I was adviced to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since they can protect my portfolio for retirement of about $170k. I need advice: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in this unstable market or do I look into alternative sectors?
The strategies are quite rigorous for the regular-joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by experts who have had a great deal of skillsets and knowledge to pull such trades off.
That is very correct. Having the right financial expert is invaluable. My portfolio is well matched for every season of the market and recently it has hit 80% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are aiming for a 6 figure ballpark goal.
Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Judith Lynn Staufer’’ for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!
The simplest approach to accumulate wealth is to simply get started early; investment is still a top priority. I am able to construct a decent existence since I invested early this time, having learned from my mistakes from the previous year.
I thought about investing in the financial market, I heard that people make millions if you know the tricks of the trade, but I lack good knowledge and a strategy to outperform the market and generate good yields. I have $160,000 but it's hard to bite the bullet and do it.
Hello Tmer, How can one find a verifiable financial planner? I would not mind looking up the professional that helped you. I will be retiring in two years and I might need some management on my much larger portfolio. Don't want to take any chances.
Cooking, staying home, stop comparing/watching other people be stupid, not caring what u or anyone think u should have and planning for a future so bright it leads to early retirement 💯
i would say meal prep/organization is more important. most people can cook a meal for themselves that is edible, but some dont know how to budget correctly, buy the correct proportions, etc. so grocery shopping becomes much more expensive than just buying a cheap meal or two out per day. not to mention, some people dont have time, energy or the desire to cook.
Diversification is the secret to optimal performance. This is why I have my interests set on market sectors based on performance and projected growth, such as the EV sector, renewable energy, Tech, and Health. Keep investing regularly and you'll be blown away how much it can change in a few short years. Here's to $1 million and to FIRE
Safest approach i feel to tackle it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850k.
This is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with? i'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation
Viviana Marisa Coelho is her name. She is regarded as a genius in her area and works for Empower Financial Services. By looking her up online, you can quickly verify her level of experience. She is well knowledgeable about financial markets.
Thank you for the lead, searched Viviana by her full name and at once spotted her consulting page, she seems highly professional having over 12 years of experience. amazing!
One lesson I've learnt from billionaires is to always put your money to work, and diversifying your investments. I'm planning to invest about $30k of my savings in stocks this year, and I hope I make profits.
You are right. The best approach I feel is to diversify investments- by spreading investments across different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.
That makes sense. I’ve been using a financial market expert for two years now and I own a six-figure diversified portfolio from investing in stocks. I want to diversify more this year, though.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?.
Sonya Lee Mitchell is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Frugality lets you maintain a balance where only your priorities come first , leading you to a secure financial future. I am avoiding debt , saving and investing around 40 percent of my income. I have a high paying engineering job, and I live upstate MN. since covid my expenses are extremely low. I have zero debt on a 7 figure portfolio, low rent and car paid off. So i can just save. feel lucky and grateful my fiduciary came into play.
I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment.. I always tell myself you don’t need that new Aston Martin or that vacation in Hawaii just yet and that mindset helps me make more money investing.
Curious about top investors' millionaire-making strategies, I'm eager to grow my $295,000 nest egg. Investing in stocks could provide attractive returns through capital appreciation and dividend yields. But timing is crucial - should I invest now or wait for improved market conditions?
I think the smartest way to go is to spread out your investments. By putting your money into different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and stocks from other countries, you can lower the risk if one part of the market goes bad.
Several individuals minimize the importance of counsel until their own feelings become overwhelming. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm afloat. I looked for licensed advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.
Credits goes to "Lucinda Margaret Crist" one of the finest portfolio managers in the field. She's widely recognized; you should take a look at her work.
The whole point of wealth for me is freedom. My magic number in my mind is 5 million needed at 65 to not worry about anything. Am i better off investing a good portion of my income into stocks or saving my earnings to achieve this goal?
Varied sources of income is wise and especially living within your means. My net worth is $2M and I can pay my bills with no stress, but I don't live like I have that. I have no complaints.
Money advice varies from person to person, but planning ahead is crucial. I started working at 19, bought my first home at 28, and sought financial advice after being laid off at 36 during the COVID outbreak. Today, I'm just 25% away from my $1 million goal thanks to strategic investments.

