 is a diode and seems to be better with engraving and tumblers. The co2 laser is nice for acrylic and cutting thicker materials. Does well engraving too. The diodes just seem more precise with engraving. Im not an expert so take that with a grain of salt.
Machine! At 1:28 You mentioned you're not familiar with the IR head, so I'll throw in my experience I use the Xtool F1, when I'm doing these types of mugs I'll blast my design at 100% power on the 10w laser, then go back over with the IR that makes the engraving super shiny
Just saw this video. Very cool engraving. I have a 100w co2 laser (Monport) being delivered on the 11th. Looking forward to making all kinds of cool stuff like this. Love the channel, man! Also subscribed to @WyldeWillow. Thanks!
Love the end product, Laser engraving looks interesting, I can see almost endless possibilities, would love to try it. Adam has an excellent channel. Can almost call him a neighbor, We're in the same county.
There are some great tips in this video thank you. Have a look at the RA 2 Pro Accessory kit it is a game changer add on for the RA 2 pro. Also to avoid hitting the chuck try putting the jaws on the inside of the tumbler.
Machine! I really need to try out my RA2....Love your videos btw, your tutorials are honestly some of the easiest to understand on TH-cam. In xcs, you can "combine" no group, but combine items and it will engrave a bit faster.
works been busy but trying to catch back up on your vids ! great to see you using your "Machine" to do more cool projects , i still haven't gotten my wife to try any tumblers on her p2 yet
Machine! Another great video sir…I’ve got my first laser ordered and coming in June so we’ll see how I do as well…like the chuck set up. I went with the PiBurn 4.0 so we’ll see how it stacks up against the other rotors.
Thanks! It all depends on what tumbler and how many. If you can buy a decent tumbler in bulk it would def help keep cost down. Some people are particular to their brands though.
MACHINE! Thanks for being specific about your settings. It really helps to have a tested starting place! For the same reason, jigs make my MACHINE easier to repeat because I can screw up the simplest set up.. Great video!
Machine , really love your content I just installed my casters that you have on your crossfire pro on my new crossfire pro thanks for all the good info on this table
Machine! (Wrote this while falling down 😎) Could you use the laser to align the rotary? Place it on a corner the slide left or right to other corner and move rotary accordingly?
Machine! Is it possible to laser cut a piece of wood or plastic to use as an alignment jig for the rotary table, sort of like a mini framing square? Something you could bump against the inside left or right side of the machine (machine!) and use the 90 degree edge to align the rotary table.
Yes for sure. Thats what i a lot of people do. Its just a piece of wood with a window cut out of it. I need to do that to make setup quicker and more precise.
I Highly recommend the XTool S1 laser: bit.ly/484Z9oa
Thank you for the review. Quick question, would you mind sharing the reason for using the S1 instead of the P2? Considering buying a P2S. Thanks

Thank you so much for the shout out! I appreciate your support! 🤗
No problem! Glad to help

Awesome tool, great MACHINE.
MACHINE!
Great video, as usual. You are a talented dude.
Thanks Dave! I appreciate that
That's a nice MACHINE right there. It's really cool how modular the S1 is to be able to use things like the RA2.
MACHINE. Love the videos on everything, keep up the work 👍🏻
Thanks Ryan!
We use a magic eraser to clean them up, works great. The Xtool definitely looks like a nice laser.
Good idea. Ill have to try that
Nice work getting the Machine dialed in!! I definitely like the concept of the 3 jaw chuck better than the roller setup.
I agree!
There are some great tips in this video thank you. Have a look at the RA 2 Pro Accessory kit it is a game changer add on for the RA 2 pro. Also to avoid hitting the chuck try putting the jaws on the inside of the tumbler.
Ahh good idea.
MACHINE!! Love my laser MACHINE and about to get a CNC Plasma Table MACHINE. Thanks for your content, you are a MACHINE.

The rotary tool is pretty cool. I did try on the p2. It was a bit more challenging with the layout. Just have to get used to it i guess.
MACHINE! Love my Xtool!! LA Awesome and a magic eraser works wonders for clean up
Thanks for the pointer. Ill try that
Machine. That’s a really cool machine.
Awesome job. I have thought about getting into laser/cnc as a side hustle.
There plenty of money to be made. Especially locally. Sports, school, clubs, businesses, ect.
Oh Yeah !!! My favorite channel !
Wow thanks!
Top notch video once again. I always look forward to your content. That S1 is a nice Machine! That tumbler came out looking t!t5.
Thanks buddy!
Machine, that's it! I found you because of the Kioti tractor and now a lot of good machining work! One of my favorite channels on YT!
Wow, thanks! Glad to have you
Machine! Another great video sir…I’ve got my first laser ordered and coming in June so we’ll see how I do as well…like the chuck set up. I went with the PiBurn 4.0 so we’ll see how it stacks up against the other rotors.

Hah! I care my freind
Looked nice and crisp.
Kyle, please make some stickers with the Machine logo. I'd love to buy a few for my toolbox, etc
I definitely plan on doing that. I will give an update when i have them ready. Thanks!
I just bought a new bad boy Rough zero turn , it’s a hell of a MACHINE !!! 3:13
Nice! Congrats
Machine.
Have you thought about what you’d charge to custom engrave a tumbler?
Good job.
Thanks! It all depends on what tumbler and how many. If you can buy a decent tumbler in bulk it would def help keep cost down. Some people are particular to their brands though.
Machine, Spicer design for the win
MACHINE! Thanks for being specific about your settings. It really helps to have a tested starting place! For the same reason, jigs make my MACHINE easier to repeat because I can screw up the simplest set up.. Great video!

MACHINE.. Love your content!
Thanks! Glad to hear that.
MACHINE right on
MACHINE. Awesome!
Machine !! :) I want a laser toooo
MACHINE! "Dammit, I think I pulled a groin muscle!" Did not know using scrubber pad would work that well on clean up. Well done!
MACHINE, Great video I've been eyeing up laser engravers. Thanks for the information 👍
Is that a MacBook Pro or air? If it’s a new air m2 or m3 you should upgrade to the 15 screen for that type
Of work
Its an air. I believe it has the m2. Not familiar with the screen your talking about though
Machine! Great video as always.
Great Job, you are very easy to understand. Thanks, Ed
Thanks! So helpful!
Machine ... a very cool tool 👍
Very cool! Will it engrave Dewalt tumblers too?
Sure. Whatever you want
MACHINE! Good job on "managing" Thunderlaser! It really SUCKS when someone tries to steal your good work! TAKE NO S#!T !!
Machine, nice idea, could be a nice side business.
Machine!!! Another great video……
Machine! (Wrote this while falling down 😎)
Could you use the laser to align the rotary? Place it on a corner the slide left or right to other corner and move rotary accordingly?
Im not completely following. But a lot of people make a jig that will hold the rotary tool square to the laser. Hoping to do that soon.
Awesome job!!
Have you done any white cups yet?
Curious what setting you use with the S1 20w. I have the same unit.
Thanks!
Machine. Is the tumbler over priced. Yes. But damn I sure do love the pack out system
Me too. Good stuff
MACHINE, love the videos
MACHINE! - Thanks for the review. I’ve been trying to decide between the P2 and S1. This video helped. Thx.
