    Dear Sandy, my 8 yr old son started to do breathing exercise with me. He asks for it daily. I think this is wonderful. He gets to sleep more easily and today he asked to start the day with it. He also likes you very much and now wants long hair 😁

      I need to get my 10 year old daughter involved. I'm doing several of Sandy's videos each day. Never felt so alive. I've tried other breathwork coaches and it's not the same.       That's very cute and way cool. Long hair and all. And Breathing with Sandy has helped me sleep better too. Also, my husband and I often do his breathing exercises together and it has improved our relationship.

    This is one of my favorite breathwork videos. It gave me an amazing feeling. Better than drugs. I literally thought I was going to die for a second and in a panic wondered what drug I had ingested. When I came to I realized I was doing breathwork and I wasn't going to overdose and to just surrender with the feeling. The next round was even deeper and so relaxing. Thank you Sandy for your gift to human kind. Thank you for taking the teaching you received and making accessible for your TH-cam audience.

    This is great, my favorite breathwork session so far. the rhythm, the order of holds, the walk through, the empowering/encouraging words, the drum sounds when in the breathe in part. Also, nice to have more detail about the type of breath we should be doing - stomach to chest. Keep it up :)

    This was kind of special for me. Got a really tense, painful feeling in my uterus. And during this night I’ve been talking to somebody who yeah kind of hurt me and my body. And now I got that feeling, clear message.

    on the other hand... does anyone pass out sometimes during the "fully in, squeeze and hold" (before the breath retention)? I have almost broke my nose last week. I try not to squeeze the blood up to my head... but my nose could tell, that i am not always able to keep my promise. 😂 I dont like to lay down during breathwork, my perception, experiences and awareness are better, if i sit down. Ever since, i put a pillow in front of me, but that shouldn't be the solution.
    Any suggestions or experience? Namaste! 🙏

    I appreciate these breath work sessions and all of the work you and your team put into these videos and making it available for all. Thank you. 🙏I have another question, when first beginning to do these breath work exercises is it normal to feel a bit of resistance in a sense? Where you are feeling the stillness, but within the practice there are moments of tension within the body and mind?

      I appreciate the support and kind words. It’s definitely normal to feel resistance or even some fear especially during breath holds. We’ve been conditioned to be constantly breathing (over breathing) so when we first become conscious of our breath, and then hold with no air, our body freaks out and wants us to breathe. With practice, you can relax further and further. And the longer sessions (on my patreon) give you time to get out of the mind.

    I recently started getting this weird sensation in my head after the ‘ab squeeze’ as the breath hold starts. It’s like my brain hurts in certain places. Almost like a headache but then it goes away. Would this be a sign of my pineal gland opening?

      Im referring to Bandhas (energy locks) in yoga and pranayama. On the big inhale breath holds you can tighten and squeeze your pelvic floor muscles (perineum) and your lower and upper abs to create “locks”

    I am unfamiliar with the techniques or styles you mentioned after the first round, I'm sure I'm even writing this wrong but I believe you said something like lox and vandas?

      Hey! Thanks for asking. The « bandhas » or « locks » in pranayama are energy locks where on the inhales you can engage and squeeze your perineum, abdominals and tuck your chin. Up to you 🙏🏼
