‘68 International six-pack 4x4. My Dad and I put a utility bed on it (had to extent the frame) and a five speed box (noisy). Had lots of family and hunting trips in it. It was lost in a forest fire in 2001. Now, I have a Lincoln Mk Lt 2007, great truck!

Ex Post Office Ford Escort 55 Mk4 diesel Van. I bought it off a mate. It hadn’t done many miles when I bought it. Bodywork and engine was excellent. The only thing that caused an issue was one of the core plugs needed replacing. It was the best value transport I’ve ever owned Barr none. Always started. Great on fuel. Never broke down. I wish I still had it.

I have an old 86 dodge W150. Best truck I have ever had. I bought it from an old farmer. It was a run around vehicle for a farm. Yeah it smokes a bit, but the engine run strong. Gets me to work everyday. Great vid lord muck.

I made a video the other day on starting my dexta up for the first time in a while. I then got an ear full by an arm chair mechanic about me using ether. I wouldn't of minded but I only used about 3 bloody squirts 😂 and I only use it the once. I don't use it every time, it was just the first time of the year as its been sat outside for months. All I could think about was your video on ether and it made me chuckle. Thanks for the video. Keep it up. 👍🏻

Top form as always! Favourite wagon I've had was a 13 plate euro 5 DAF CF, as we all know based around the foden alpha so cab was dated but comfortable, spent many weeks away in that over 3 years doing uk and Europe. Never let me down once and pulled like a train with an 8 speed manual.

Lord muck, need to add some thanks to a guy making these videos 👍👍 my dad was a R.E.M.E mechanic during the Suez Canal conflict for just over 3 years, returning home he got a job immediately working on agricultural machines for many years, spent so much time repairing combines & tractors. Sadly lost my dad on 8th February 2020 , been difficult but watching your varied videos has helped a lot, I can remember him while I watch & think back on what he liked doing , thankyou 👍👍👍

Another brilliant video. I did like the concept of "no more than 3" a few people I know that would do well to remember that. The obsession with the add-ons always reminds me of the type of people that buy a used car solely on the basis of what the stereo is like and if the previous Chav owner has basically sprayed it in glue and driven it at speed through Halfords, sticking everything on it that he can! Best car / truck I've had, have to say MK1 Fiesta, first car - so freedom - and never let me down!!

The best truck I get the pleasure of using is our old yard shunter. A 1997 Foden 4365 4x2 unit, only ever broke down once to my knowledge and that was down to a dodgy tank of red diesel! The caterpillar engine purrs like a cat and its taken the abuse it's given daily without batting an eyelid. I'm planning on getting it back on the road over the next winter if I'm able.

I've always had Commercials...Transits, 01 L200, 1998 1.9 non turbo berlingo in faded red of course...Currently I've a very unassuming peugeot 307 2.0 hdi commercial, gets about 1000km to a tank of diesel, fantastic little van. "The Blue Bullet" as she's known.
But i think my favourite was A 2007 commercial Touareg, 3.0 V6. So comfy, lovely drive, Cracking bit of power.
I bought it cheap off a customer as he was fed up of it, did a little work on it, servicing and other little bits, nothing major. Was great shooting wagon, went everywhere you ever pointed the wheel. Drove it for a year and another man bought it off me just to tow a digger around and I made a lovely profit too, sad too see it go but Was just an enjoyable experience start to finish with it.

OK 42BHP at 5krpm was not a lot, but it would rev. to 7.5k all day every day, and handling to match, once you had lowered the front suspension, ran 3 of them then graduated to a Clan Crusader with a 998cc sport engine.

I agree about not putting gimmicky stuff on any motor not just tractors. The way some people decorate motors is tragic! My best motor was my Coniston green 2005 Land Rover 90 Td5 pick up. I bought it new and it was a great motor and I have many happy memories of it including some videos on here with it. I sold to my neighbour who messed it up and it's been off the road somewhere for years and years. if I could find it, I would buy it back.

92 Ford Taurus. Never had an issue with it after buying it second hand. Then my brother tested it against the back of a FedEx truck. RIP Blue Bomber.

My old 300tdi Disco. Bought with blown head gasket. Rebuilt it and she served us well for 200k miles. 325,000 on the clock when it got written off. Hope the Wildtrak does as well. Stay safe.

For getting filters off I always use filter grips, the ones like a big pair of stilson's. Nice and compact for crowded bays. When you do the sump plug up agree short bar if your on that machine next, if not tighten that bugger right up 🤣 teach the twt who slugged it up before you if he's on it after you! Same with high pressure trans filters, only need a tickle and they will work them self tight in 500 hours. Always wipe down your filters as it shows customers where you have been and what they are paying for, good to put branded filters name out too where possible again they can see what they're getting. Best car, got to be my kit car had it since built 20 years ago.

I might get some stick for it but 02 Plate Honda Civic Type R, you can thrash living hell out of it and it just keeps going, it's plenty quick enough yet there is loads of scope for more power, As long as you care for the motor it will just keep giving, currently on 160K miles and never misses a beat.

Mitsubishi pajero had 3 of them granted the first one blew up as timing belt went on a47 . But replaced it with another one on a chain and never had any issues never got stuck . Started first time every time . Pulled a big Ifor Williams well and was comfortable on long trips like down to Dorset steam fair. 7 ;seats with large boot, large towing capacity for age . Was well ahead of its game in the time it was realsed and I think was a massive contender for what was then the old range rover vouge or the p38 . The dihatsu fourtrac was also another brilliant 4x4 with a big towing capacity

My best car was a 1992 Honda accord aerodeck 2.2 petrol payed £ 300 .10 years ago not very economical but I don't do a lot of miles. Had to go last year as it was going to cost a bit to much. Still got £600 as a part exchange against a £2000 motor. The tyres on the rear of the Ford 8100 have a unusual tread pattern. Great videos🚜👍