*Izella Annette Anderson* is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up immediately. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her.
Net worth snowballs after $1M. Keep investing regularly and you'll be blown away how much it can change in a few short years. Here's to $1 million and to FIRE!
My advice to everyone is this: if you want to grow big this year especially in your finances. Be willing to make investments. Saving is great but investing puts you on a pedestal where you wouldnt have to worry about savings as you do now. Thanks to my FA, my portfolio is doing really great and I'm proud of the decisions I made last year.
People often underestimate the importance of certified financial advisers. Over 50 years of data reveal that those who work with CFAs typically earn more than those who do it alone. I've been fortunate to work with one for 4 years, resulting in a $2M portfolio, largely from early investments in AI and other growth stocks.
Kathleen Cheryl Constantz is the Adviser I work with. Just look up the name. You'd find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
The current market/economy is unnecessarily tougher for boomers/senior citizens, I’m used to just buying and holding assets which doesn’t seem applicable to the current rollercoaster market plus inflation is catching up with my portfolio. I’m really worried about survival after retirement.
Yes, gold is a great investment and a good bet against the devaluating dollar, been holding some for awhile now, I’m grateful my adviser’s moment by moment changes in the market are lightening quick, cos who know how much losses I would’ve had by now.
My CFA Melissa Terri Swayne , a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
After covid, I decided to start saving as much as I could reasonably. Saved me a few days ago when car needed repairs. The more you have in the emergency fund, the less stress you will ultimately have. Still hurts, but so much better than worrying about how to get the funds
3 things that helped me and literally changed my life 1. I stopped watching porn 2. I read the book called ‘25 Money Secrets From Donald Trump’ 3. Stop drinking
Your analysis is inspiring and mine is similar. Getting the best strategies for short term/long-term trading involves a lot and I stayed determined, took risks and also learned from my mistakes. Considering how beneficial my investing in trade has been lately, my target is to hit 1million by November 2024 and I believe it is achievable
Indeed, currently I'm managing my finances wisely and being frugal. In the last 19 months, my investments grew by 43%, adding over $500K in profits. However, I've had losses in the past month, making me anxious. I'm unsure whether to sell everything or wait.
Many folks overlook the importance of advisors until their emotions cause them problems. I recall a few summers ago, after my lengthy divorce, I needed support to keep my business going. I searched for licensed advisors and found someone extremely qualified. She helped grow my reserve from $275K to $850K, despite inflation.
Glad i came across your comment, Could you please share the name of the consultant that assist you and if you don't mind, how do I get in touch with them?
I have a 3 fund portfolio consisting of 33% S&P, 33% Total stock, and 33% international. I feel a need to focus on complete growth so I went 100% stocks, but does the SP500 and TSM overlap too much to make sense holding both? However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait but watching my portfolio dwindle away is such an eye -sore.
Thats when you hire someone to manage your money. You need a financial-advis0r straight up! Even while your portfolio might seem like much, one bad decision might seriously deplete it.
A good number of people discredit the effectiveness of financial advisors in exploring new markets, but over the past 10years I’ve had a financial advisor consistently restructure and diversify my portfolio/expenses and I’ve made over $3million in gains… might not be a lot but i'm financially secure.
TRUDY ELIZABETH STOUFFER is my trade analyst, She has guided me to identify key market trends, pinpointed strategic entry points, and provided risk assessments, ensuring my trades decisions align with market dynamics for optimal returns.
I appreciate this. After curiously searching her name online and reviewing her credentials, I'm quite impressed. I've contacted her as I could use all the help I can get. A call has been scheduled.
I like these points. Something people should definitely keep in mind. I think there's a difference between being mindful of your spending and being cheap. People say they are mindful, but really they're being cheap. Also, there's a difference between "cheaper" alternatives and just being cheap. I rather buy an "expensive" shirt that will last me years than a "cheap" shirt that will degrade quickly.
I attended seminars before about how to spend your income using percentage but only 1 speaker ever have this one thing to spend or save of. It is to save a small perecntage of your money to give to other people in need. I am amazed by how he included that aspect because most "financial advisors" fan suggest the 75/10/15 rule or 50/30/20 rule but very few people will say that u must save a small amount of your money to donate to people who are in need. If all of people adopted that kind of mindset everyone can help the unfortunate people so that the world can be a better place for them to live even with their circumstances
