Perfect timing, Meredith. I started dressing my big loom yesterday and my lower back was really feeling it this morning. I wont push my luck though, pool today and more work on the loom tomorrow.
First time doing ANY stretching workouts in many years. I'm 69 yrs, 340 lbs, 6-5"....and not active. I followed along with this ( on a rolling desk chair!) And will again tomorrow. I have a nagging pain in my lower, right side back that I've had for weeks, it's not getting better this time like usual. Just opened my year old package of resistance bands and tubing kit. Its time to get serious. New subscriber here.!!

Is it suggested to do this series of exercises more than once a day?? I want to get my flexibility back and resolve the stiffness from having been sedentary so long during recovery but don't want to overdo and exacerbate the problem. My primary difficulty is the upper back between the shoulder and blades though lower back gets tight too sometimes.....sigh... Thank you so much for this informative, easy-to-follow video!! You're truly a godsend ❤!
