My locker from ordered from Wayfair! I love my locker so much. It gets redecorated all the time 😂
Thank you for you’re comment. You’re right, healing doesn’t happen in a straight line. I know for me it goes back and forth. I hope you have a good day!! 🤍☀️

Make sure to keep your feet shoulder width apart on the wall and to have them towards the middle of it (not at the top not at the bottom) You can practice just standing and jumping into a front flip just off the bottom of the pool, away from the wall, to practice speed. Make sure you bring your knees right up to your chest to help flip you over quickly to get on and off the wall fast. Be sure to have a good streamline before pushing off and to remain on your back until you’ve already pushed off (DO NOT TRY TO TURN YOURSELF OVER OR GET TO YOUR BELLY WHILE YOU’RE ON THE WALL - it takes up a lot of time). And be sure you’re pushing off straight. Flat like a table and directly towards the line at the bottom of the pool. Besides that make sure to take one last powerful stroke before going into flip and to blow out air out of your nose slowly so you don’t run out of air and get water up your nose! Hope this helped!! Anything else?? 😁
