OMG! I love this tiny little place. It has so much storage. It has a washer and dryer. It has a dishwasher. Tons of Windows I love windows. Whoever designed this must have known me in another life. They put everything in that I would want. And I think it's cute.
I really hope no one payed 150k for a tiny home like this, it's shameful that anyone would have the audacity to even market a micro tiny house for that much money.
I have to say that one thing that is cheaper in Canada is tiny homes. It amazes me how expensive tiny homes are in the U.S. No wonder several Canadian tiny home companies sell so many tiny homes south of our border. True, I haven't seen a model like the one shown. However, I am willing to bet you could get one like that built in canada for far less than $150,000 USD.

The price for this size is giving New York City, I do have a feeling a good chunk of it stems from the updated appliances, so I would actually like to know the price without those top appliance and that huge tub.
I'm also wonder if you can ask them to build a bathroom and a kitchen on opposing ends and have the kitchen be a U-shape or an L-shape.

BUT I’m friends with a lot of tiny house builders and have asked many of them “if you had to pick a builder for your own personal tiny house, who would it be? (And you can’t pick yourself)”. They all said mitchcraft.
I’ve been in several mitchcraft houses. They are incredibly well built homes.

I know the speaker didn't say $150,000... INSANE. I've seen much better ones for half that price, I've seen real homes with 1000 square feet in Texas for that much. The whole concept of tiny is affordability and ability to move around.

I figured 20-30k. $150k is a monster new RV. Almost anyone with that money would just move somewhere with homes this cost, or use it as a down on something over 300k that will get equity, and you could rent out rooms.

A hundred and a half for THAT?!? Sheesh! I’m out! I think a lot of these manufacturers are missing the whole point of what made tiny homes a popular and attractive alternative to the insane rise in real estate prices and lack of housing in general. If folks had access to this kind of budget they probably would just build their own home in the first goddamn place. Prices for tiny homes these days are almost offensive and insulting 🥱
