    How fantastic, on my in the office days, just time to have breakfast, get lunch ready and out of the door, time is such a luxury

    Doesn't starting off with electrolyte water (salted water) increases someone blood pressure? Kind regards Liz.

    I tend to move around furniture - happens every other day or morning though. Sometimes, at night, when the light falls a little too unsightly. :) But, it helps move the day along - and helps me with feng shui. :) Always love your vids. Thanks for sharing your health reco's Liz.

    Love this thx Liz. I do the IF and the coffee/Mct oil/nob of butter and whiz in my blender. Love grounding too and weighs, not as heavy as you yet though! Not done the tongue scraping though! Been meaning to try electrolytes so thx for reminder.

    Oh this was wonderful!!!! I do mushrooms regularly, lions, mane, reishi, turkey tail, and some others as well. I stack or do by themselves!!! I am a custom jewelry designer so I work from home :*) Lovely video. Oh, and yes intermittent fasting works well for me!!!! Oh and coffee I need to be careful I do not over do it LOL!!!

    My routine starts with about a 45 minute round of weight baring exercises- I incorporate 5 minute plank work and all of these exercises I follow on TH-cam called Fabulous 50’s - They suit me in my 63rd year as they are at a hood pace.
    I’ll follow with some times a bit of body brushing then it’s a warm shower with some cold at the end- which I’ve been doing for some years - makes me feel alive! Then it’s a good body moisturising- followed by my skin care routine - same every day - then it’s coffee with a bowl of chopped apple some sugar free granola and some Greek yogurt. Tend to work bit harder this time of year as I’m only 5’ 2’’ have always had a heavier leg but can still get away wearing a bikini!
    What I have found extremely useful in this video are the supplements you have spoken about - I’ll definitely be checking these out …and Yes the feeling of grass beneath your feet is just lovely!

    This is all unachievable for a family person without extra money. You have to be rich to buy all these things. Would be good to hear something for people on a tight budget.

    Hi everyone. I've been having Ancient and Brave Collagen for a few years in my morning cuppa but have not tried the oil, I have now ordered a bottle to give it a try.....I'm not sure about oil in my cuppa but I'll give it a go ❤