hello yeah. And also maybe have a percentage of the spend be for friends or flexibility when going out as well. Sometimes friends are not as well off and need an extra boost. Mutual Aid donations are awesome and so are investments directly to those who may need a boost to mental health as well. (I think something that is clear to me again (even in this video) is that many wealthy people don't make allowances for "spontaneous" "generosity of needed" (made clear by the dinner out with friends things with all the calculations) (Not going to lie. I would be relieved in some ways as NO WAY could I split a bill evenly with wealthy people if they went to an expensive restaurant and it was really thoughtful in that way to make sure that was a way they could be inclusive) but sometimes if there is too much emphasis on "row your own boat" as this mentality that "wealthy people are wealthy because they hoard wealth and poor people are poor because they are too generous" then being a person who understand community efforts and community care somehow becomes a "poor person thing" instead of an everyone thing like it should be. I'm so glad at least one person at that seminar said something about donations. That's a GOAT for sure.
The 1% of rich people think of how to invest their money to increase their wealth during the recession. While 99% of struggling hard-luck people think of how to survive without food and daily necessities in the recession and the coming hyperinflation
In my taxable account I went into dividend investing route. In my Roth I did the buy and hold route with an S&P 500 ETF and total market ETF along with some Berkshire B stock and SCHD. My portfolio is made up of dividend ETF’s, dividend stocks, growth stocks, it allows a bit more freedom in specific areas
If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.
The first step to successful investing is figuring out your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but is very advisable you make use of a professional like I did. If you get the facts about saving and investing and follow through with an intelligent plan, you should be able to gain financial security over the years and enjoy the benefits of managing your money.
The stock market rally run is gone, but I'm not sure if equities will swiftly recover, keep falling, or fluctuate in a narrow range for a few weeks, or if things will quickly get worse. I'm under pressure to increase my $150k reserve.
Making touch with financial advisors like Zachery M Demers who can assist you restructure your portfolio, would be a very creative option. Personal financial management will be crucial to navigating the next difficult times.
i admire your dedication to educating your audience. We all aim for financial stability and a better life. Achieving this is possible through wise investments, frugal living, and careful budgeting. I'm grateful that I learned the importance of working hard for financial freedom at a young age.
My advice to new investors: Buy and hold stocks in good companies. Ignore forecasts and market opinions-they're often just clickbaiting but not helpful. In the last 30 days, my ROTH IRA gained $70,000. You might also consider getting a financial advisor with your capital.
I agree, investing with the help of an advisor set me up for life with about $1.6m currently in stock portfolio. I max out my 401k and have few properties. I worked hard as a language tutor for 32 years, and my salary was just over 80k annually. It all boils down to consistent regular investing to minimize risks and maximize growth.
I'm cautious about giving specific recommendations since this is an online forum and everyone situation is unique, but I've worked with "Melissa Elise Robinson" for years and highly recommend her. Look her up to see if she meets your criteria.
What I do is that every paycheck, I put everything into a savings account. Every quarter, the 15% I accumulated throughout the quarter gets invested in my individual stocks and anything above the 15% I saved up, remains in my High Yield Savings account. When October 1st arrives (I prefer that date over January 1st), the extra cash I saved, I decided how much I will put in my Investments and keep just a little bit for emergency...and I rinse and repeat for the whole year. It has worked for me so far.
I Hit 110k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. thanks to Brooke Miller for helping me achieve this
She is my family's personal broker and also a personal broker in many families I'm United States, she's a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in United states
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
Invest early, invest often, stay invested. Buy a good cross section of an economy and you should do well over the long term. The market will be high in 10 to 20 years, and significantly higher in 30. It's almost impossible for a company with no debt to go bankrupt. Canada is about 3% of the global marketplace, U.S. is about 50%, remainder on the globe is 47%. Pay yourself first. It's time in the market, not timing the market. i stay on top of the market with my FA Dianne Sarah Olson. Bulls and bears make money, but pigs get slaughtered. - some wise words -
