I loved that exercise, and it was such a ah-ha moment for me when you explained that a heightened sense of interoception can be problematic in the case of anxiety. Thank you so much for that incredible insight! 🙏💚

is good, but when i do the movement of the ball in the chest i feel my knees against the floor, no pleasant feeling, my feet fingers, my arms lightly, my forehead hearth beating... and i difficult to focus in the one you mention.
I need other kind of exercise more specific i think, i have kind of too sensitive or hiperactive insula 😅

I enjoyed doing these practices. However, I want to share a warning to anyone attempting them.
Unfortunately, over the days following doing these postures/exercises I developed increasing tenderness on the lower left side of my ribs...which worsened and became very painful and nauseating. After a couple of weeks I went to the clinic because the pain was so bad and my ribs were not sitting right and they diagnosed me with costochondritis. It’s been 6 weeks now and I still can’t exercise because it flares up easily and seems to cause subluxation in my lower ribs (something I think the original doctor missed - as my ribs seemed more “in place” at the time of the appointment).
It has been very uncomfortable and challenging to deal with, so I just want to warn anyone doing these postures to please be very careful - I believe it was the posture laying on the side sort of resting the stomach on the ball that might’ve caused the damage - seems I tore or pulled something.
If anyone has any suggestions how to heal from such an injury and prevent it from happening again (strengthening exercises?), I’d be very grateful to hear it. Thank you 🙏🙂
