miguel angel rodriguez lopez that thing has no syncro mesh, so you to rev the engine perfectly to slot the gear in without a grind. Clutch is only for moving off and down shifting, even then you have to double clutch.

We did it all the time with our 6700, it had no synchro, it shifted better without clutch then with.
Is this the TW25?
Why don’t you use the clutch will that not destroy it??
It's an unsynchronized gearbox, using the clutch to change gear doesn't work.

It depends on many things. But if you know how it's done, it's easy. you have to feel the gearbox ;)