Thanks for sharing, I just looked her up on the web because this is equally important to me, and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an e-mail shortly.
Shills and scammers make money but victims get slaughtered. - some wise words -. Curiosity kills cats but can't dispose of scammers. A rather unfortunate non-result.
As an investment enthusiast, I'm intrigued by how top-tier investors manage to become millionaires through their investments. While I have a substantial amount of initial capital, I'm uncertain about the strategies and approaches necessary to achieve returns exceeding $400k, as some have done this season.
Agreed! this is why I work with one. My $520k portfolio is well-matched for every market season yielding 85% rise from early last year to date. I and my advsor are working on more figures for this year. IMO, financial advisors are the most sought-after professionals after doctors.
Thanks for sharing. I curiously searched for her full name and her website popped up after scrolling a bit. I looked through her credentials and did my due diligence before contacting her. Once again many thanks
Buy the gas your car requires if you want your car to run more efficiently meaning saving you money. Don't put cheaper gas into your car if it requires premium...don't waste premium gas on a car that can run on the cheap stuff. Info is on your gas tank door usually.
@@musamasilela2061 most big cities force you to have expensive rent because of inexistent supply. yes you can move out further away but the gas/travel expenses/working time may outweigh the actual rent price/
We Are in Unchartered Financial Waters! every day we encounter challenges that have become the new standard. Although we previously perceived it as a crisis, we now acknowledge it as the new normal and must adapt accordingly. Given the current economic difficulties that the country is experiencing in 2024, how can we enhance our earnings during this period of adjustment? I cannot let my $680,000 savings vanish after putting in so much effort to accumulate them.
Keeping some gold is usually a wise decision. You would be better off keeping away from equities for a bit or, even better, seeking advice from an expert given the current market conditions and everything that is at risk with the current economy.
You have a very valid point, I started investing on my own and for a long time, the market was really ripping me off. I decided to hire a CFA, even though I was skeptical at first, and I beat the market by more than 9%. I thought it was a fluke until it happened two years in a row, and so I’ve been sticking to investing via an analyst.
My CFA NICOLE ANASTASIA PLUMLEE a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..
Thank you for saving me hours of back and forth investigation into the markets. I simply copied and pasted her full name into my browser, and her website came up first in search results. She looks flawless.
Creating wealth entails establishing positive routines, such as consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for sound investments. Financial management is a vital subject that many avoid, often leading to future regrets.
Indeed, currently I'm managing my finances wisely and being frugal. In the last 19 months, my investments grew by 43%, adding over $650K in profits. However, I've had losses in the past month, making me anxious. I'm unsure whether to sell everything or wait.
Crash fatigue is showing with most people. Most are so tired of hearing about the worse even though its true. We are being boiled slowly in the pot! I want to diversify my $80k portfolio.
I completely agree. It's not just about the dividends or profits, Diversifying a portfolio can be a smart move and i always advise one gets a professional to help out.
People often underestimate financial advisors' importance. Over 50 years of data reveal that those who work with advisors typically earn more than those who go it alone. I've been fortunate to work with one for 13 years, resulting in a $1 million portfolio, largely from early investments in AI and other growth stocks.
That's really great. I've tried doing some research myself to hire a financial advisor, but it's really overwhelming. Could you recommend who you work with please?
Lauren Marie Ehlers has always been on the top of my list..She is regarded as a genius in her area and well knowledgeable about financial markets. I highly recommend you look her up if you want excellent collaboration.
Why would I lie? My stock market investments performed well. Also, our combined income is approximately $125k before taxes. We found a good price on a home and used an FHA loan. My monthly cash flow took a hit for sure.
My portfolio for the past 30 years has always been self managed and I own 3 shares of Berkshire Hathaway Class A stock (BRK:A) which I bought in at about $17,000 during the mid 90s, I’m currently liquidating some of these positions to incorporate new Gen. Stocks, but am I better off re-investing into Gold as it seems stocks are a little too unstable right now.
Investing Is more than reading quarterly reports. Learnt this from reading Peter Lynch's book. I believe there are people who do this for a living, and I just delegate the task to these professionals. That's how I make money from the market to be honest.
Finding financial advisors like Jessica Lee Horst who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.

