These are the official fees. If you are using an agent, they will charge you a bit for for the service they are providing.
Open an account with a Nigerian bank outside Nigeria + BVN centres outside Nigeria.
IMPORTANT: You can now open domiciliary diaspora accounts with these banks. You will see the information on the following links too.

3. Fidelity Bank Info for those that live outside Nigeria: www.fidelitybank.ng/personal-... The account you need to open is Fidelity Diaspora Current Account and Fidelity Diaspora Domiciliary Account.

Any body in UK who wants BVN for Africa bank account must apply online to OIS and pay £30 for it within a few days they will text you.

You can go online to African bank if choice pay for BVN or call that bank and see if you can get it free. She explained clearly but account will be online until you finally go there and sort other stuff you may require
I traveled from Germany to Netherlands to do my BVN in 2017 and I paid 70 euros its not free
