If you do a lot of signs like this, you should look into getting a stud welder. They're not prohibitively expensive and save a ton of time and labor installing mounting screws and standoffs.

Very well thought out design. Looks fantastic!! Curious, are you using hot rolled, or cold rolled sheet? I just received my plasma table, but will not get it set up for a while, bought it on a year end deal, really looking forward to getting it put to use for our shop. Ohhh, impressed with how clean you keep your shop/garage as well.

@@SpicerDesignsLLC Thanks for the reply. I am having a difficult time finding cold rolled nearby. Our normal steel supplier only carries hot rolled and sometimes on the strap/flats we get in they are pretty clean and other times they are full of scale. @@SpicerDesignsLLC I figured most of the work was by project but what's a rough guess at what you're making per hour considering what they're paying you vs material costs, etc. I'm wondering if there's enough money in it to slowly transition.

Don't even get me started, Young, Fit, and possibly even ripped folks should not be allowed to film themselves drinking beer. Years ago I learned to keep my dad's bod under control I would have to choose between beer and food. It sure is hard to find a good beer with the right protein and fat content.