With a good investment plan that ensures steady income without any doubts I am prepared for a well organized retirement. I started investing in stocks 3 years ago and so far, I am making a good yield on my dividend.
Luck is way off the picture. Jonas Herman, a licensed fiduciary is the brain behind my success. I've gotten into a myriad of assets with $16k spread across stocks (options and futures) for the short term and Roth IRA, index funds, cryptocurrency and ETFs, for the long term. Now with over 91k in roi, I sit back and just reinvest at intervals while I handle my other businesses.
I was unaware of the potential tax implications of investing. Jonas not only guided me through the process of selecting investments that would grow but also advised me on tax-efficient accounts, ensuring I was maximizing tax benefits. His help in tax loss harvesting during certain periods significantly reduced my tax burden and enhanced my net returns.
you just need to read the The Richest Man In Babylon. Reading books on people who made their wealth from Oil is not a good way to learn about finances.
could you do a video on how to manage money in a more blue collar/pink collar context? i’m a hairstylist, and many (most) salons just don’t offer things like retirement accounts/healthcare/benefits. it would be super helpful if you could!
I'm 42 with $300k in my 401k and a stock and crypto portfolio worth a combined $850k. I started investing just 2 years ago after working for 15years and having just short of 70k in savings. I'm still with the same company but my decision to invest has made the difference for me and my family. Investing is your best friend. The sooner you start, the better off you are.

I just have to applaud your content man, well done. Long term investors know that the market and economy will recover eventually, and investors should be positioned for such a rebound. You forgot an important one regarding buying things of "value": Not only take into account the value of its functional benefits, but also the depreciation. For example, the depreciation on a modern car is very, very high, while a vintage car has much lower depreciation and can even increase in value, turning it into an investment. Same goes for certain other luxury type of products, like fashion watches such as Armani that depreciate fast, in contrast to Rolex, Omega or even Longines. Even more so for jewelry that's made out of precious metals that have an actual intrinsic value. Collecting coins is also a very efficient way of spending money on a hobby, due to their resale value. It does come with the downside that regular insurances won't cover certain high value collections, so you'd need a special rider if you want proper coverage...

I love the coffee rule because you’re just going to stress all day that’s you didn’t get it, your thoughts are motivating you and if you feel $5 is too much money that you’re telling your brain you don’t have enough money this is going to send you into a cycle of lack and always wanting, just get it and soon you may realize you didn’t even need it and you’ll save your money on your own, just do whatever makes you feel wealthy and wealth will follow
I'm an intentional financial minimalist because I'd rather have the money than the thing 9 times out of ten. Or the investment for that matter. Other than required expenses I rarely splurge. My last splurge was an 8 string guitar, and I play that everyday. And that was only a fourth of one paycheck.
I want a balanced portfolio with growth investments, safe investments, and also focus on dividends to gain up to $20K monthly, my concern is picking the right stocks that can survive a recession. How do i go about this?
Purchasing a stock may seem straightforward, but selecting the correct stock without a proven strategy can be exceedingly challenging. I've been working on expanding my $210K portfolio for a while, and my primary obstacle is the lack of clear entry and exit strategies. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
True. This is why I work with an investment advlsor. I currently have $690k in a well-diversified portfollo that has experienced exponential growth and is well-matched for every season of the market. We are now working on a more figures for this year.
Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.
The 75/15/10 rule is a brilliant framework for financial discipline and building wealth. Prioritizing spending on value and not just cost can fundamentally change your financial landscape and grow your assets. 👌
I've watched so many videos on saving and investing and started to panic because they were confusing, talking as if I knew everything. Thank you so much for this! Now I understand what a Roth IRA is (I love how you basically said how to do it step by step), and I think my employer offers a 401k. Im going to check in on that. I already have a lot of money in my savings account, so now's the time to invest!
I really appreciate the dedication in each video you post. Long term investors know that the market and economy will recover eventually, and investors should be positioned for such a rebound. The expected returns on U.S. equities are only 4.3% and on international equities are 7.7%, before accounting for taxes, inflation, and fees. Don't expect to get rich quick from investing.
just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.
Yes, a good number of folks are raking in huge 6 figure gains in this downtrend, but such strategies are mostly successfully executed by folks with in depth market knowledge
Very true, Despite having no prior investing knowledge, I started investing before the pandemic and pulled in a profit of approximately 950k that same year. In reality, all I was doing was getting professional assistance ..
I agree... even without having adequate knowledge of investing, I managed to make over a million in less than two years and all I was doing in actuality was simply seeking professional financial advice.
how can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and I am eager to participate. who is the driving force behind your success?
Hi Vincent. I just got married and am creating a budget and finance plan for my husband and I. I am very new to anything financial and it's all quite confusing, but I have been watching your videos and others for help. I have a question - where does paying for credit card debt fit into the 75/10/15 plan? Is it included in the 75% Thank you in advance!
Thank you for sharing. Financial education is crucial today to show incredible resilience and discipline in the volatile market, masterfully balancing strategy and insight for success. This dedication to continuous learning is inspiring. managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 432k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Sophia Elaine, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape..
Could you please do a video on how to purchase stocks with your Roth IRA? I have auto deposits set up but I know that I need to set up some sort of method to be purchasing stocks from it. I would really appreciate it.
Honestly You may never know the value of that $1 you have until you go bankruptcy, the bad experience I had last year really made me feel that our school curriculum should contain more financial knowledge and education. It is never enough to have a good job, a huge salary and all the luxuries at your disposal. But saving money and investing it wisely is never a bad idea,... I learned how to invest, no matter how little, but life really believed it show me the hard way. Thank you for the nice video its always interesting to watch your content
I agree with you had a senior colleague at work who was doing well but never had an investment. Unfortunately he lost his job and went from living a comfortable life to hardship. There would had been something to fall back on if he had an investment
I urge everyone to start somewhere now no matter how small, this is literally the time for that, forget material things, don't get tempted,i became more better the moment i realized this
There is a giant counterintuitive argument here. Why should I keep any sort of money saved, when I still have credit card, personal loans, student loans, and car loans to pay off? Yay, I'm gaining 4% interest on my savings, but I'm still losing 15% on that loan. So fix your debts first!
Another thing is, after getting to a comfortable and safe lifestyle, there is no need to upscale your expenses while your salary continues to rise. Therefore your 75% will naturally reduce and those extra % saved can be put into investments. The ones who spend money on flashy things, well, they have issues when they stop earning. Play it right, and you can afford to quit your job whenever. The lack of stress of needing to work is very liberating.
I think these ratios are more likely to keep you from building wealth. I prefer the 60/30/10 rule - live on 60% of your income, save 10% in liquid accounts and invest remaining 30% in long-term assets. If you can't afford to live on 60%, then you need to rethink how you earn and find ways to increase that amount, and probably need to reduce expenses as well. The reality is most people don't invest for 50 years. They only start investing once they feel stable ~age 30 and hope to retire early ~age 50 so a 20-year timeline is the most realistic.
We’re pretty lucky in Australia where there’s a thing called superannuation (similar to 401k). Employers by law have to pay you super in addition to your salary and the current minimum amount is 12% of your salary. You can further opt to contribute your pre-tax pay towards your super, which is taxed at 15% (standard tax brackets are higher). My employer additionally matches contributions up to 4%, which I am doing. So Im getting 20% of my salary paid into my super each year, which also grows as the super fund invests your money into various assets.
Fine video. But I take objection to restaurant part. Taking up a table and ordering the cheapest entree available and precisely calculating your share of the bill (and presumably little or no tip) goes beyond being intentional about money. That is being cheap and petty. I respect cheap to some degree, but not petty, particularly at the expense of a restauranter and staff looking to make a living. If you are too cheap to go out, eat at home.
WOW! I have been into self help since I was in my 20s. This is THE most useful information I have ever come across! Your clear and its something that can really help a person, even me. Oddly I have read most of the books on this and yet to have put it in to practice till now.. I thank you and my child thanks you and my future grandkids will thank you!
The 1% make 10x the money I do. I can't manage my money with stupid percentages like 75/10/15, because in my case they have first to go to food on the table, school for the kids, rent, and so on. They still have 6x the money I get even after spending for more expensive versions of food and rent.
I like this kind of advice, but it always tailored to americans. I would like to know how much the advice changes living in a european country, specifically one where the following assumptions are met, by the government/subscription to a trade union: A 2 year unemployment fund that will pay for all basic expenses A 100% guarantee that all medical costs are covered (i.e. not insurance shenanigans where 100% coverage still means that you will get 1000's of $ in expenses) Credit scores dont exist. What does an emergency fund look like in this situation, i.e. how big does it need to be?
Great video, I have a quick question. I am an aspiring trader, I am looking study some traders and earn off their expertise rather than investing myself and lose money emotionally. Whats your take on copy trading? Do people really make money? Just looking for some reassurance.

For the average individual, the tactics are rather demanding. Actually, most of them are effectively completed by professionals who possess the necessary knowledge and skill sets to carry out such trades.
A downtrend offers an equally high-yielding avenue if you have the necessary skills and knowledge. This is why I've been using an investment advisor to scale up during this difficult time, and it's the only way I've been able to raise up to $150K in the last six months. It all comes down to technique. The downtrend gives you room to focus on the market and grow-substantially whether in the long or short run.
How can one find a verifiable financial planner? I would not mind looking up the professional that helped you. I will be retiring in two years and I might need some management on my much larger portfolio. Don't want to take any chances.

I think investors should always put their cash to work, especially In 2024, we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $350k of my savings in stocks against next year. Hope to make millions in 2024
Since risk is at an all-time high right now, perhaps you should be a little more patient and return when it has decreased. Alternatively, you can consult a trained financial expert for strategy.
Yes true, I have been in touch with a brokerage Advisor. With an initial starting reserve of $80k, my advisor chooses the entry and exit commands for my portfolio, which has grown to approximately $550k.
I find this informative, curiously explored her on the web, spotted her consulting page, and was able to schedule a call session with her, she shows quite a great deal of expertise from her resume.. very much appreciated
The advice is really ratios for post tax income. If you take your money pre-tax, you need to account for taxation before this rule would apply. (And I would recommend maintaining a larger cash reserve because those tax increments jump on you in a good year and if you are spending 75%, might not be able to afford the tax hit when due after a great year). Honestly if you have income variation, I have found it better for me to spend at a "comfortable" living expense level below the worst possible income scenario and invest whatever comes in over that amount.
For investing, how do you feel about the ethics of supporting major companies that negatively impact the environment and don't contribute enough to their employees (or customers) wellbeing?
I'm like 50-50. Half saved, half spent. It's easier. When the paycheck comes, half of it automatically goes into the investment fund/savings fund, the rest I'm free to spend however I want.
That's cool! Great video! Question : Is it better to make large of food/drinks and store it in freezer to save money? Edit: this plan is something I want get start by spending less (i.e. limit on movie theater)
Great video! But am i missing something because i didn't hear when he said the ETFs who invests on :( I would really love to hear about his top choices!
Given the current market uncertainty, it seems wise to consider investing in gold or a gold ETF. I'm thinking about allocating over $300k for retirement purposes. While the potential for short-term gains in a bullish market is appealing, I understand the importance of maintaining a long-term investment strategy.
I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $450k gains within months, I'm really just confused at this point.
There's so much f*ckery in markets that they may just close for good. I'll be patient for better clarity over the next 2-3 weeks,At this point, I'm still at a crossroad regarding whether or not to liquidate my $138k stock portfolio. What's the best way to take advantage of this current market?
It's crucial to have a well-thought-out strategy and not make impulsive moves based on short-term market fluctuations. Patience and a long-term perspective are key. You should consider a market expert to guide you.
Great video. I have always subscribed to “pay yourself first”…..and if you spend all the rest it has no effect on your plans. Alao, I think its important to note that most people start from lower class and move up with time as their career grows, finally ending at retirement. What level really depends on your expenses, lifestyle and have you saved over your working career. There is a balance between living as you grow vs not living and saving every penny for later…..you might never reach “later”….and if you do you wont have any memories because you didnt live!
Some good advice in this video mentioning exceptions to the rule. I whole heartedly agree that if buying a latte or coffee everyday mentally gets you into the right way of thinking and motivates you into doing your job then it’s a cheep investment but if you’re getting it to delay your day and trying to keep your mind off of business then it’s a negative influence snd you should stop. Prioritizing your time and not trying to do everything yourself just to save a buck would be another subject you should cover. If you try and fix home improvements by yourself thinking you’ll save money don’t forget it keeps you from doing your high earning job where you’d make more money even with hiring a tradesman to do that same improvement job. Mastering the exceptions to financial rules will get you there quicker than investing in the stock market.

The best skill to learn for saving money is cooking.
do you like cooking?
Cooking, staying home, stop comparing/watching other people be stupid, not caring what u or anyone think u should have and planning for a future so bright it leads to early retirement 💯

i would say meal prep/organization is more important. most people can cook a meal for themselves that is edible, but some dont know how to budget correctly, buy the correct proportions, etc. so grocery shopping becomes much more expensive than just buying a cheap meal or two out per day. not to mention, some people dont have time, energy or the desire to cook.

Premium gas vs regular depends on the car you bought. You’ll be spending more in maintenance if you put lower octane fuel in a high octane car.
Then buy low octane car in the first place

I Hit 110k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. thanks to Brooke Miller for helping me achieve this
She is my family's personal broker and also a personal broker in many families I'm United States, she's a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in United states
The very first time we tried, we invested $1000 and after a week, we received $5500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.
I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommended Brooke Miller, I met her at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.

- some wise words -
I looked up Dianne Sarah Olson out of curiosity; she has a strong résumé
Geez, strong performance in 2024. Congrats! Kick down those Wall Street doors
Thanks for sharing, I just looked her up on the web because this is equally important to me, and I would say she really has an impressive background in investing. I will write her an e-mail shortly.

As an investment enthusiast, I'm intrigued by how top-tier investors manage to become millionaires through their investments. While I have a substantial amount of initial capital, I'm uncertain about the strategies and approaches necessary to achieve returns exceeding $400k, as some have done this season.
If you lack knowledge about market investing tactics, get advice from a financial counselor.
Agreed! this is why I work with one. My $520k portfolio is well-matched for every market season yielding 85% rise from early last year to date. I and my advsor are working on more figures for this year. IMO, financial advisors are the most sought-after professionals after doctors.
I could really use the expertise of this advsors.
Her name is 'BONITA JEANETTE RODRIGUEZ’. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Thanks for sharing.

Could you possibly recommend a CFA you've consulted with?
My CFA NICOLE ANASTASIA PLUMLEE a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..

Premium gas vs unleaded isn't really a choice depending on what car you have.
You forgot an important one regarding buying things of "value":
Not only take into account the value of its functional benefits, but also the depreciation.

Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them.

I like the way you didn’t spend time on intro and start speaking facts
The 1% make 10x the money I do. I can't manage my money with stupid percentages like 75/10/15, because in my case they have first to go to food on the table, school for the kids, rent, and so on. They still have 6x the money I get even after spending for more expensive versions of food and rent.
I like this kind of advice, but it always tailored to americans. I would like to know how much the advice changes living in a european country, specifically one where the following assumptions are met, by the government/subscription to a trade union:
A 2 year unemployment fund that will pay for all basic expenses
A 100% guarantee that all medical costs are covered (i.e. not insurance shenanigans where 100% coverage still means that you will get 1000's of $ in expenses)
Credit scores dont exist.
What does an emergency fund look like in this situation, i.e. how big does it need to be?
I wish I could point you in the right direction, but unfortunately I know very little about European finances.

I’ve been looking to switch to an advisor for a while now. Any help pointing me to who your advisor is?

Freelancer here. Suggest how much to save for taxes? 30%?
The advice is really ratios for post tax income. If you take your money pre-tax, you need to account for taxation before this rule would apply. (And I would recommend maintaining a larger cash reserve because those tax increments jump on you in a good year and if you are spending 75%, might not be able to afford the tax hit when due after a great year). Honestly if you have income variation, I have found it better for me to spend at a "comfortable" living expense level below the worst possible income scenario and invest whatever comes in over that amount.
So if you already have enough cushion funds, do you invest 25%?
yeah or more if you have enough for necessities and a bit of fun money
For investing, how do you feel about the ethics of supporting major companies that negatively impact the environment and don't contribute enough to their employees (or customers) wellbeing?

Given the current market uncertainty, it seems wise to consider investing in gold or a gold ETF. I'm thinking about allocating over $300k for retirement purposes. While the potential for short-term gains in a bullish market is appealing, I understand the importance of maintaining a long-term investment strategy.
Love your videos! I’m trying my hardest to stretch my salary and pay off my mountain of student debt. Your videos help me keep focused!

Your top priority right now should be finding a book 25 Money Secrets From Donald Trump, reading it will change your life, trust me

The fact that nobody talks about the forbidden book The Mystic Labyrinth on Vexoner speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance
How to manage money like the 1%:
1: Acquire 200 Million dollars from your family's previous wealth
2: Use child slavery to mine diamonds, cobalt, etc....
3: Hire an account manager to manage your money and store it in tax havens
4: Kick back, relax, and race your mega yacht while laughing at the poors
I have all these symptoms 😢😢😢 do I have to get tested first?

Got back into crypto early in 2023 with 10k and I’m up with 128k in a short period of time .This comment serves as motivation for all those who have invested and continue to invest in cryptocurrencies with so many losses, do not give up, cryptocurrencies can change your life.
